I have been trying to get a hold of the agent several times. The one time I did get through she was on a walk and asked me to text her, which I did. That was on June 9th. Never got back to me. Tried calling and it just goes to voice mail. Tried to email got a response back to send to another email. Now I am done and going to another agent.

Have been trying to get ahold of either Kate or Jeremy on SEVERAL occasions via phone, voicemail and email for commercial policy. Their lack of response is now affecting MY business! They will be reported to the BBB. DO NOT USE this local agency!!
