I have gone to this nail salon a few times now for a basic gel manicure. Within the first week of getting them done, they crack down the middle and chip off and ruin my nail underneath. My friends all have good experiences at this salon, but I can’t say the same. At least the prices aren’t too bad i guess.

I was on a road trip and needed to get my nails done for my wedding reception. I took a chance on this place and it was great! I am not nice to my cuticles and the person doing my nails took her time and trimmed them up and made them look sooo much better than before. I would definitely return to this place if I lived in the area. Great price too!

A group of 7 of us went here the day before my sisters wedding to get our nails done and the whole staff was very nice and friendly. They were very accommodating to our group and all of our nail look fantastic. The atmosphere was bright, happy and calming and the salon was clean. I will for sure be going back and would recommend to anyone looking for a clean salon with friendly professional staff.

I am so disappointed with the quality of these acrylic nails. It is not worth 40 dollars at all. When I was done I loved the nails and even tipped 20 for her. However, just after 2 weeks my freaking pinky nail came off! I got these done on July 25th and its only Aug 8th. It wasnt even painful, it just fell off after I washed my hands. Whatever glue they used for the acrylic nails is horrible quality. It literally was like a press on nail and I eventually just had to glue it back on with nail glue. If these nails were done correctly, I would have felt pain if it broke. We also called first to make sure we can setup an appointment at 3:30 but ended up waiting for an hour because they were packed so by the time it was our turn, there was 30 mins left before closing. Thats probably why my nails were done so poorly since it was rushed. Ultimately to the lady who did my nails, I dont recommend her. Maybe others have had better experience at this place but I am turely dissappointed. Im never coming back to this place again.

Went to this nail salon for the first time last week, and the person doing it for gel polish stuck all under my nails. He also filed my cuticles instead of trimming them, he filed one finger so much it cut me open and I got an infection

Ive given this salon a few chances now, and although my nails always look pretty good, I do not like their service. The first time I went there was with a party of five. We called a week in advance to make an appointment. When we got there, they only have one nail tech do all of our nails. We were there for over three hours for just getting manicures. The last time I was there, I got both a manicure and pedicure. The pedicure was awful - when I got home, I had to pumas my feet myself because they didnt get any of the dead skin off of my heels. The thing that has me never going back to this salon was at the end after I paid, the guy who did my nails opened the door for me and then FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR. Him and another guy that work there were circling my car and asking me very weird questions. For being alone and it being dusk at the time I was leaving, I left feeling extremely uneasy and crept out. I faked a phone call to get out of the situation - Ive never felt so scared. If youre going to this place, Id highly recommend going with a friend and parking far away so they dont follow you to your car.

The best in the area, tried other places but they do the best job! Wont go anywhere else now.

I enjoyed the time with different people who did manicures for me. Each person made my nails look better than before and massaged my hands and arms so they felt wonderful when they were finished. They even held the door open for me.

Tracy is amazing! She is very talented and can freestyle pretty much almost any design. Ive been to her 4 times and never left unhappy. She listens to you. Also, very friendly and the entire staff makes you feel at home. I wanted a winter/New Years theme. Had to go shorter than I usually do because new job with typing. Picture doesnt do it justice! Cant see the details of the beautiful snowflakes. I only go to her now. Theres no other place.

There was 3 in our party .We each had a pedicure.It could if been better. I still have my hangnails.My fault for not expressing my feelings better.They offered us something to drink.The workers were very polite and courteous.Will go back. There is a card they stamp, after a few visits the next is free

My mom and I had a great experience with everyone at T T nail shop; such a likable and accommodating group of nail technicians. One of the friendliest times I’ve had in a nail salon and the service was exceptionally good. Love my dip nails and my mom loves her pedicured feet. Finally a clean, quality place we can feel pampered at!

Very nice people. Gave my daughter 5 star experience. She got a soda with a bendy straw, a unicorn hair bow and lolipop.My daughters finger nail polish chipped so we came back the next day and they not only fixed it but gave her some nail art.Ooh and my gel polish like amazing!We will come again.

It was the cleanest nail salon I have ever been too, everyone was very friendly, on time, they did amazing work, sat and talked with you! My friend and I had a blast! We will definitely be coming back!

