So I was told I would get a refund for late fees and would be issued a check. NOT... That’s after about 3 days of being on the phone trying to figure out why I was being charged these fees. So Bristal west agent filled out my bank account information incorrectly so my agent said that they would make it right by issuing me a check for $25.00 and a gift card. I said that I would just want a check for the full amount owed to me. Oh but they can’t do that. So long story short this company is a JOKE and will never do business with them ever!!!! I still have not received a check for what they owe me $50.00 plus they canceled my policy after that said I was to hard to deal with but never told me. So don’t ever use this company customer service horrible and will over charge you every month and you won’t get your money back!!

Dustin is exactly what I believe an insurance agent should be. It’s refreshing to have an agent that takes the time to explain my best options in a kind, detailed manner. He always takes the time I feel I need. A true professional.

Dustin Khaffaji is NOT A GOOD INSURANCE AGENT! All he has done for us is collect our money and nothing else! We have never received any type of correspondence from him from the time he has taken over this agency. We have also called his office several times during normal business hours and the phone is NEVER ANSWERED, and you cant leave message! We recently tried to obtain important documents from his office to complete a refinance, when the phone was finally answered our loan officer was given the run around by his office staff, and then was never provided the necessary documentation as promised. To save our closing, my husband and I had to call the companies directly and beg to be given the documentation (as they normally ask customers to go through their agent). Long story short is, we are in the process of moving ALL OF OUR POLICIES out of this agency! In all seriousness, if an insurance agent cant help you with something as simple as documentation, what will happen when you have a major event?
