Amazing! I have had my insurance with Security for 5 years. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Anytime i have a policy question, one call and it gets answered. I have had two claims while being insured by Security Insurance Group and both have gone seamlessly. I would definitely recommend this agency to everyone looking for insurance. There is no actual address for this company. FraudI have had this insurance for more than 20 years. Security insurance took over after our insurance agent passed away. Travis has absolutely no idea what he is doing. I called to change my address (which they were aware of since they insure us) and it never got changed. Now we have a claim and my check is going to the wrong address. These people are idiots.

Security insurance group is a wonderful company. Michael helped me out and saved me about 400 bucks on my auto insurance which is awesome. I have been very pleased with them sense I started my insurance in 2012.

Had to go directly to the insurance company to cancel one of my policies almost a week after sending a cancellation request. Called to verify and still was not done. Seem like all the good agent have moved on to better companies. Definitely better places to get insurance with agents that care about their clients.
