Valet was nice but late arriving. Car arrived with 1/4 tank of gas already used. Only takes a little gas to drive to the house. I had to pay $17.00 to fill the car up and I didn’t even use it. I was originally told there would be no loaner so I was surprised when they showed up with one. Valet was late returning the car to me and someone had eaten in the car at some point. I found a peanuts in the back floorboard. We never eat in the car. Services performed seem fine but not as professional as the last time I used them. No Covid protocols in wiping down the cars like last time either. Will probably use another dealership in future. Details matter.

Took my EV in for 10,000 mile service - basically tire rotation - and software update due to recall. It took a lot longer than expected but I am giving them a five-star rating only because of my service rep, James Childress. James called me several times to keep me updated on the progress, as he promised he would. Excellent customer service.

My car door latch wouldn’t work so I had been driving around town with my door bungee roped closed. Tyler in the repair shop got me in without an appointment and made sure my car was taken care of. The team was able to get my car done overnight even tho they were slammed. The customer service at grapevine Ford has been wonderful and the speediness of the service was impressive

I sent my 2020 GT500 to Grapevine Ford for a transmission cooler line failure covered by a TSB. While the repair seems to have been done correctly, the car was not taken care of. No efforts were made to protect the car’s interior and exterior.I got the car back with oil and grease all over the door panels, seats, and floor mats. There is also a sizable scratch on the $10k painted stripes. Before the car was sent in I had the car filled up with gas and trip reset. Upon picking up the car it appears that someone had a joy ride in the car for 6 miles. The mpg was at 7.5 and you could find tires bits in the rear wheel well from heavy acceleration. Also whoever took the car out also had a passenger along with them because that side is generally immaculately clean. I don’t take passengers in this car yet there was dirt on the floor and scuff marks from someone getting in and out that side.I notified my service advisor that I had concerns about the condition of the car and was ignored. I called and left a message with the service manger who has not called me back. This is unacceptable behavior by their staff as far as professionalism and customer care. Their people took advantage of a $100k+ sports car while in their possession for repairs and treated it as their own personal toy with no regards to the fact that it’s not your car. The lack of response from the service department is also beyond disappointing. Take this as a warning if you drop your car off. I will be sharing this information with the Mustang and Shelby community.

Could have been a 5 star experience and it’s really an issue with Ford versus a specific dealership. When you set an appointment, wait a week, one should expect that when you bring it in techs are available to start work immediately. Instead you are told you had to wait a week to meet with an advisor and they can’t commit to when they will even be able to have a tech look at your car. This trend with Ford started in 2014. I’ve experienced it at Ford dealerships in Plano, Austin, Round Rock, and now Grapevine. If you have read this far, then I will tell you that once they got started, Grapevine Ford provided the best service experience I’ve had. Unfortunately until Ford mandates that a reservation system should guarantee tech availability, it’s 3-stars.

I bought a new truck, 04 F250 that had two recalls that had never been completed. One which I assumed was the cause of my truck cutting off on the highway going 70+ mph. I was told that the part that was subject to the recall looked good and would not be replaced. I think they just didnt want to do the work on an older vehicle and have to fit the bill. Needless to say that I was very disappointed at the outcome.

Grapevine Ford’s customer service has gone down the toilet. Is there not a service tech assigned to each customer? I attempted for over a week to reach someone to speak to about a simple oil change quote. Was on terminal hold twice, finally elected to have someone call me back... for which I received a call from a third party in I believe India? She could barely speak English and was not able to answer my question but indicated someone from service department would contact me. I waited all day and heard from no one... and finally drove to dealership to speak to someone face to face.I was introduce to Pete Roshell who was top notch! Pete is the only reason why I would even remotely consider buying another truck from Grapevine Ford. I have also had service dept issues in the past.You guys need to get your act together. When someone spends $70K on a new vehicle, they have an expectation for a decent level of customer service.

