By far the best nail place I have been to, both times I got EXACTLY what I asked for. The first time was before my wedding and they accommodated myself and all of my bridesmaids for both manicures and pedicures. The second time was just as great as the first. Would definitely recommend.

EVERYONE here is super TALENTED. Been going here since they’ve open and have gotten my nails and even my lashes done here. The owner is amazing and all her staff is just wholesome. I use to come here so often, I basically call it my second home! The appointments might be longer than most places around here, but that’s because they make your nails PERFECT. And I mean, absolutely perfect! I wish I have photos, but I always end up leaving all giggly and happy that I don’t even take pictures of them! If you look on their Facebook page, they have pictures posted.

This was my first time here and I will definitely be back! Madelyn did my pedicure and Lily did my nails. They were both so fun and personal and did a fantastic job! I accidentally wrote down my appointment time wrong and showed up an hour late. They still accommodatd me and I felt like I was being so pampered. Definitely recommend!

Much better nail salon than where I went previously. Great prices, meticulous nail jobs, and all the employees speak English very well. I mention this because my last salon did not and it often caused miscommunication. They don’t accept walk ins but they almost always have availability the day of calling.

Black & White was amazing! We came here prior to my wedding and they were fabulous. Super clean, very cute space, and the attendants were great. LOVE my nails so much, would absolutely come back here!

I had been searching for years to find a good place to get my nails done around the Door County/Green Bay Area and I’m so glad I finally found it.The salon was very clean, inviting, and prompt with their service. My friend and I were greeted very politely at the door and were asked to sanitize our hands and our temperature was taken, which we very much appreciated as it helps keep everybody safe.Lou did my nails and she was absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, and very, very skilled at nails. I will only come back here for my nails from now on. Found my favorite!!

Theyre ok. I got a $45 pedicure, but they definitely didnt get all the dead skin off of my feet. Their massage therapist is awesome if you like heavy pressure. If youre sensitive, dont go to him. Overall, this place will suffice in a pinch, and I would get the cheapest package possible. So not worth what I spent.

I am thrilled with my experience at Black & White Nail Spa. Ashley was so nice and conversational and did an amazing job achieving what I was going for in dip powder. The pedicure was wonderful as well! Everyone made me feel welcome and I’m excited to return!

BEST SALON IN GREEN BAY!not only is the staff very fluent in English, but they are friendly, accommodating, & take their time to make sure you get what you pay for. a pedicure is actually an hour long as they dont rush. In October, i had my bridal party get nails & toes done before my big day & everyone was very happy walking out! i return monthly for pedicures often with one of those bridesmaids! highly recommend.

First off they will nickel and dime you. Ive never had to pay for a nail shaping for short nails. No clipping when putting on full set. The lady kept coming over asking the tech how much longer. I was rushed through the whole process. I asked for acrylic nails and they questioned me on if I would upkeep them so I should just go with dipped. Didnt get a design like I asked for.Sat down for a pedicure and I was done before the 2 people who were sitting next to me who started the process before me. And by the photo I dont know how she cut above my cuticle. They arent using sanitized nippers. Instead they spray you with alcohol.

There were four of us (2 couples) wanting pedicures. We were starting our vacation and wanted appointments together at the same time, which they were able to accommodate.The guys had trepidations on this plan but we had so much fun!The owner made my husband feel so at ease. We laughed a lot while getting the king/queen treatment.I’ve been in nail salons where I didn’t feel welcome or where I was looked at like just another dollar sign. The employees here at this establishment were clearly happy at their jobs.I would highly recommend Black and White—professional and great service, reasonably priced.

Very friendly staff! Very clean. Staff listens to what you want. I’ve always had picture ideas and they have always hit it right on the head. I love the atmosphere, I drive a hour and it’s always so worth it!

Had an amazing experience with Lou! Im just travelling through for work but they were able to squeeze me in right away. Tried dip (SNS) nails for the first time and I love them. Lou and the others seemed to really care about quality and the health of your nails. Super talented folks and so fun!

