Been with them going on 14 years. Always professional AND helpful. If youre looking for insurance... check them out. If your experience with them is half as good as mine has been, I believe youde still be satisfied.

Not a good company to go with. I never had problems with them and I was with them for about four years until one day I forgot to pay my insurance so I had to go in and reinsure the cars again well wasnt a big deal to me but when I went they had to retake the photos of one of the vehicles that I had and one of the ladies had seen that the car had hail damage which in fact when we first got the car it already had hail damage and they had already taken photos years prior to that. The hail damage wasnt a recent incident because when we first got the cars insured it already had it. Which in fact the hail damage was already on the vehicle when we very first went with National Insurance it was not a recent incident. I had told her that when we first went National Insurance it already had it because we had gotten the cars use and she insisted that we still couldnt get them insured because we never filed a claim for the hail damage on it, well thats how we got the cars why would we file a hail damaged when it wasnt something that happened when we had the cars.The happened to the previous owners of the car. We needed full coverage on that car because it wasnt paid off so thats why they needed to take photos of that car. This company is not a good company and Im kind of glad I switch over to another company!! Do not go with this company because they obviously dont Mark everything down the first time and think that you are lying to them!!!!

Great customer service. Bilingual workers very helpful,my husband doesnt speak English and he says he never feels lost when he walks in there. Love the reminder calls for payment too.👍

Horrible customer service. The ladies that work there dont care. Stuck up. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Was a customer for more than 8 years, never lower rates, and they will give you attitude if you ask questions of why your policy went up and will never return your calls as they promise they would. Dont get insurance from this place. Too expensive.