Work was done just fine, no issues with the technical staff. Scheduling and the time it took to even look at my car was terrible. I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment for non-critical warranty work. Dropped off the car and it took the shop 4 days just to even look at the issues. The work was pretty straightforward, a battery replacement and a reset of some electronics, but it took way too long to even look at the car. I would have easily waited longer (it should have been a same day/overnight repair - being without a car for 6 days was a pain that should have been avoided. I will not be using them again.

I came in with a horrible grinding sound coming from the back of my car whenever I applied the brakes on my 2018 Ford edge. So bad that when I parked it you started to get a burning smell. I drove right up to the dealership and my service guy Clay diagnose the situation right away when we drove the car around the parking lot. He took fantastic care of me getting my car in right away even when they were booked with lots of appointments. Was able to get me a rental as soon as they had one available which was a day or so .after my visit. The repair was fast and he kept me well informed during the process! I had an issue with starting my car, so I decided to travel to the dealership before I, possibly, was stranded somewhere. Due to the situation, I was unable to setup an appointment appropriately. Upon arriving to the service center, I was greeted promptly, and when I disclosed that I had no appointment established, I was redirected to help speedily. The service manager, Tyler, introduced himself, and he asked efficient questions, so as to understand the problem. He greatly respected my time and offered a shuttle service to get me home free of charge. He kept in contact throughout the whole process, and made certain to provide availability for any questions I might of had.Before the end of the day, I received a call from Tyler. He explained that my vehicle needed a new battery, but it had to be ordered. He was very open to adjusting the scheduling of the repair, so I was inconvenienced as minimally as feasible. The next day, once I was notified of the repairs completion, I was again offered a free shuttle ride. Upon arrival, I was able to finish the transaction without struggle, and I found myself driving off, with a well functioning car. The entire experience was efficient, respectful, and informative.

All the work done was done well. Service department is a bit disjointed. Service” & “recalls” are done by two separate entities. Which is a bit confusing when your trying to get everything done at once. Communication needs improvement in that regard. I was told initially that I would be charged $50 for a service rental. Then the rental counter told me I was going to be charged $75. Come to find out the rental was compensated for the service I was having done after I turned the vehicle in after the first day????? It was a 2 day job, I couldn’t see paying $75 a day for a rental.

They did a great job of options for oil change , don’t know what to say really from last time . I am a diesel mechanic supervisor, I know when my guys sell extra , it’s what there told to do . Last time I came the service writer told me that brake fluid and my antifreeze needs to be changed , my shop we check it as well as brake fluid , which it did not . So when I asked this service writer about antifreeze and brake fluid age , HE SAID IN FRONT OF SERVICE MANAGER ITS GREAT , asked him outside again and said it’s was check and it’s good . Detail is the basic wash and poor vacuum. So you can take from my experience there , staff is great , but don’t lie to me , I’m a shop supervisor for diesels and as well we do gas .

They are a great place to get all of your service done. I suspected a coolest leak which they found as well as oil leak. You pay for what get. The quick change places I just do not trust. Grapevine Ford have Technicians that are trained to work on Ford vehicles. My service advisor Rachel was very professional and took care of me. She even took me back into the shop to talk to Angel who was my service Technician that found the issues he took the time to explain what he found and what he was going to do to repair it. The work they did took a week to complete so I would not be without a truck she arranged a rental truck so I would not be without a truck. I feel that was above and beyond great customer service. Thanks goes out to the entire staff at Grapevine Ford for taking care of my transportation and service needs since 2010. Great job by all keep up the good the good work.

I would never take my vehicle back to this service department!!!! They refuse to call you when you leave a message. Took our vehicle in for a check engine light and 2 recalls. Keep our truck for 2 weeks before even sending it over to the body shop. This is our company truck and as a small business owner having your truck in the shop for 3 weeks total can just about break you. This service department needs a lesson in customer appreciation, and trust if I could give less than a star I would!!!

