They lie over the phone about the estament then you get there then they keep giving you different estament every time they keep adding adding thinks to the estament everytime you end up paying twice the amount that they gave you in the first place i do not recommend this place at all

No windshield replacement, minimum comp deductible 1,000 hail, tree falling, theft, hitting deer. And minimum collision deductible 2,000 out of pocket to fix your vehicle If you are only looking to get license plates an need proof of insurance and not actual coverage, this is you place. If you care about your vehicle or if its financed this is not the place.

They represent Young America Insurance company. After their client did a hit and run while my car was parked in a parking lot which he is serving jail time and charges, Fred Loya provided unbelievably horrible service. Between giving Toyota Financial the run around and giving the body shop a hassle. If you are thinking about doing insurance regardless of the prices, do yourself a favor and dont do business with Fred Loya Insurance ever.

Poor Service ,so much hassle just to report a claim and rental.They give you the run around and never return calls. On top of that Fred Loya employee are rude and impatient to answer any of your questions, as if their job is so hard. I feel like this company is a fraud plus for some reason they charge you every little thing Ex:( address change or any update)
