I would give a lower rating if it were possible. I have had State Farm Insurance for 3 decades. Doesnt seem Troy Gonzales really cares about his customers, but rather collecting the money he gets from them. After 2-3 weeks of no return phone calls from him and dealing with apparent incompetent staff. I found many mistakes with overcharging on policies and having extra people added to the policy for unexplained reasons, I decided to cut and run and go with a different insurance company. This decision has saved me hundreds of dollars per month. Never been happier! Make sure you keep an eye on your monthly bill, if you decide to stay with Troy, dont count on him calling you back if you locate an issue.
