Today was my first time visiting The Main Salon & Spa. I booked a Brazilian and underarm waxing w/ Cassandra after seeing great reviews for her on Google. She definitely lived up to the reviews and then some! She is super sweet and her energy made me feel comfortable during the process. She took her time, was gentle, and paid close attention to detail. She talked to me as she worked and checked in on me as she went along. Great service and great results!

I went to Lili for my hair and make up, once! She did an amazing job! And not only was the experiences comforting, but her co-worker, Mary also made the appointments super fun! Made me feel beautiful during and after!

A hidden gem located right near downtown Green Bay. My first time and Alexa was a doll. They offer all services, have a beautiful salon, terrific technicians and very reasonable prices. Ive already booked another appointment. This will be my new go-to salon for all my spa needs. Love it.

Highly Highly Highly recommend Deanna Bigelow. She always does exactly what I want with my hair and gives me the best advice on how to give my hair the best care. She has never made me feel less than beautiful and I will not go to anyone else as long as shes working. Deanna definitely knows how to deal with thick long hair!!!

First off, Elsa was super sweet and fun to chat with! In addition, my nails turned out perfect! She paused along the way and asked about length, shape and color to ensure I was satisfied. I will definitely be back!

Carmen is amazing, her attention to detail was incredible. The consultation was awesome and I ended up getting a better cut than I was thinking of because of her suggestions. She gave me all kinds of advice and tips for working with my hair. Loved her. The salon is clean and professional and the other staff were great too!

I want to highly recommend Deanna Bigalow. I received the best care from her before my appointment, during and after! Deanna messaged me about what I wanted out of my visit shortly after I scheduled it the appointment. Bayalage, its a process and takes skill and patience. Deanna had great communication skills and not once did she make me feel left out, she explained everything in detail and is an all around great artist and stylist! Deanna went well above and beyond with what I wanted out of my appointment and I will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere and building was also great and very welcoming.

My experience with Lilia was fantastic I’m sad to be loosing her as a stylist. My daughter had a fall the night before my appt and couldn’t see or walk on one side of her body so she had to be taken into the Hopi talk until now. And instead of saying I’m so sorry this happened. No I won’t refund you because you didn’t call. The manager is disgraceful and I pray nothing bad happens to him in his life that he has to pay two co sequences. One for the person hurt another because.......... I guess u should have called that poor hair salon to tell them you wouldn’t make it and thanks for withdrawing my acct. this is a service I get for myself rarely and had it in a separate acct. you should be ashamed of yourself and I will go further if I have to.

Ive tried calling 3 separate times when they were supposed to be open. The phone always goes to their automated message saying theyre closed when online and on their door it clearly says theyre open. Today I actually went to the shop around 1:10 pm, their sign and online says Wednesdays 10-8pm. I walked in, but no one was there. I called out Hello after a few minutes thinking maybe they were just in back and didnt hear the door. I could hear someone talking, so I said Hello again, kinda looked around and waited another minute, but still nothing. Ive heard good things about this business and have been referred by a couple people, but Ive never been able to get ahold of the business and apparently they leave their doors unlocked when theyre supposedly closed...but supposed to be open...huh.

Cassandra did great for a Brazilian and acrylic nails. I would recommend her for both!!

It was the best experience Ive ever had with any hair place. The stylist made my hair look absolutely gorgeous.

If you want your hair butchered ask for Carmen. Doesnt care what you asked for and cuts your hair the way she wants. Ended up telling her I liked it so I could leave without getting my hair completely chopped off.EDIT: The hair style I asked for and referenced in the photos looked nothing like what she gave me. I asked for Halle Berry and I came out of there looking like Charlie Chaplin. And at no time did I ask for a pointed end on the left side of my face. She went full rogue and missed the mark.

I had a dramatic chop done on my hair... 14 inches off the ends! I LOVE my haircut and Lilia was super friendly to chat with throughout the experience! She definitely knows what she is doing. If you’re questioning if this is the salon for you, stop looking and just book the appointment. You won’t be disappointed.

We came here to get our nails done for my wedding and I wouldn’t recommend getting nails done here unless you know the nail technician first. It seemed like everyone just does nails, even if they really only do hair. My nails turned out good however they didn’t last over a week and they were gel. The lady my mom had told her she couldn’t do a French tip and felt uncomfortable trying! That was pretty disappointing as I feel like that is a pretty standard request!

The Main Salon is amazing. As a new client, I had an appointment to get a cut and color. From the moment I walked in the door, the hospitality was warming and inviting. I was, as well as everyone else, offered something to drink.I was then introduced to my stylist Lilia. She was so friendly and informative. Although I left the artistry in her hands, she valued my opinion at every turn.Then came the best part. While washing my hair, I was treated to a scalp massage while my feet were up and the chair massaged my back.During the styling, another stylist added her thoughts and tricks of the trade. The way they help each other out to give the client the best experience possible is beautiful.The products used were fabulous and smelled great. The atmosphere was very classy New York loft like. And the music varied but no matter what played, was enjoyable. I heard the owners name mentioned many time with great respect which goes to show the love and attention he has put into making this an amazing place to frequent and as it seems, to work. Love the hair salon side. And love my hair stylist. But I will NOT be doing my pedis there. First time and last time. The girl cut me pretty good and didnt even cut down or file down any toe nails. And stupid me let it go and even tipped her. My husband loved his girl , but mine I believe she died know what she was doing. I think LOTS more training needs to be done

I loved Mary and how my hair turned out, but have never been charged $40 for extra color. I have shoulder length hair and to have to go and get more color twice didnt seem right. I feel that enough wasnt mixed in the beginning or you charge way too much for color. I dont think anyone would be able to get a full balayage done with one small bowl of hair color. Plus, you make your guest have to wait while the stylist goes and mixes more color. I am have not decided if I will be back.

