Rory was great. This was the easiest phone upgrade Ive ever had at Verizon. Im a long time Verizon customer and dont think Ive ever been able to leave a Verizon store with an hour and Rory had me in and out in 30 minutes. He was very helpful with my phone and reviewing my plan.

Rory was a down to earth good Dude! He was courteous, helpful and genuinely likeable. This is the reason I go to the 12th and Patterson store. Its not as busy, but definitely better customer service. I always go to that location because of that reason.

The new Verizon authorized dealer on 12th was so much easier and more helpful that the Verizon store on the loop where I was in hold for 20 minutes and never got the help I needed. My husband suggested I try your site and buy was he right. Rory answered the phone right away, I made the appointment for the same day and was in and out with one 30 minutes. Excellent service! I just got back from this store and was helped by such an amazing person. Cameron, was very welcoming when I first walked in. She asked if I needed any assistance finding anything or if there was anything she could help me with. I needed to get a new phone and she was more than happy to do that for me. She found the phone I wanted instantly and then started switching all my apps and contacts over. She was just very nice friendly and kind and I will definitely will be coming back to see her again.

I had to stop at Verizon recently which isnt my favorite task. Amazingly enough , my experience there was better than expected. I had about a million questions and the girl working with me, Taylor was so incredibly patient with me it blew my mind.i was visibly irritable but after a few minutes with Taylor my mood changed and I felt tons better about my plan and phone. She taught me a lot about my phone, how billing worked, and asked genuine question about my experience with Verizon. I went to verizon right before they closed with a cracked screen and the manager, Taylor, stayed 2 hours after close to help me upgrade my phone. I am so happy and thankful!!! Words cannot explain what great customer service I got today! I will always go back to this location when I need help.
