Buying a vehicle at Grapevine DCJR was by far the best overall experience.I walked in and knew exactly what I wanted and our salesman Jon Clark did a great job helping us throughout the entire process. He truly took the time to explain a lot of the features in the gladiator and answered all of our questions.We walked out with a great deal and new Jeep Gladiator.Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, smooth process, highly recommend.

I got there 10 minutes before my appointment time to get my oil changed and was told there was a minimum three and a half hour wait. Even though I had an appointment, I was told it was first come, first serve, which makes no sense because then what’s the point of making an appointment? There were also very few people who worked there wearing masks. I know it’s not a requirement, but it bothered me nonetheless. So instead of waiting there for 3 hours, I got a Lyft back home and then back to the dealership (because they don’t run their shuttle on weekends) and spent $40 I wasn’t planning on spending. It was a frustrating experience and I don’t plan on giving them my business again.

Since I have never visited this dealerships service department, I can only base my experience on the impeccable performance of Service consultant Bryan A. Hernandez.I received a circular ad in the mail, featuring a few mopar service deals that I found beat competitors pricing, particularly when it comes to getting an all synthetic oil change. For a semi contract of 3 oil changes, I found that I would save roughly $20 after completing all 3 oil changes. What began as already a decent deal turned into the best all synthetic oil change deal Ive experienced since owning my Chrysler 300s, when my publicist and I had the pleasure of meeting Bryan Hernandez. Mr. Hernandez not only met the deal, but ended up saving me an additional $45 on top of it!An astute, clean cut, well dressed service consultant that goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service, professionalism, business acumen, and attention to detail.Whenever youre in the Dallas suburb of Grapevine TX needing to get your vehicle serviced, I highly recommend going to the Grapevine Dodge Chrysler Jeep dealership and ask for Bryan Hernandez, you will thank me later.

Brought my car in for a throttle sensor recall and had to haggle to be able to have my car back same day. Four days later, at my usual mechanic, am told that the issue with my car has to do with the throttle. I had a feeling they didn’t do anything to my car. My car is in worst shape now than when I brought it to the dealership 4 days ago. I would have never gone here if it wasn’t a recall issue.I also requested the just look at the airbag sensor under the seat. It’s loose and comes unplugged just driving. I was told they would have to charge me to just look under the seat. I have a 2015 Chrysler 200 and the 2014 have airbag recalls. They will not even consider looking at it still.

We called ahead to verify how long it would take to fix a fuel sensor issue on a 14 dodge ram. We were told 2-3 days max, that they didnt have any loaner cars. It took over a hour to just drop off the truck then there was no communication about how the truck was coming along. Finally received a phone call to be told that they hadnt even ordered the pet much less started on it. Was quoted one price then quoted a much higher price after being told the whole fuel pump needed to be replaced. On Wednesday evening after 3 days of having the truck we called to figure out when we could pick up the truck and the still hadnt started on it. The manager stated he would call be back after talked to the service person. That never happened. The communication at this dealership is very poor. Will never return here again.

I have had hit and miss experiences here. This was a really good experience. My service advisor Daniel Nguyen was exceptional. He communicated well and explained about the recall work that was done. I had to have a part ordered but I fully expect he will be just as efficient.

I just got the synthetic oil change done since that was the only service I could afford to get done. I would have had them do the upper/lower front ball joint replacement, alignment, windshield fluid pump replacement, and tire pressure monitoring system sensor replacements if they were not so insanely expensive to perform. I suppose everyone has to expect high prices from dealerships as the norm. Bryan Hernandez my service guy was still professional and friendly. Thanks for your help!

Took truck in for struts and shocks they had it for 10 days and still didn’t get it done. Kept calling and adding things that they said needed fixed. Finally went to pick it up and all dash light were on and missing 2 lug nuts. Then said it was a speed sensor why the lights were on which weren’t on when I took it there. They wouldn’t replace it on there dime when all I wanted was struts and shocks and ended up being $6,900 for all they added. Truck is 10 years old and 225k miles why would I spend half what it’s worth. Horrible place

Very happy with my new car and the whole process was fast and everybody was very friendly! Definitely recommend this dealership if your looking for a new car! They kept me up to date every step of the way. Malcom (my sales guy) was very friendly and helped me in every step and made it easy. I didnt have to sit at the dealership for hours. I did everything from home and communication was very good! Only thing I wasnt to happy with is my 2021 chrysler 300s v8 didnt come with 300 mats. Just came with the cheap ol black standard ones. You would think with a brand new car it would have came with them.

I dropped off my Jeep on a Monday to get the brake light repaired. I did not get my car back until Friday. I was without a car for five days and ended up overpaying for what seemed like an easy repair. I will make sure to take my car to another location for future repairs.

