Itzel did my taxes 2 and a half weeks ago, just needed to email a couple documents back. The same day that I paid Itzel I sent the email. I trusted her that if there was a problem she would email me. WRONG! Here I am 2 and a half weeks later thinking that Ill get my return any day now and find out she hasnt filed yet. Apparently it is my fault that my email went to junk mail and she didnt look there. Im not sure how I am suppose to be in control of what file my email goes to but the blame was placed on me. Itzel wouldnt take any responsibility for the oversight. Taking responsibility for your mistakes goes a loooong way. Sure I should have called but I guess that is my bad for trusting that when I pay for a service that it will be done. Dont worry Itzel I wont be trusting you with my business again. If you want to pay $140 to get blamed for your taxes not being done Itzel is the woman to see!

Horrible experience. If you enjoy never getting a call back, never knowing the status of the service they are providing, and after months of miss information you have to pick up your documents to take them somewhere else ... this is definitely the place for you. I think lawyers and IRS should definitely look into this company. Thanks for nothing All Season Tax and Books.

I have been pleased with Teri and her services for many years.

I could tell Teri was lieing to me when she told me I didnt make enough money to get earned income credit (she said you had to make at least 18,000) I went to a different tax company and had my taxes checked out, and thank god I did. They said there is NO minimum for earned income credit. She made multiple mistakes on my taxes over the years and ultimately cost me 1000s of dollars. She even told me one year, I didnt make enough to file. She wouldnt own up to her mistakes and refused to give me a refund. I trusted this women! I didnt know of shes uneducated about tax laws now or just a scam artist. Im working with a company now that is fixing everything for me. All season tax and books are crooks! Stay away from them!
