I know people tend to over share and when they have a bad experience that doesn’t necessarily mean someone else will, but I am so inclined to leave this review because I cannot believe what this company has done to me. Everyone’s situation is unique but if I can give any advice, just be sure about any claims you file. So disappointing. Even after pleading with them to repair things, I’ve had no luck.

Lesa Ringkjob is a very caring insurance agent. She and her staff are always very prompt getting back to me, and its nice to actually talk to them instead of getting directed to the home office like most companies. I would recommend Lesas agency to anyone who wants a good service experience.

I came to Lesas agency about six months ago from Geico. Not only are the rates better but I am big on customer service and this office is always friendly and willing to get back to me in a reasonable amount of time. I love that I dont have to call an 800 number and I know who I am going to speak to!!

Not what it seems. I was over insured and even when asking for an adjustment, the office was no help. Im shopping around for another insurance. While the office is responsive, when it comes to adjusting your coverage they are not as thorough as Id like. And forget about doing any type of claim for ID theft -no help! $300 payment back after all my information, cards, bank accounts were stolen in one swoop! Ridiculous.