Grapevine Ford, I will say this the internet sales manager gets a 5 star hands down, he doesnt have excuses for any problems he finds solutions, thats not lip service, he actually makes things happen, impressive, the mechanics that fixed my truck 5 star, you cant tell what they did, it looked like it came from the factory, calling in and getting the run around on a issue and then put into a call center and no one returned my call, I give FORD, FORD GRAPEVINE 0 STARS that was terrible, terrible customer service, I will say its worse than AT&T, totally garbage, I would look into some corrections for that, the worst thing is to have a problem and they outsource it to someone that dont care enough to follow up on it. Terrible.

2014 Ford Focus SE has had a misfire code for the past 2-3 years.. not a big deal.. car was used for short trips and in town driving…. November 2019 Automatic Clutch was replaced under warranty by Ford Motor Company under recall at this dealership ….Misfire code still existed even after clutch was replaced…. Decided to sell car, and address misfire issue…. Dealership told me Automatic Clutch was bad and that was the cause for the misfire….??… (So I believe no new clutch was installed.). I am not spending $2500.00 to take care of a P0301 and P0304…P.S. Supposed new clutch has less than 6000 miles in a year and a half and was defective from the beginning…Sounds very suspicious to me

Due to the recent hailstorm, I was relegated to driving Grandma’s car, a 2014 Fusion that’s been sitting in the garage basically for the past 5 years. It had a couple recalls pending and all the fluids needed to be changed. Rachel was phenomenal in explaining the best solution for getting the car back up to its best condition, kept in touch through the day, and coordinated a ride back to the dealership to pick it up. It now purrs when I start her up. Our trip to Oklahoma this last weekend was comfortable and I had no complaints at all from Grandma (at 87 years old) who rode in the back seat with my 8 year old son. They laughed and played for the 6 hours we spent in the car on a 100+ degree day.

After initially speaking with a representative on Monday, they booked me in for following morning and I received email confirmation. My vehicle was towed there on Sunday. However, on Tues when I called to see when it would be ready, I was advised they didn’t know anything about it. Clay called me back, had the vehicle, and even though he didn’t think the tyre could be changed until Wednesday, he called me back at 5pm and advised it was ready. The guys at the service centre were very professional, and friendly. Great experience with the service dept. once they new what was going on. Used my FordPass rewards to take $200 off the price, extremely happy with that. Will use Grapevine Ford again

The issue was brought to my attention and scheduled another date where they can fix the issue, even though it didn’t effect my car performance. Well, after my 2020 truck’s electrical system suddenly went crazy and shut down, and after I waited hours for Ford’s roadside assistance after talking to someone in India, and finally calling AAA to get towed to my dealership after hours because Ford never showed up, the service department at the dealership quickly located my truck and the problem being a dislodged ground wire to the onboard computer and a loose nut that was supposed to secure it in place. Imagine that. A new truck that’s never had any thing done but oil service. Kudos to the service department.

The work was completed to the standards expected but the service took much longer than expected. 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change, checkup and tire rotation is about 1 hour longer than expected. Polite service but when valvoline takes 20 minutes for same service you have to ask why.

They performed the requested diagnostic on the check engine light and determined there was an engine misfire. The suggested correction was replacing spark plugs and wires but I thought their associated costs were more than I was willing to pay and that I could get them replaced elsewhere for a lot less. Also, spark plugs and wires were previously replaced just 18000 miles ago. Fuel filter was also replaced as requested. Prices charged were as specified and services were completed on time.

My experience with Grapevine Ford service has been an unmitigated disaster. I’ll spare all the grueling details, but high level- brought my truck in at my appointment time for a transmission clunk, a squeaky door, a wiper problem and asked them to check a wheel bearing and one of my tire sensors was not working. 15 days after checking my truck in, a transmission tech was assigned to my truck. On Thursday was told my truck would be ready Friday. On Friday was told that they broke a gasket and had to order one so it won’t be until Monday. Monday night told Tuesday by noon. Tuesday was told not noon; they were having trouble with the door. It was ready by 5:30. Don’t know what they were doing in the 15 days between check in and a transmission tech, but they were still making repairs last minute.Picked up my truck, started it; Tire Sensor fault had not been fixed. In the interim I had left a voicemail for the Service Manager to call me, sent emails to the service manager and GM. No call, no response. Texted the service advisor this morning about the tire sensor- no response, left another voicemail for the Service Manager- no response.They had my truck over 3 weeks total and still didn’t address all the requested repairs.There are better choices than this dealership. In fact any choice would be a better choice.

