Worst possible insurance team I’ve ever dealt with!

Always have great service. I’ll send an email and get one back in a timely manner. Had to make a claim and got the estimate and the mechanic shop found some hidden damages and they issued another check to cover the difference on it. Would recommend this office to anyone!

Incredibly expensive and ineffective. We have full coverage on a vehicle we are paying off and it’s incredibly high. The insurance adjuster has been fighting us tooth and nail to get the damage to our vehicle fixed. We’ve been treated very poorly this entire time and it’s been incredibly frustrating. With the amount of money we have been spending over the last year we could have paid for the damages out of our own pocket and not had to deal with this. We are not impressed and will be switching providers ASAP. Save your money and do a little more research. Bryan and Sara are very personable and they make you feel welcome for sure but when it comes to the coverage it’s just not worth it.

A year or so ago I had extensive hail damage on a rental house. The disaster claims people could not have been more helpful. The staff has been very professional and the prices are fair although I didnt/ dont like to hear about ANY price hikes, that just takes me back to the old insurance companys Ive delt with before in my past always a price hike on the horizon. Not good!
