Told me I didnt need an appointment drove over called to let him know I was there no answer called next Monday same store come in when ever called no answer wait each time 30 minutes went to the people down stairs my appointment is on Wednesday

We had an appoinment at 7pm waited till 7:20pm and they still told us it was going to take 10 more minutes we got out early from work to make it and still had to wait why schedule us in at 7 and make us wait half an hour. We have a life too!
