These guys are great and will even check your oil/do top offs for free. I always go here before a long trip just to be sure my tires and oil is good to go. Theyve even told me when Ive had a leak and suggested where I could go. Super helpful and trustworthy, plus Im usually in and out within 20-30mins.

The tech was very knowledgeable and quick in changing out my cabin filter. It had started smelling like fish and was full of black mold. Make sure your filters are changed regularly. He found that it was ORIGINAL filter part from Nissan 2012. Every place Id gone to for oil changes had never done it even though I had asked for my filters to be changed. Thank you so much . Air is so much better to breathe.

Excellent service. I was helped by Michael who was incredibly professional, honest, and hard working. He explained everything that they were inspecting, was very honest about what did not need to be changed, and they even filled the oil to the right amount and showed me (most places overfill).Even though I expected good service in a Grapevine business, I am more impressed by excellent service. Super quick! I’m typing this as my oil change is occurring. I pulled in the Valvoline Team were collecting my information, checking my tire pressure, lights, blinkers, and very professional. I felt they were very honest with me letting me know that my air filter was good and didn’t require replacement. 10/10 would recommend.

Prices are sooo steep!! $100+ for a full synthetic oil change (I paid $65 for my previous one for the exact same oil at another Valvoline). When I showed him my last receipt, he responded with “damn corporate”. Great service and it was all done so quick, but still. I realize he isn’t able to change the price for me, but something doesn’t seem right!

Excellent. I called them and they said no appointment necessary. Told me the wait time, cost, even sent me a coupon for the service I needed. I sat in the car while they worked on it super efficiently. Excellent service!!! I dont think I am getting an oil change anywhere ever again.

They were very nice and professional. They are also super quick. There were 2 people in front of me and I only waited 15 mins. At most. Also, as a women its hard to find a place you trust but this set us is genius because you sit in your car and you can watch everything. Its perfect for people with trust issues like me. The employees were very nice guys but the prices here are out of control. $105 dollars for a synthetic oil change. Take your car to blagg, about 2 minutes away, on main and you wont even pay half that. They also spilled oil all over my engine and the thing smoked all the way home. Well not be returning here.

My oil change was quick! In and out in 15 minutes or less and I was on a lunch break. I will refer a friend and return soon.

Two weeks ago, I went in to have my car inspected. None of the employees or manager was wearing a mask. Against my better judgement, I let them finish the inspection, trying to stay a safe distance away from everyone. Today I received a letter from the Valvoline corporate office informing me that one of the empolyees at that location tested positve for COVID, and he last worked on the day I had my car serviced. So now Ive been exposed and may have exposed my family members, including my elderly mother-in-law, to a potentially life threatening illness because of Valvolines negligence. Absolutely unacceptable.

Matt and his crew are SO friendly. I no longer dread having to “make time” for an oil change. These people know what they are doing, and get it done FAST. I always feel like they really take care of me and my car without feeling like there is any rushing happening. Keep up the good work!

Its always fast, and they actually have the filters usually for my incredibly unusual/unique vehicle, which is nice. Cost is typically appropriate.

First visit: its a drive thru service. very nice guys. waited behind another few cars for about 15 minutes, and my oil change took about that long if not less time.they guided my car in, kept me informed on what they were doing and when, and checked my tires, lights, and wiper blades, among other checks.i asked for them to double check a problem that Firestone had said that i needed to fix, to make sure it was actually an existing problem. as far as they were able to tell, that problem didnt exist. they also let me know of other things to keep an eye on for future repairs, and took a photo with their phone to show me.i used a coupon from the company site.i do recommend this place and will return.

Normally I don’t write reviews good or bad but I have to write a review for these guys. I forgot the names of the 3 guys that assisted me yesterday at 8/25 around 5:30. But I got a coupon in the mail so I said why not just get my oil changed with this company since I have a coupon. I handed it over to the guy and he later told me it was for a different type of oil. I was like that’s fine. I didn’t mind paying for full service. Next time I know to pay close attention to coupons in the mail. Well he said he was going to give me $15 off my service and I was happy. Either way regardless if I had to pay full service was fine it was my fault but for him to give me $15 off made my day. He could’ve gave me little to zero. So service like this will provide loyal customers. Keep it up. Fritz was his name.

Yesterday, I stopped by to get an oil change and state inspection done on my truck. Matt greeted me as soon as I arrived and got me set up for the services right away. Claudia was so friendly and was happy to answer questions I had concerning some particulars of the oil change. Both Matt and Claudia, as well as the pit crew, did such an awesome job making this a quick visit (as advertised) and I definitely look forward to bringing my truck back the next time!

Great staff. Matthew, Tristan, and Claudia are a great team and make this a great place to get your car serviced. I needed my low headlight replaced, oil change, and inspection and it was all done in less than 45 minutes and they were all so friendly and professional. I highly recommend. It was my first time here and I will return for future service.

Matt and his team went well out of their way to make sure I was fully satisfied with all of the work I had done. They gave me necessary updates along the way, let me know what I needed and didn’t try to sell me on what I didn’t. They were fast, friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend them to anyone needing an oil change or more! I will definitely return to this location all of my vehicle needs.

I got there early so that I could get an oil change done in time to drop my autistic son off at school. I was going to ask if they could be done in 20 minutes so that I could get to his school on time. They told me I didnt have to get out of the car and that they would be done in 15 without my even asking. They were polite, efficient and knowledgable, and best of all, they were done in 13 minutes without rushing about. Great service! Great people!

I came to this location (my first time ever at a valvoline) on 3/3/2020. At about 7pmI didnt get the name of the workers however all of them were so very professional and explained everything to me also checked my tires and explained what to do in the future. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and new windshield wipers for my fleet truck. The Staff was very friendly, but the girl after getting the pre authorization for the work to be done came to me and said they denied my tire rotation and that I would have to wait till my next oil change. I called the fleet service to find out why they would want me waiting 10,000 miles to do so when every 5,000 is the recommendation and come to find out per the recorded phone call that she simply did not want to lift my truck and do the tire rotation. Because of that right there, I will never use Valvoline again!!!! That is flat out lying to my face and pure laziness!!!

I popped in after a conference and I was greeted by three smiling and friendly techs! I needed air in a tire and the rebounded into action! Then they nicely reminded me about my inspection ,which I continuously forget. They did my inspection in less than 10 mins and you can tell they had fun in the process. I hope the owner of this location gives them some props because they are awesome! Fritz Tristen and Claudia rock !!!