I will never purchase from this dealership or use their service department again. They performed recall work on the airbags on my jeep and told me both rear axle seals were leaking. Also, the check engine light came on while it was in the shop. I believe they made the mistake of fabricating the rear axle seal leak problem without checking to see that they had repaired the rear axle and replaced the seals shortly after I purchased the jeep. I told them not to do anything. I went to a well respected Grapevine shop, and both axle seals were dry. In my opinion, this is not the first time this dealership has been less than honest with me. I like the Jeep products and love Grapevine, but I will find a different dealership outside of Grapevine to purchase a Jeep or obtain service. Beware!

I had multiple unsatisfactory events with a different Ram dealership in DFW, so decided that I would give Grapevine Ram a try. All I can say is I wish I did it sooner! Terry from service was very professional and nice. They performed the needed maintenance on the truck, gave me recommendations BUT did not pressure at all after I declined them, and even washed and vacuumed my truck. When I came to pick it up he told me about a great tire deal they’re about to have that beats Discount Tires price that I was about to go to. Highly recommend using Grapevine Ram if you’re like me and had bad experiences at other dealers in the DFW area.

We have owned our vehicle for 3 years and this is the 3rd time we have taken it to a dealership for repair. The first 2 times we took it to the nearest dealer location (not Grapevine) and had less than acceptable experiences. On this occasion, we decided to drive further in hopes of better service and we were MORE THAN pleased with the experience. Unlike the previous experiences, the Grapevine Dodge Dealership had continued contact with us each day, spoke plainly of our repair issue so that we understood the problem and the steps to have it resolved, and worked quickly to make the actual repair once approved. The service agent, Dakota, provided excellent customer service! We dropped off on Monday morning and had our vehicle back by Wednesday evening and the repair involved a complete engine tear-down. Not only did Dakota follow up with us each day, but he persisted with our Extended Warranty daily also until he got the approval needed to make the repairs. I cannot convey just how happy we were to have KNOWN what was going on with our vehicle and have QUICK repairs made for an in-depth job. We dont know the mechanics name, but kudos to him as well for going above and beyond to meet the demands of the Warranty approval process and for being ready to quickly repair once approved. This was just the best service we have had on our vehicle since owning a Dodge. It makes us A LOT LESS leery of dealership repairs and service!

Terry and the entire Grapevine DCJ service department team did a fantastic job servicing my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee! This is not the closest dealership to me, but its where I bought my Jeep so I decided to try them out for service, and I am glad I did. Terry took the time to walk around the vehicle, give me tips about the Jeep Wave benefits, and made sure everything was taken care of and I was happy before I drove off. NOT GOOD! My 2017 Chrysler 200 with only 28,000 miles was in limp mode because of a fault in the electrical system related to the accelerator. And, there was a recall to reprogram the pcm and tcm powertrain software.I was told that the recall was not related to the problem with that I was being asked to pay for replacement of the accelerator in the amount of $396.When I picked up the vehicle, I found that the leather seat on the drivers side had several deep scratches. It looks like service personnel had sat in the seat with tools in there hip pocket.I informed the service advisor immediately before entering the vehicle and before leaving the Grapevine Dodge Chrysler dealership.The service advisor agreed that it was caused by negligence and he said that he would contact his supervisor and call me.I have attempted to reach the service advisor on the number he provided for contact, but it has been 1 week and there has been no response.

Service center told us engine needed to be replaced on our Dodge Dakota and quoted over $10,000. They tried to have their mechanic buy the truck off of us for $400. We took our truck to another mechanic who told us only the number 3 ignition coil needed to be replaced and charged less than $200. Weve had other work done at Dodge Grapevine before that seemed questionable. Took us a while to learn our lesson; I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

I was having a problem with the front end of my truck 2017 Dodge Laramie. Take it to the dealership I originally got it from and they could not fix the problem nor diagnose it correctly! I called Josh decorate behind. He told me to bring it in and then they would troubleshoot it and figure out the problem. They figured out the problem and fix my truck and had it back to me in a timely fashion! This is the best service Ive had in years and this is my dealership for all of my services! Josh was my service representative at Grapevine Dodge in Texas. I experienced problems with my truck while traveling across Texas and ended up there at Dodge. They did an excellent job with my truck and Josh treated it as if that was the only project he had on his table although I know it was not. He always called before he said he would and the professionalism and amount of under promising and over delivering was just outstanding! He also Stayed in touch with me while I traveled back home to Arizona to ensure that my truck was running great. You dont get that kind of service every day!

I got an oil change and the price was great. I dont like that they slide a shop fee in. No other oil change places do that. Also, their billing is always off. Check before you pay or sign. I almost always find something. All that said, the prices are more reasonable than other dealerships.

Had an appointment for 7:30 am because I work the night shift and my car sat outside for 2 and half hours before they even moved it into the shop. My car wasn’t finished until 11:30 am. I will not be using this dealership at all again. What’s the point of an appointment if my car is still gonna sit outside for over two hours.

He was supposed to call me 3 times but he never did. I had to call and spend like 15 minutes trying to get to him because everytime I called I ended up in sales and had to be transferred back.
