I had my taxes prepared by Samantha Stine. She was so awesome. She was professional and even made me laugh a little. She made the process so easy!

Ronette is AMAZING! Always very helpful, and helps us to understand everything we are filling out. We come to her every year, and wouldnt have it any other way. She has a wonderful personality, shes patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond helpful. She is great! We LOVE her!!

I went in as a walk in and the receptionist took my name and they got me in pretty quick Gloria Barron was my tax lady she was so nice , quick and very efficient I really like going in there because all the ladies are so nice thank you all

I had a horrible experience with Donna doing my taxes. She had no idea what she was doing & it was very clear to me that she didn’t want to be there. If I’m paying a good amount of money to get my taxes done, I expect the tax preparer to at least pretend they care. DO NOT get your taxes done at this location & especially not with Donna.

I have done my taxes with Jackson Hewitt for years now. This year I went in and was told I had 2 year not done. I stressed how strange that was considering they had 2018 on file but not 2019, which made no sense. After a lot of back and forth with the agent who insisted 2019 needed done I paid them to do 2019. Now I get a call saying its already been done. This is the last straw. As it is I have been on the verge of not using them for 2 years. The agent always has an attitude when I ask questions or question her response. I trusted her only to get swindled. I am just done with this place after wasting hundreds of dollars to do something that I insisted was done but was told otherwise.

My husband and I had an appointment at 10am on 5-15-2021, we walked thru the door and not one person said anything to either of us, so we sat for about 5 min then my husband waled outside to make a phone call and then when he walked back in was when someone finally said something. We decided to go somewhere else.to have our taxes done and Im glad we did!!! I would give this negative stars if I could. Oh and Im still waiting on a phone call for our missed appointment

Great experience! Donna helped my husband and I with filing our taxes and did an amazing job! She was very polite and worked us through each of the steps and answered all questions that we had. I would DEFINITELY recommend going through jackson hewitt to file taxes.

My parents have been going to this Jackson Hewitt for years to have there tax’s done by Donna Barron. And l as couple of year now I have been go to her too. Donna as makes always makes me feel comfortable when I go to get my taxes done and always answers all the questions i have. She always make sure I know how much I’m getting back from state and federal how much taxes state and federal took out of my checks or I’m going to be penalized. I highly recommend Donna she’s an amazing tax person and overall someone easy to talk to and ask questions if you have any.

H&R block competition. Pretty much the same, but reputation for honestly is less. No complaint on this location though.

This is by far the most deceptive place.. period!!! The lady that prepared my advanced loan taxes knew that I wasnt approved but gave me a bogus card and told me to keep checking it like a goofy!!! All they care about is you coming to their facility to file your taxes under false pretenses.

Service was great, much better than H&R Block. They were professional, knowledgeable, and detailed. I have already recommended this location to friends and family.
