Linh was very nice and did a great job repairing my nails. She also did and amazing job with my daughters nails. I live in Appleton and I will drive the 30 minutes for the service provided here.

Very disappointing. The lady who answers the phone seems very annoyed. They worked super quick, too quick I felt. The wax wasn’t even dry when they took it off my foot and started rubbing lotion on which caused small flakes of wax to be added in. They didn’t even get all the wax off before I put my sandal on so it remelted and made a mess in them. Felt like they wanted to get rid of you instead of giving you an actual nice experience.

We have been in there about 4-5 times now. Every time they have exceeded my expectations! From something as simple as fixing what another nail salon messed up to going all out fulfilling a nail design my daughters find on line. They have even given me a nice simple “elegant “ look that doesn’t require a lot of maintenance. Thank you again Ko and Vincent! You guys are amazing!

I will NEVER be returning. I went in to get a fill and a pedicure with my friend and it costed $250. Not only that, but I got designs on my hands that were very poorly drawn. They hesitated on attempting to put any designs and then costed me $20 extra for a very poorly drawn design. The nail shape is uneven and I would not recommend this place to someone who likes their nails looking nice. I could have gone to a high class nail salon and got them done 10 times better for the same price. Overpriced for low quality service.

Tried this place for a pedicure after recommendations and dont feel it lived up the hype. I chose the salt scrub package and was disappointed that the actual salt scrub portion lasted about 2 minutes. They werent busy so Im not sure what the need was to rush through.

I love going to this nail salon! I’ve been getting my nails done for the past 15 years. When I moved to the area last year I began searching for a good quality nail salon. It honestly feels like there has been a big decline in service and quality overall in the industry but yet prices climb. I was THRILLED when I found this salon. Vincent is the owner, he is truly caring for his customers and the service he provides. First time in probably a year + I actually feel relaxed while getting my nails done. He isn’t rushing so I don’t have to worry about anything and I leave refreshed with beautiful nails. Highly recommend!

I live in Manitowoc and keep coming back to Ken & Kelly’s...it’s worth the drive. It is the cleanest, friendliest, and most modern nail salon in the area. I’ve been a customer for four months and my nails have never looked better! My real nails are longer and stronger than ever before, I owe it to the lovely people at this nail spa. WORTH EVERY PENNY! It is under new ownership and I cannot say enough about the owners and staff who are here now. They are knowledgeable, speak to customers with kindness and are just so genuine. Very nice and professional. My 90 year old grandma had never done this before, they helped her out and didnt rush her. It was perfect. All of our nails were awesome.

One of the best experiences I had in a long time. I’m very picky when it comes to my nails. My nails turned out exactly how I had wanted them. She paid very close to detail which I love, most places half fast everything and she definitely did the very opposite. Also very welcoming!! Will definitely be back every two weeks!!!

Just moved out of state a couple months ago and was looking for my new regular nail salon. My husband happened to see that this place was under new management with amazing reviews. Ken and Kellys nails do not disappoint. Vincent hooked me with his amazing customer service and I really enjoyed Tiffanys great personality. Tiffany took the time to transform my man hands from short and stubby to feminine and chic. I love love love that this is a family owned business that really knows what they are doing. I will def keep coming here as they take their time to make your nails look great and really make you feel at comfortable and relaxed. Keep doing what your doing!!!!

WOW! One of the best pedis I’ve ever had! My tech was professional, very detail oriented (I usually do my own toes cause I’m picky) and gave an incredible massage.Everyone here was friendly, efficient and professional. Average pedicure, nothing special. My husband has some calluses and dry skin and they didn’t removed that. My technician did a really quick job and didn’t really clean much around my nails.

I am not local to Green Bay but pass through on a semi regular basis. This last trip I had flown in and had googled for a nail salon and took a chance on this place because it was under new management. Ken and Kelly are awesome. Theyre staff was amazing and fit me in.I opted to see if the volcano pedicure was really worth the 70 bucks...and guys, its worth every penny. Kelly gives one heck of a foot and leg massage. If youre looking to unwind itll take about an hour but you will feel relaxed.I also had a dip manicure with tips and the gentlemen who did my hands was very thorough.I hope their business succeeds and next time Im in town Ill be back!

