TL;DR: condescending oil change guy was really rude about my oil situation, which happened due to anxiety of COVID, and then proceeded to judge me for cosmetic damage to my car, which ended in an increased bill of nearly $20 just for an oil change.I waited to post this review so that it wouldnt be in the memory of whoever worked there, because genuinely my best friend and I were truly appalled at how we were treated. I hadnt gotten an oil change in a long time, due to anxiety about COVID and everything, plus I just never really left the house. As time went on, anxiety grew for fear Id be shamed getting my oil changed when I did.We go to this place because its by our house, so its convenient. Thats why Im rating 2 stars, and only why.My best friend was willing to help, so we went in and she drove in and did the oil change for me, with me in the car. Firstly, the guy who did our oil was quite unkind. Barely said a word except, of course, to shame me rudely and excessively for not getting my oil changed and to also be nosy and judgmental about the cosmetic damage to my car. He was quite condescending, and honestly because of this, Im never going back to a Big Rays. Especially since the prices have increased by almost $20 since I last went there, due to them partnering with a bigger brand.I dont drive much, so it isnt very often I get an oil change, but I will absolutely drive four times the distance to make sure I never go here again, and so will everyone I know. Shame that the man at the shop ruined every good experience my family and I have had for as long as we went there, and weve lived in the same house for almost 30 years.

Great place! I dont usually leave reviews, but I felt like I needed to for this! It was pouring rain today and I was on my way to an appointment when my drivers side wiper flew off on the highway. They were right off the highway and were so kind! They replaced my wiper for nothing and I was on my way! I will be back for an oil change next month! What kind people!

This place is usually a quick in and out. Staff is hit or miss, and seems like there is quite a bit of turnover. Ive been getting my oil changed here for a few years and every time Im in there is someone new, which is understandable, too a certain degree.. service has been good though.

Bobby and his team are Great.Highly recommend the 44th St. Location. He will recommend things but will not push.

Huge shout out Big Ray’s.... specifically the manager! I blew out a tire today and was able to make it imto their parking lot! The manager changed my tire without hesitation and saved the day! Great service and great people. I will absolutely bring my business to them in the future!

Great customer service

They do oil change and car maintainence in less than 5 minutes. Prices are very very reasonable. I normally get my cars oil service in any of their stores for $19.99 plus tax. They also do a free refill of engine oil in between service. I would definitely recommend this place.

Didnt check tires or windshield wiper fluid however service was quick

Got my oil changed and they doubled up on my drain plug causing an oil leak on an almost new vehicle.

I used to go here for regular oil changes until one of the technicians dented the hood of my brand new car. I watched/heard him do it and he just looks at me and says did I do that? I call the owner that same day and he has me drive down there so he can look at the dent. Then he proceeds to tell me that his technician told him he didnt do it so too bad for me. Scumbag. I hope this place goes out of business.