Grapevine Ford was so great to me. I had gone for an oil change to Five Star Ford down the street and arrived a few minutes before 500. They were not crowded or backed up, but the service girl rudely turned me away claiming so. I drove to Grapevine Ford and didn’t arrive until 600. Even so, Alfredo was awesome and told me no problem as this was the only time I had free this week. They took my car immediately and everything was done 15 minutes later. I was so pleased with my service that I tipped the service guys $20 and the service clerk $20. I was really in a jam with time and needed my car taken care of that day. I will only be going to Grapevine Ford from now on. Thank you so much guys.! Hopefully Five Star Ford will take note from how great Grapevine Ford treats their customers.

I must say the service was top shelf.I was met by my service manager, Clay Remmert, who professionally welcomed me and oriented me as to what to expect. People are very nice but they are so busy it’s better to find some place else to go. I just scheduled the oil change and it was suppose to be about 2 hours. It was 4 1/2 hours. If you do go make sure someone can pick you up so you don’t have to sit there all day.

Purchased my truck from Grapevine Ford so taking it back for service was the natural choice. The problem was diagnosed, they called me with a quote and recommendations, and the truck was ready when I got back in town. Great service and done right the first time.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Tyler was awesome he kept me informed on what was going on. He also manged to get my truck looked at the same day and worked on a day early. When I say I will never take my truck to another dealership I mean it. The please was a breath of fresh air.

My Lincoln had a recall notice and Heath was very attentive to my service needs. The recall required my Lincoln to remain onsite for a few hours and Heath arranged for a ride back to my house. When I picked up my SUV it was washed and had the recall issue resolved. I will be using Lincoln Grapevine for all my service needs

Very unhappy with service this time. They may have lost me as a customer. Sent in my F250 for a specific problem. They had my truck 3 days, I spent $1200 and find out the day I picked up the truck that they couldnt fix the issue I sent into the shop for. And to add insult to injury, they didnt wash it as they have every other time Ive had it in there. Very disappointed.

I arrived without an appointment and was immediately greeted by multiple people letting me know that a service advisor would be with me shortly. Not 30 seconds later, the service manager greeted me and assisted with the unscheduled service. He quoted me about an hour and a half to complete the service, in which it was done in an hour. Couldnt have asked for a better experience than the one I experienced today at Grapevine Ford.

Dropped off truck for one week... camera recall problems. Oil change and tire rotation. The latch on my tailgate is broken and they said they would have to order parts.Camera was replaced and the guide lines were not turned on so I had to take it back.Oil was changed and tires rotated.The latched was not fixed. I have tried to get it fixed since purchase.

I came in to drop my explorer off for some scheduled recall work under the expectation that the job would be completed the same day. The first thing the service manger told me when I stepped in his office was “I don’t think I’m going to get this all done in 1 day”. Didn’t seem to have a care about what was important to me. Told me that Ford couldn’t give me a rental because the book time was less than a full day, but he was still confident that it wouldn’t be done in that time. At this point he told me it would for sure be done by the following morning. Long story short, the job was completed the following day at 2 pm. The customer experience with all of this was not good. I think I’d rather make a longer drive to another dealership for anything going forward.

I was about 6 hours away from home and my Navigator had an issue. I was traveling with friends for spring break and we could not have found a better dealership to help us!From the ease of making my appointment online, going in and being treated with the utmost respect and kindness, loading our luggage into another vehicle and doing everything possible to get us back on the road so we could enjoy our trip, it was all so much more than I expected when I made the appointment.Heath and Sandy took such good care of me and my issues. I took my car in on Wednesday and was going home on Sunday, so Heath knew we were in a time crunch to get my car back. They had it fixed and ready to go the next day. I can’t say enough good things about the way my friends and I were treated! My car was washed and ready to go when we got back to the dealership.