I loved this place. So professional and me and my friends had a blast.

I called and asked if walking in or setting an appt was better and was told set an appt so i did walked in and all were doing someone nails already and some were just beginning a half hour after my appt time i was finally asked to sit at a chair was not happy at all if i would of just walked in i could of noticed they were too busy and walked out instead was told they were good for 430 so 1 out of 3 of us sat down amd we ended up waiting 2 hours before she was done and before the other two of us would of been able to be seated!!!

I have gone 3 times now, the first I did the dipping powder nails they turned out lovely the owners wife did mine the first time and she was the sweetest thing ever! Second same experience everyone offered to get me something to drink, also noticed my back was hurting so got me a pillow to put behind my back without me even asking, this last time I went there another sweet lady did my pedicure came out awesome and the owner did my dip nails he was so funny! I have had horrible experiences in nail salons before so I cherish them, will keep coming back and would recommend to anyone!!! Also very clean and flexible schedule as well!

I went in for a pedicure and ended up getting a manicure too. As soon as I walked in the door, they asked me if I wanted anything to drink, would I like a pillow for my back, was I comfortable, etc. I felt like I was treated like a queen. I had shoulder surgery and they took extra care, not to hurt my shoulder or arm. The massage of arms and legs was so relaxing. I can’t say enough about how well I was treated. I would give this place 5 stars and I will definitely be going back.

My young daughter and I walked in today without appointments. They have COVID precautions in place and the facility was clean. We were greeted by the friendly staff, offered beverages, and relaxed in the comfortable massage chairs. Both nail technicians did a great job on our nails and because they were under new ownership, the prices were discounted and very reasonable. We will definitely go back!

This is now my favorite spot. With new ownership I think the staff is amazing, they care about the product they put out. They really care about their clients and their reputation. If you haven’t been here in a while or had. A bad experience in the past, give the new ownership another try.

Very kind staff! I brought my 4 year old daughter with me to get pedicures and they were very kind to her. When I asked them to change the channel on the tv because a show was on that was inappropriate for 4 year old they changed it to pbs for her. They also used a lot of detail and attention when doing her nails, much more than other salons have done for a kids pedicure. At the end they let her pick out not one but three suckers! Very pleased with our experience.

I normally love this place. I just moved back to Green Bay and was excited to get my nails done for a wedding here because they do an amazing job and the prices are fair. Sad to say today is my last time coming here. I always ask for Tracy to do my nails because she does a great job. Today two friends of hers came in and she seemed to be rushing through my nails to be able to get to them. She also kept checking her phone while working on my nails, not very professional. My acrylic nails were uneven and the shellac top coat was sloppy. I also got a pedicure and I only wanted a regular pedicure that is cheaper, not the deluxe. They always default give me the deluxe pedicure ($42!) without asking me and then I am forced to pay for the services. After my toes dried and I left the store I saw them in the light and the polish had wrinkled and bubbles like crazy. It was clear they were using old nail polish. I was in a hurry to get to work so I went in and asked for a refund for the polish because clearly I was going to have to do it myself. They got offended and told me they refused to give me a refund but would fix the bubbly polish. I was angry because I had somewhere to be and I had been there for an hour and a half as it was. They yelled at me and my girlfriend and refused to fix the polish or refund me because we called them out on not doing a good job. I am extremely unhappy considering I am a loyal customer who has been coming here for years. Wish they could take more pride in their work. I even told her I was getting my nails done for a wedding and she couldnt even take the time to make sure they looked good for a special event. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company to get the refund I deserve. Ill also be on the look out for a new nail salon in the Green Bay Area.

The ladies here were very pleasant and did a great job on pedis for my daughter and I.

Extremely unprofessional. Lady kept checking her phone and texting while doing my nails. Then her teenage son comes out of the back room and they start arguing and swearing at each other. My nails look okay not terrible but not impressed. Would not go here again.

The girl was so rough taking off my shellac--just dug and dug and damaged my real nails. Then, the color she gave me wasnt even a gel color! She painted my nails with regular nail polish under a gel top coat! I wasnt aware until the next nail salon I went to after even asked where I had gone. It took them an hour to get the polish off without ruining what remained of my nails. It was so awful and almost embarrassing.
