I had Allstate when I left Boise Idaho so I looked into it when I moved to Colorado. The name of my agent is Brody and he works out of the office in Greely, Co. He was wonderful at explaining everything and got me quickly set up with exactly whatI needed! I was more than happy with his level of knowledge and efficiency and will continue to use Allstate in the future! I love dealing with your office. We have been with Allstate quite a few years now but since we transferred to Sue Helfrichs office after being with another office its been a complete change and a much more enjoyable experience

Just spoke with Tawnia over the phone to get a quote on auto insurance. Who knew this type of call didnt have to be boring or intimidating? She was incredibly transparent and educational, she made the entire process easy and fun! Highly highly recommend.

If you gotta deal with All State then I would just call the main customer service number. Also make sure to ask about any forms you may need to sign.. they mailed mine 6 weeks after starting the policy and they expired the same day I received them... Now my policy goes up $30 for the next 6 months..Update I have since cancelled and although I didnt go a single day into my 4th month, allstate decides I owe them more money (for the past, yet my 3 months were paid in full).. I would just find another insurance provider because these guys are sketchy.