Did a walk in here today based on the reviews. My pedi was AMAZING! I did the milk and honey pedi. I also had a shellac manicure done. Very good job and decently priced. Ill be back.

I have almost no toe nails but she didnt question about painting all of them. She did a great job. The massage with the Sea Salt Pedi was very relaxing. It was just hard enough! Price is comparables to most of the places in Appleton. I will make the drive for the job well done.I asked for a flower, very nice as well!

The pedicure experience was great, but the quality of the polish & my feet after is terrible. They polish is all wrinkly as they didn’t provide me toes enough time to dry & they filed my nails down so much you can see my nail bed at the end. The worst part is they took WAY to much skin off my feet & I now I can barely walk as I have spots all over that barely have enough skin as I can see my veins through my last layer.

Hands down the best place in the area for a pedicure. Extremely thorough, they use fresh tools for every person (like they should, but most places in the area don’t), they’re so nice and friendly, and they offer to shave off calluses, which I prefer over the pumice stone. I have never gotten a manicure from them, but it’s the only place I go to for a pedicure. They always do an amazing job.

This nail spa is the best I have visited in the area in a long time! It is under new management and I could not have had a better experience than I did. Very professional, friendly and welcoming staff. The salon is very clean and modern. Massage chairs worked well. They did an excellent job on my dip mani and my pedi. Also excellent job on eyebrow waxing. Will definitely make this my go to nail salon moving forward.

They were very nice, however the salon was empty and I now see why. I got a gel pedicure and the polish was lumpy and it was all over the skin around my nails. I will not be returning.

After patronizing this business for over 2 years I will not return. Went for a pedicure this morning and had my 3yr old grandson along with my daughter and we were told they dont accept children. I explained my daughter was there...she is 20...and we would go at separate times but still told to leave. Will never return.

I stopped by as a treat for myself while my oil was getting changed across the street, and ended up very disappointed. They did not have the normal array of plastic nails to pick the color from, instead they just had bottles of shellac, which dont indicate the color well at all. The first one I picked was way too dark, so the manicurist picked another and it wasnt atrocious so I went with it - not my favorite thing to spend so much money to have no way to pick out a color I actually wanted. My nails ended up rough on the edges, I can see that the top coat of shellac isnt covering the entire nail and will not be surprised if they peel quickly. They also did not do any sort of lotion hand massage, and their tools looked questionably clean. On top of low quality, the manicurist also began a phone call that she initiated on speakerphone through the duration of applying the shellac. Unprofessional, poor quality, and questionable ckeanliness...I would recommend finding a different place.

I went for a full set. When I walked it no one was there. So I was quick to get service. The man and women who I assume were the owners, came off very rude. I asked for a design and they said they dont do them which fair enough not everyone does. While the guy was putting the acurlyc on my nails I noticed he didnt cover my full nail. The sides of my nails didnt have any acurlyc on it at all. I expressed I was worried about it, because I didnt want my nails to fall off. He rolled his eyes and added more acurlyc to it. I have pretty small nails and I knew when he was putting the nails on they were too big...but I figured he would shape them to fit better. I was wrong... they were honestly so horribly shaped. At this point I felt I was being a bother and didnt want to say anything else. I went to sit with the women after so she can paint my nails. She didnt paint at all on the sides of my nail. I told her they needed more paint and she started yelling at me literally. She told me that she cant paint there because its to close to my skin. Then her husband came over and said the same thing. While Im sitting in shock I showed her that the nail Polish is cracking. She just kept yelling. Honestly I hate to admit it but I stated crying. Because I felt so overwhelmed by the response I was getting. I dont ever post bad reviews Ive worked in customer service my entire life and know how dramatic peopled can be. But I assure you this isnt the case. I ended up leaving and going right to a different salon to get them fixed. I posted pictures of my nails. Ive never been treated like this. And I hope this saves someone some grief.
