Over the past week, Skip Carlson has been trying to take matters into his own hands by putting up illegal no parking signs around the Gallery Green Professional Park. In a means to prevent Frontier Academy Elementary parents from parking or standing near the Professional Park during pick up hours. Today, while waiting for my sons, there was discussion about those signs by what looked to be school officials and the City of Greeley. A Toyota SUV was approaching the area in front of Mr Carlsons office and he looked to be yelling and pointing at the ground, then out of no where and looked to be out of anger, he slammed his hand onto the hood of the Toyota. Professionalism??? I think not.

Great customer service and friendly staff. You get the hometown, old fashioned mom and pop company feeling when you walk in the office. The staff has stayed late to help me out when I walk in the door at closing time (since I work late most days). Also, very affordable.

I have been with this insurance agency for a few years now. I changed from another one where I was getting the run-around, constantly higher rates (with no accidents or tickets) & hidden fees for silly things. I’m thankful to say, I get none of that with this agency. The staff is always polite & knowledgeable & I always get a call back when I’m promised one. I’d recommend this agency to others.

Every experience with Skip and his staff is an awesome one! They treat our family like we are their only customers. When a storm caused damage to our home, Skip checked in frequently and went out of his way just to make sure we were ok. This old fashioned family oriented style of customer service is a shining example of how businesses need to be run.

Any time weve had a question or an issue, Mr. Carlson and his team have been quick to respond. Theyre kind, caring, and professional. Definitely recommend them!

All employees are always super nice when I go in personally. And, when I call inquiring about something...if they dont have an answer for me right there and then, then I receive a call shortly after with a response. I am never forgotten.
