Adam has been such a great help, honest, quick to respond, $amounts given to me were all very accurate, no surprises when my payment was automatically withdrawn. It’s so nice to be able to contact your insurance agent and not have to be on hold forever and then talk with an agent who takes another hour to help out with what ever I need.THANKS A BUNCH ADAM! I do not recommend using Adam Padilla, one of Isaacs employees. I was a small policy and he made sure I knew that my policy wasnt making him much money month to month with unresponsiveness to any emails and questions that I had. I have a policy with another company and the experience has been much better and much more responsive. I am not a difficult client, in 3.5 years of my policy with Adam I asked 3 questions and requested 2 changes (all emails are documented). I was not overly demanding or needy, just desired professional and timely responses to questions and needed changes.He was amazing in the set up of my policy and ever since then is when the issues began. Do not recommend.

Probably one of the nicest calls Ive had with an auto insurance company. They gave me a very competitive rate, with excellent coverage. Im very pleased.

I was looking to possibly switch insurance but with my crazy work schedule and being on and off the phone all day it was hard. Adam gave me a call and I missed it. He then texted back and forth with me to get things going while working around my schedule. We did car, renters and life and he made every step of the way so easy!! I did not have a great experience with this agency as one of their agents was not very knowledgeable. For starters, he quoted a monthly premium of x dollars , but then I received my documents in the mail with a much higher amount then what he quoted. I called him , but he could not explain the misalignment . They are other examples where his communication was very poor and unprofessional. For example, I did not appreciate his casual way of writing to me the customer. I am not his colleague or friend, so I do not find it appropriate to not address me by name and just answer my questions with short one liners.

Never had a problem with they are always attentive and take care of me, unlike a lot of other offices I had to deal with before. 100% recommend having you insurance policies with them
