Wanted a simple French nail design with multiple colors like the trends, but the guy that did it didnt even cover the full tip and you could see through the fake nail. Looks so cheap and ugly. I asked for him to fill the whole tip and he said no. Also the filing was super hard and stings. Will never go back again. The guy that did my nails was also super rude, unsanitary.

Both my friend and I got pedicures and the woman and man that did our pedicures were extremely nice. Our pedicures were well worth the money and they took the time and effort on our nails. Please consider this salon for your next pedicure- will be coming again.

Went in as walk ins today with my daughters. They were very accommodating, friendly and took their time. We really enjoyed our time there and will be back!

Thought I would take my lunch and get a pedicure and treat myself this afternoon and the guy showed me my options and i picked the basic $45 one they had also the cheapest one they had and they man i had was very aggressive throughout my pedicure and when i went up to pay he tells me my total is $60...how does it go up $15 for nothing extra not even a design or anything? doesnt make sense but it doesnt sit right with me that is wrong..one should be up front with pricing before adding an extra $15 for what??

I will NEVER go back again. Very rude and disrespectful. Didn’t even do the design I had wanted & even showed him a picture( Very simple design of a flower all white nails). After my nails, the old guy had asked if I wasn’t my toe nails done. I simply asked if that was include with the nails and he said yes. I come to to counter to pay and it was 70 dollars for something I only wanted 30 dollars. I asked again why I was being charged this when I was persistent and asked if this was apart of the 30 dollar nails. I wrote out the tip for the guy who did my nails. Then when I lady that did my toe nails said “ no tip for me”? And starts talking in Hmong about me when I was the only person in there. Tips are supposed to be earned, not expected. I have never felt more unwelcome in my life. There was definitely a language barrier and only care about the money that can squeeze from your wallet. Very disappointed in their performance.

Cut my toe and on my other foot rubbed so hard with nail file on top of my toe it burned. Used way too much lotion. Just felt like there were going thru the motions. Cost a lot more than what the sign said. Polish didn’t look very good, is dull and sticky.

They do a nice job of taking care of your feet. The pedi was relaxing.

$20 for this. I did not have any hang nails before I walked in. Also poked to bleed (thumb).Tools were in a general box. Is that normal? Most places I have been before have sanitary tools and even sterile kits/packages of tools.

The only place I trust taking a blade / cheese grater to my rough feet!

Im so dissatisfied with the non covid 19 protocol, there was none. Masks yes, but no cleaning of hands what so ever. Completely dissatisfied during the pandemic as q healthcare worker.

Great service, friendly staff. Went with my daughter and her friend and we were all very happy. Only issue was the younger gentleman who worked on my daughters friends feet didnt offer all that we got, but it all was amazing.

Cant even give a review! I have stopped here 3 times & was told by the Salon Owner--get this--they dont do fills for gel nails. Additionally, both times it was near 5PM. Makes me think this is simply Green Bays version on whats going on in Jupiter, FL!!!!!

Have been going there for a few years and always have been happy but the past 3 times have been nightmares. New management? Seems like a lot of new faces who aren’t trained properly. Gel nails lasted 3 days and peeled off. Way to expensive for that. Not planning on ever returning.

The older lady that was doing my pedicure today looked like she had never done one before. When she started painting my nails she had it all over and it looked horrible. The other woman had to come over to fix it. The nail polish on both of my big toes is smudged and coming off already. Horrible job and a waste of $40! I will not be going back.

Service and skills are consistently good, especially for the price. Cleanliness seems good too, I really dont know why it has such God awful reviews. If you want nice looking nails that last and youre on a budget, go for it.

The old lady that gave me the pedicure didn’t know what she was doing. She was angry and unfriendly. At the end did a horrible job. She was very proud of her nasty attitude supported by the rest of the coworkers. Speaking in their language and giving me dirty looks, just because I told her that I didn’t want oval nails shape. That place was really horrible. They don’t deserve not even one star.

I have been to many salons in Green Bay, but always return to this one. My nails always look amazing when I leave and the customer service is wonderful.. something that is hard to find nowadays.