$70 for a fill and gel polish.. soon as I sat down was told there was a charge to remove my old polish.. a charge to trim my nails and a charge for ombre which wasnt really ombre but glitter on the tips.. nice place but the quality wasnt worth all the extra charges. I was a first time customer. I was turned off by the extra petty charges.. $5 extra for removing polish? Lol another $5 for trimming my nails? $70 later and theyre no better then a $50 service somewhere else in gb.

This was the second time i’ve had acrylics done. when i went inside, the place was clean and the workers stations were very clean and organized. when the lady started working, she told me many times to tell her if she was ever hurting me, but she was very gentle with my hands. she was really nice and focused on my nails. i showed her a picture of nails i liked and she asked if i wanted it exactly like the picture, which i said no to because i wanted an accent nail, and she was very kind about it. overall i had a great experience and would definitely go there again!

This is an amazing salon!! I will come back in a heartbeat. Everyone is so kind and they did such a great job. It’s so modern and super clean. Nice new massage chairs. You don’t have to tip in cash, you can tip on a card. You can tell they really care. I cannot say enough nice things. It’s evident that they know how to run a business and treat people well. They also have a cute pedicure chair for little girls... can’t wait to take my daughters.

I love this place. I’ve never found a salon I felt I could be comfortable in or that they truly cared about my experience. However THIS salon always blows my expectations out of the water. This is the only place I’ve been coming to now for about 7-8 months and it will be the ONLY place I come to forever. They constantly are so accommodating and just excited to see you and truly pay the most attention to detail. The salon is clean and modern and lovely. The owner Yang is always going above and beyond her duties to ensure your experience is friendly and 10/10. I love my toes and fingernails more than I ever have since coming here! Great Nail Spa! I have just began going here in the last three weeks. I wont go anywhere else now. My nails look great. They are so committed to doing a great job and care about what I want. I received a nail fill and also a pedicure. I can say the pedicure I received was the best pedicure I have ever gotten anywhere. The massage is a real foot massage I cannot believe the difference. I have always hated getting a pedicure, not now...I cant wait until the next one!!!

Today I met Ashley and the crew at black-and-white. This place is going to be so busy!!! It started when they answer the phone for me to call for an appointment. No language barriers at all here. I came in with thick Ski tamp nails.. Ashley spent so much time cleaning it up making them perfect. The atmosphere of the place is clean and well decorated. Everything is brand new. New to the area and this was my first time at Black & White Nail Spa. All of the staff were SO friendly and frequently asked questions to make sure I was comfortable (hows the water temperature, is this towel too hot, etc.). I got a fabulous pedicure by Magee with an amazing, LONG massage and a very impressive ombre dip manicure by Lou. All of my friends are already jealous of my nails! I will be back!

Beyond disappointed. Went in on Thursday for a wedding. It took me 3 hours for nails.. just nails not including my pedicure. My nails looked terrible and I hated them but I couldn’t sit there any longer. They tried to do ombré and they looked a light pink completely. Then by Saturday morning I had 4 broken off for the wedding. I will never go back.

Stopped in here for a mani/pedi and they did a great job. They listen to exactly what you want and take their time to make sure its done well. The owner is awesome and really cares about her customers.

The people are very nice but the results of their work had me making several trips back in the salon because either a nail popped off after a couple weeks or the topcoat and design peeled off. Went back for repairs a couple times a week right after the they put new power nails on. This last time which is the 3rd time I had them do my nails I had to go back the next 2 days because the design was peeling off the same day I had it put on. After that was fixed the top coat started peeling off the next day. The owner thanked me for coming back every time but never apologized. I finally had to go somewhere else to get my nails repaired spending more money and time I dont have.

They charged my mom 65$ for a 20$ job polish is clumpy edges are sloppy polish is chipping off the tips already it’s only my 3rd day having these very disappointed won’t ever go here again so unsatisfied also she cut me twice so ya lucky I put one star really none is appropriate

Came in got my nails done for my sons wedding a week later my Polish is peeling off and its the powder dip that they caught me into plus charge me $70 now my nails look horrible never again Im trying to send photos
