The accountant who completed my taxes, James Kunkel, performed everything in a timely fashion and found business expense write-offs other accountants missed. The entire experience was pleasant because I could tell my information was in competent hands. That is refreshing! He went over options that had not been previously brought to my attention and found errors on a previous return. He also seemed to understand my tax situation quickly. I did not need to research anything on my own. Everything was competently handled. Given the choice, I will not be using anyone else next year. I also like H&R Blocks peace of mind policy and appreciate the convenience of being able to make the tax payments directly from their office.

I used to do my taxes on my own, however I seemed to be paying more into the system so I tried your services. I found your tax professionals were easy to work with. My original person that I went to retired and her replacement was an individual I knew. All of the tax professionals seem to be kind, courteous, knowledgeable and caring.

I was able to make an appointment with Dennis Huey in your Greeley, Colorado office for the next day. Mr. Huey was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained how H.&R. Block worked, discussed my tax situation and took the data I provided. Two days later he had our return ready for filing and the cost was less than I had paid in the past to prepare my own returns online at Turbotax .

The guy I used typed wrong stuff and I had to correct him alot Update my routing number was wrong and address as well, had lots of problem with hr block I general nothing particular about that location in fact they had the best costumer service in this área of colorado the rest acted like they didnt want to help me resolve the issue with helping me get my refund but then when I called this location I got transfered to the manager ty I think was his name nicest guy polite and took my issue as his own refunded me of what theyve charged and helped me trough that even though I have to wait 90 days for my check to come in the mail but at least I know If in the future I dont have to feel completely left out when something goes wrong so end of the day I recommend the location due to the best example of ownership Ive seen coming from any tax office location.

H&r block has done our taxes for over 25 years. So when went to get our taxes done this year, some of the tax laws had changed last year was very disappointed regarding some of the tax changes. The person who did our taxes gave great customer service made sure we understood what the changes were. Overall it was a good experience I didnt have to pay in this year.

This low rating is specifically for Barbara Duus. My wife and I filed and turned out that we didnt get enough withheld, so we owed money. She then told us repeatedly that this is our fault, and literally said I was useless because I couldnt remember how many tax allowances I had put on my W4. We felt very belittled and patronized. We enjoy using h & r block and will continue to do so, but will definitely be making our appointment with a different advisor next time.