Don’t let the older man ever do your nails! He is absolutely terrible!!! Got a full set of acrylics yesterday and 1) he was not gentle at all! He used the dremal on MY SKIN 2) he didn’t even clean up my cuticles so now I have over grown cuticles that are under acrylic 3) he’s extremely messy! I had glue and acrylic all over my hands! And a ton of excess around my nails that I am still trying to clean off. On top of that I don’t even think he cleaned his station before having the next girl come over so I can only imagine that he didn’t clean it when I sat down either. This isn’t the first time I’ve had him so it’s not like I’m basing this off one experience. Definitely would never recommend to anyone! What a waste of money!

I went in to try a dip manicure because I had had one before and loved it. Well I went here because it showed that they did dip. I went in and I should have immediately known it would be a bad experience. The man began using the drill file to take off a layer of my nails. Mind you I had nothing on them to begin with. He did not trim my cuticles which were quite long due to no manicure for two months. He then put on the dip and it looked thin and flimsy. Two days later my first chip happened. 6 days in to having it on and 8/10 nails are chipped. I wanted a partial refund but all they offered was to redo them. If they looked awful the first time, they would on a second time also. The man on the phone did not understand and kept asking me if I wanted a manicure of pedicure. Terrible customer service. I would not recommend this place at all!

Was brought by my mother as a joke but it turned out to be a rewarding experience. The service was great. The people were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for some relaxation.

Just left getting a gel manicure. I typically dont give a bad review if something happens as isolated incident but this is the second time Ive gone to get a manicure and the young man doing nails was so rude and short. Rushing me to pick a color! I wont be back. Poor service. 1 star was generous.

Nikki does not back up her work - and if her work does not hold up she will not give any type of discount to even help the customer or fix your nails!! was a faithful customer for many years but seen her true colors when it came to fixing a problem!! Will never go there again! To many nail salons in town to go to then waste your time where your business is not appreciated!

It was horrible. Please do not go here. The attitudes the people had and disrespect. Yanking my hands and I now have blisters from burning underneath my nail on my fingers with one of the tools that spins and files you nail. My nails ended up not even looking that good. Then he charged me an extra 10$ for no reason.

Had an appointment with a specific person who was recommended... He did a great job on the actual manny/peddy, but horrible job painting my nails.. he put on a base coat, two coats of color and a third ornamental color, and then a top coat. I sat there ten minutes under driers and they were pretty good.. but six hours later.. i took off my flip flops and put on crocks and when i pulled my foot out of my shoe, the whole top of my big toe was smeared off. Today, all of it is lifting up all gooey...Not to mention that it really wasnt pretty... i just wanted gold french over my my chocolate polish... he did the french lines very thickly.I think if it wasnt going to work out good, he should have said something to me when I chose the colors.$65 with tip... take off $25 for the bad paint job... $40 worth of good work.

A woman in the store had been there for over an hour because the worker had screwed up her nails twice, she said she wanted to leave and that she would not pay $45 for the pedicure as she had not even had her nails painted, she said she would pay $20 and when she handed the money to the manager, the manager ripped the money up and threw it in the trash in front of everyone. Upon this happening my mom switched her pedicure from a deluxe to a basic because she wanted to get out of there...when she did this the manager started yelling at her that no one works for free. Terrible customer service. DON’T GO HERE.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure and I left with calloused feet a cut from a nail file and nail Polish on my hands.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. The guy rushed me to find my color, didnt match my fingers up and got pissed when I asked him to make them look the same and threw his filer on the table and just stared at me with the most exaggerated look of annoyance. DO NOT GO HERE. He drilled my nails down so much that they all burned and jerked my hands around while ignoring my questions and requests. Im now left with a giant blob of fallen acrylic on my thumb nail, nails that do not resemble eachother, and my pinky nail is almost pointing straight up toward the sky. And he still charged me 50$. I was literally shaking with anger and he didnt apologize one time. Awful man. He was laughing with his wife when I looked up and dropped the smile and gave me a dead stare as soon as I caught him. Dont give this guy your money.

We went here on a reccomendation. The service and overall experience was terrible. One of the techs sliced my friends finger open and proceeded to tell her it was her fault. Overall an awful experience.

The older men at this salon are rude & dont listen to what you asked for. I have given them 3 tries and I am DONE with them! If you cannot get a female or one of the younger males walk away!