Great service and Deanna had ideas in her head for me which I loved because I was not sure exactly what I wanted. I ended up with my favorite haircut ever, with bangs! Also great long head massage compared to other salons. Everyone is very kind there. They offer a beverage and take your coat as soon as you get there!

I was beyond blown away by the service here. Everyone was so friendly and inviting and totally professional. I love their techniques it was literally the best mani/pedi I have ever had in my life and I am so thankful that I found this place. The owner introduced himself to me and he was so nice and so professional and actually cared about my experience. He even offered me a small glass of wine while I enjoyed relaxing. The woman taking care of me was Lilia and she was the nicest and sweetest girl on the planet and really made my experience wonderful. I am definitely coming back. Betz was super accommodating even when I mistakenly booked my waxing appointments for the wrong day. He made sure he found some way to squeeze me in and my eyebrows and lip were waxed perfectly! Shannon did an amazing job and Im eternally grateful that she was willing to make the time to take care of me! I cant see myself going to a different salon ever again.

Brought my mom in to treat her for her birthday and to get ready for my brothers wedding. Great customer service from stylist and owner. The stylist had a genuine catering towards my mothers needs and went the extra mile to treat her. Definitely, a place shell return to in the future!

Highlight/lowlight hair color with trim.The hair color felt like it took much longer than Im used to but the detail was noticeable with the small strand selection in each foil, when it was finished. Color took 2.25 hours and shampoo/trim/blow dry was about 45min. Not streaky. Im also used to color and cuts being closer to $130-140 and it felt expensive for the trim, color, tip to be closer $185-200 range (varying on tip suggestions they provide). Very natural color just very long appointment. Appointment was estimated for 3 hours and took the full three hours and I have fine/thing hair around armpit length.Best shampoo/head massage I’ve ever had... recliner chairs with footrest was potentially my favorite part. Very relaxing!

Salon is fabulous! Haircuts are straight and beautiful, and I just got a color done that turned out AMAZING. the stylists are knowledgeable and friendly. The salon itself is gorgeous and clean. Highly recommend to anyone not happy with their current stylist!!!

Deanna is a miracle worker! About 10 months ago I stopped dying my hair (black) and was set on growing out my natural color. I went in today with a very open mind and low expectations on making this mess somewhat cute. The cut she gave me was fantastic, and she came up with the perfect bayalage to blend the remaining black into my natural color. I could not be happier!

On a whim while on vacation my sigo and I decided to stop for pedicures and haircuts. Spur of the moment type thing. I am so happy we did. The salon is lovely. The wonderful women at the desk greeted us. Got us coffee and did my loves pedi. I am sorry I don’t remember her name. I interacted most with Deanna who handled both my pedicure and my cut. She is wonderful. Very calm, pays attention to detail and pleasant to speak with. This was a superb idea. I have waves/curls that sometimes behave and Deanna cut, styled and treated them to perfection. I can’t say enough good things. Worth the price. Jonah also treated my Sigo’s chatter and hair in stride. Great work!

Love the salon, the atmosphere, the employees, but just about every time I have an eyebrow waxing appointment theres an issue. Majority of the time, the wax isnt warm because we forgot to turn it on. Other times the wax has been too hot. A 15 minute appointment turns into a half hour or more.

After being with the same hair stylist for over 20 years I made a change on a whim (because I needed a hair cut and color and couldnt get in to see her) and I couldnt be happier. I will keep going to the Main Salon, everyone at the Salon is friendly, the service is great and I loved the cut and color. Thank you Main Salon!

I enjoyed my mani/pedi with Carmen. However, the nail polish selection was disappointingly limited and I wasnt able to find one close to the nude pink blush that I had in mind. Plus, the nail polish that we did use was old and thick so the result was bumpy and uneven, so I was not thrilled with the end result. In fact, I just took the polish off and used my own sheer color. If I come back, I will be sure to bring my own polish.

When i arrived the lady told me she was gonna charge me 20 dlls more for the service because of my hair being too long and thick, i never knew the haircuts were charge depending on this, wich i dont think is fair because you guys wont charge 20 dlls less when is less hair your gonna cut, if you are gonna do this AT LEAST let customers know before they arrive the place, and dont waste peoples time and money. Never coming back

My parents owned a salon in Michigan. I have always been very critical in my travels as far as my hair goes. When I went to Betz for my first visit I was very satisfied and the pricing was very affordable considering the expertise I received. It has been 2 years and I have yet to have a bad experience. I am a walking billboard for the salon as my red, coarse, curly hair is always perfect. All the referrals I have made have had the same results. Top notch salon with educated staff.

I love The Main Salon! Not only do I look good when I leave, but the experience is always so nice that I feel great for days after. Anna Maria is my stylist and she does magic. She saved my hair by realizing my cheap flat iron and bad shampoo were wreaking havoc and recommending better. I trusted her and it was well worth the investment! My hair is sooo much healthier than it used to be. I used to stress out every morning over trying to do SOMETHING with my horrible hair, and now I zip right through my styling routine. Anna takes the time to teach me about the right products and tools and how to style my hair. She also has a great heart, as do all the other staff members that I know. The salon owner Betz is so kind and generous to everyone. I love leaving The Main Salon with great hair and feeling good about spending my hard earned dollars in a local business that has a wonderful sense of community.

Dont fall for the shellac deal on groupon if youre a first time customer at the main salon. worst nail service ever!!! my shellac lasted 2 days and then it chipped, went back in to get it fixed, chipped again and then i had to go somewhere else to get them corrected. manager was nice enough to offer me another nail service, free of charge but I refused. The nail technician wasnt very professional either. I would go back for hair but definitely not my nails. Never again.
