They were great! They were very helpful when we called with questions. Upon arrival, they were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. While they couldn’t help us with our issue, they explained it in good detail. Would highly recommend! They were moving and grooving with other customers.

Kwik Kar is my ‘go to’ for quick and friendly car services. I’ve probably gone there for 6 years now for an inspection. Every year, I always call to see about the wait, Kevin always answers, and informs me that he’ll have it done within 10 minutes, and he always has. Usually he sprinkles the convo with something funny or lighthearted, which is always a refreshing change in my constant ‘go go go’ pace. My daughter came with me this last time and we sat outside and laughed at this moth butterfly thing on the tree that completely blended in and drooled over the smell of Meat U Anywhere next door. I didn’t take a creeper pic of Kevin nor Kwik Kar (Sorry Ladies), however I did take one of the butterfly/moth. Enjoy. I’d say it was another successful and enjoyable car inspection experience.

I went for my state Inspection and it was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced. In addition to the techs rudeness, you don’t get to stay in your car and there is a wait time. Please treat everyone the same and kindly. It goes a long way.

Reviews aren’t normal for me. However, these guys deserve kudos. I knew that they didn’t open until 8, as I got their a few minutes before. Most places make you wait until opening to even greet you. Not the Kaily Kar guys, they came out promptly and greeted me and told me that they would be open in just a few minutes and I would be the first in. Highly recommend, great service, value and hands down the best customer service around!

These guys did a great job on my inspection and are honest. I came here straight from another shop that wouldn’t pass my car due to too much wear on the edge of one tire. Otherwise it had plenty of tread.That didn’t seem right to me and sure enough it’s not in the Texas guidelines for state inspections to fail because of that. These guys quickly inspected my relatively new car and I passed no problem. Thank you!

I have used this Kwik Kar a number of times, but yesterday they charged me $8.00 for a filter which previously had been included as part of the change. Before they started they asked me if I wanted the same service I had previously received and I had said yes. Slipping in extra charges is dishonest I will take my business somewhere else.

The service I needed was quickly done and the staff was helpful. Also, their location is pretty good. Im satisfied and I recommend this place.

They are very customer service oriented, and they bend over backwards to help you understand what is happening to your vehicle. The shop is clean, and appears to be organized. They have never told me that my vehicle needed something when it really didn’t. I would recommend Kick Kar in Grapevine to everyone.

Unprofessional. Dropped off my vehicle for inspection and oil change. First staff member approached vehicle and said that inspection would be completed and insurance could be verified upon payment. When I returned, a different staff member angrily said, ‘we didn’t do the inspection’ (because They didn’t Have the insurance info). I explained that I was told by the first staff member that proof of insurance Would be verified at check out. The exchange continued and the staff member grew increasingly rude and aggressive. I gave him my insurance info and he stomped off to my truck and slammed it into gear then sped off toward the garage back entrance. Inspection was done quickly, not sure it was thorough.The manager was dismissive when I complained and said he would comp my next oil change, without offering any proof for that, he just told me to remind him What happened the next time I come. Won’t be going back.

I just got my first ever car and went for my first ever oil change.I asked for an oil change not knowing any better.They gave me full synthetic in a vehicle obviously only worth 10k.They did not even have the decency to do a tire rotation which after being told by my friends that I got ripped off on the synthetic is pretty standard to include a tire rotation.The tech who did the change was super rude quick and obviously did not want to be doing the oil change.A terrible first experience for an oil change and will not be returning and have told all of my friends and customers at the store I work at to not do business here.

Very disappointed with the servicing. Asked for full synthetic, was given blend. When asked for insurance for an inspection, was told my card on my phone was inadequate. Every other location has been great. Guess Ill just drive further to go to one of the others.

I’m a bit shy when it comes to taking my car or truck in. I’m a loner and these guys always come through for me in every way. If they can’t help they will always point me in the right direction. Terrible service!! When I went to get my State Inspection they were advertising that we could stay in our cars for inspections and oil change. Well the guys working wouldn’t let me stay in the car. On top of that NO WORKER WERE WEARING A MASK. So that means the employee drove MY car without wearing a mask!!! Never ever coming back here or recommending this dump to anyone!!

These guys are great! Ive been getting my oil changed at Kwik Kar Grapevine for 15 years. I still drive the same car I bought 15 years and have always had these guys change my oil and other services. You pull in, they usually have your car in the bay within 5 minutes and get right to it. If they see something else that needs attending to, they let you know and what would be involved, whether they can fix it or not. Adam is great and he and his guys really like to take care of the customer! I highly recommend them.

I came in for a state inspection. They serviced a lot of cars in the time I was there. But they hussled and the wait wasn’t too long. I was impressed. I originally went the the Drivers Edge location near my house. But their inspector doesn’t work Wednesdays.

I came for inspection and was taken care of immediately and professionally. Will be coming back soon.

The employees have always been friendly and helpful, even when I brought my car in 1 minute til close. They also refused tips.They are the only oil changers honest and savvy enough to tell told me about the incompatibility of a regular filter with Mini Coopers. Youve got to buy a special brand, and they dont sell it. They told me where to get it and then discounted it from my oil change. I appreciate how thorough they are.

Had a short window at lunch and found these guys via map search. From the time they pull the truck in to the bay to the time they backed it out was 14:40 (Yes, I timed it). My truck is an F250 so thats 15 quarts of oil to drain and add. They also topped off power steering fluid and confirmed no leaks detected, just need topped off. Confirmed all other fluids were good to go. Also hit my windows with glass cleaner and wiped down nicely.In and out in 15 minutes.Job well done and I would highly recommend this location.

Great, quick service, and they never oversell services that I might need. Always super fast, great service. Fast and easy for inspections as well. We have moved twice, both times further away, but I will always come back. They have a self serve coffee/latte machine and two picnic tables, so I know my little ones can be distracted.

Did my annual inspection in 20 minutes, so fast! I also needed a blinker light that they replaced for me at no charge. They also showed me how to replace the bulb and answered the questions I had about my car without being belittling.

I only come here once a year they are one of the rare places that do OBD1 cars. They always treat me well and always get the job done in a timely fashion

Went to Concourse Automotive Northwest Hwy, Grapevine, TX , with engine light on my 2003 Toyota Siena was running rough.Knowing I was low on Oil and the engine light was on with a catalytic issue. Concourse had just minutes earlier old me the engine was toast, and they didnt want to argue, they were done with me, leave! Being new to Texas I googled Oil Change, drove 1 mile north to Kwik Car Oil. They Changed my oil, and when I explained my situation they suggested replacing a sensor, instead of replacing the engine! That fixed it. Van is running great, they were awesome. I was was very fortunate to be thrown out of Concourse Auto, - allowing me to discover Kwik Kar Oil.

I live in Denton, which is about a 40 minute drive to this location, but its well worth it!! It is so hard to find honest car shops! I walked in with my engine light on, a light out and low tire pressure. They immediately looked at my car, told me the problem and replaced the light and filled my tires! All this in less than 10 minutes AND they didnt charge me! Im going back this weekend to get the engine issue fixed, at a reasonable price! They even have a free coffee machine for their customers while they wait! I would recommend this shop to anyone!

I chose this place because it was close to home and on the website it stated oil change included filling of tires, vacuuming interior, topping off fluids, etc... NO vacuuming, NO air in tires( went in with low tire pressure light on and when I left it was still on), and oily foot prints were left on carpets. I’m guessing my fluids were not topped off either. Disappointing. Next time I’ll drive a little further and pay less and get proper service elsewhere.
