This is the easiest 5 star review I have ever given. Sam and her team are amazing and gave me the best tax experience I have ever had. She made the process very easy to understand and convenient around my time. I dropped off and signed in my documents one morning, and met with her later the same day. The whole process took less than twenty minutes and she filed two different states for me. She was also very helpful in letting me know what moving expenses I could write off as well. I am happy to have found a go to tax guru that I can rely on from here on out, and look forward to doing more business with her.

I’m a one man band Chinese Medicine practitioner!I was looking for help with my taxes and wanted to setup Quick Books. Their communication was horrible. I never got my tax appointment set up until I went to pickup my taxes because I need to turn them in. I also asked for help setting up my Quick Books in 2017. I didn’t get help until late March or April 2018. I was told learning it would be the best and most cost effective way of handling it. Another bad experience. I was given poor instruction and received a bill for around $200. I paid that and hoped all the time with Katie wouldn’t be for nothing, wrong! There was an error that she didn’t explain costing me more time and money. I have tried to use their help but to no avail. Now they have sent me more invoices over $200 for their Quick Books help! I say no to this bill and have found better help that is able to communicate clearly and does a lot more work for me at a fraction of the cost!Very disappointed because they are nice people.

What a great experience! My husband and I are very pleased. They were very accommodating and were willing to work with our schedule. We were charged a very fair price for the services provided. They have a lot of knowledge and were very efficient. Definitely plan on using them every year!

Very informative about taxes. I am somewhat ignorant when it comes to taxes as I havent really bothered to educate myself over the years on how they work.
