Dealing with Adaptive has been so much nicer and pleasant than trying to deal with former satellite provider and their over seas tech support. Performance of Adaptive internet service is way better than our former satellite provider. Great experience so far!

Great service at reasonable prices. No phone line required! Set up appointment was scheduled like the day after I called, the installer knew what he was doing and got everything set up quickly. He also answered several questions for us. Weve had the service for almost a year now and I can count the number of outages on one hand (with a finger or two left over)

I have been with Adaptive for over a year now and am very happy with the service. All of my internet is fast and no problems with Netflix and the others. If I have a question I am answered right away. I highly recommend Adaptive Internet.

We were without internet for a number of hours. We reported it after hours but received a call from Adaptive in the morning. Gwen checked everything on Adaptives end and suggested that the problem might be in our power stip. Sure enough that was the problem. Its so nice to have a responsive, friendly business. Thanks everyone at Adaptive. Weve had previous great service.

Gave it a try, and its the typical remote antenna service that youre forced to get outside of town. Worked most of the time, but lately the speeds have been abysmal. Called and asked them to check it out, over a week later and I didnt get a response. Left another message last night and they said they have found some technical issues with interference from another radio source. Said they couldnt fix it without interfering with others service, so...theyll try and get to it at some point. Asked for a credit until they get it fixed and they said its not their fault.

I absolutely love the service. No issues what-so-ever and the cost savings are so worthwhile. I was very nervous about switching from the big name internet provider Id been with forever but I couldnt be happier and am now having service installed at my parents house.

As it the case with many of the reviews here, I also have had a great deal of difficulty with customer service - particularly over the last two months when Ive tried to contact them regarding the unstable and unreliable service they are providing. Ive left messages daily for Gwen over the last ten days in an effort to get credit since Im not receiving the bandwidth Im paying for and conclude shes avoiding returning my call. Its reported that there are challenges with some of the hardware within the system and they are working on it - a consistent refrain when calls are made inquiring about the loss of service. If that is the case, there is zero communication from the company to explain the challenges they are facing which would seem pretty basic to keeping customers informed and to promote good will. I now suspect that Adaptive has oversold their capacity to serve customers on their network which is most unfortunate as it was so promising to have what first appeared to be decent service in this neighborhood.

Their price for the 100 Mbps plan, which we need for a family of 7, is exorbitant. Charter Cable offers TWICE the speed at a MUCH cheaper rate, so we WILL be moving to Charter as soon as their service is available in our area.

Excellent solution for rural internet in Fruita! My only options were DSL (useless) or satellite (last resort). Because of Adaptive Internet, we now have internet that rivals our previous cable provider but with localized service and support!.

Four months of trying to get the service we pay for and nothing is being done. Ive tried to be polite in all of my dealings with the staff when I call on behalf of my grandmother, who is A PAYING CUSTOMER, just in case only my name is checked and Im given a cookie cutter response. Constant loss of service and speed with shaky connection at best, however Im always told that its almost fixed. What does it take to receive even half of the package we are paying for? I have to call almost every week and Im positive you guys are just as sick of hearing from me as I am with the product I am recieving. Do better, be better.

Adaptive was started by some very fine folks who came to Western Colorado and filled a huge service gap. They provided internet service for a reasonable price - something no one else was doing. They try very hard to give good service, and seem to care about their customers. Service isnt always perfect - its the nature of the beast, but we now get faster speeds than anything wed received from all of the other internet providers we had before we switched to Adaptive. Thank you Adaptive for serving us at an affordable price!

Awesome service. I was able to finish two degrees on line since I started using Adaptive without worries about service interruptions. Everyone is so friendly and kind when you call in. Great customer service, reliable product. When they sent service people for installation or repair, the installation people are professional, timely, dont leave a mess and are kind

When we first signed up it was great service, as of late it has been terrible! We can’t download a movie or use internet on computer most evenings and if you want service on a Sunday afternoon or evening you can forget about it. I have left messages with no return call. We received a group emails stating things have been fixed but we are still experiencing slow speeds or no connectivity.

Adaptive Internet is pretty good service. The owners and staff are very pleasant to talk to. They have been upgrading lately so the service is not 100%, but it is so that we can have even better service without interruption so that is understandable and acceptable. Fast speeds, competitive pricing, and they service a lot of areas now!

I have a friend whos has Adaptive for their ISP. Over the past 4 months hes had terrible and inconsistent service and speeds, and Adaptive has either told him that the problem is fixed when its not or that hes on their list of people to work on. He reached out to me when it became obvious that he wasnt getting anywhere because Im an IT professional and he thought maybe I could get through to them. After receiving the same runaround that he had gotten, I reached out to executives politely asking for help, filed an FCC complaint, and reached out on social media. I havent heard a word back from anyone at Adaptive, and in fact they blocked me on social media. The FCC on the other hand was very interested. Maybe they can get Adaptive to do their jobs. Please stay away from this ISP, Ive never seen such a unprofessional response for such a common and easy to solve issue.

I thought Rise Broadband was awful but boy was I mistaken. Adaptive internet has non-existent customer service and does not even come close to meeting the upload and download I am paying for. Absolute trash internet. I was so hopeful but boy is this disappointing.

My name is Dave RosenbergI have been with Adaptive for several years now and have for the most part appreciated their service. I live in Cedaredge outside of Elevate services. I have an airbnb on my property as well. My quests like having having good reliable internet service as well as I do. I have 50 mps service. Over the the last several months I have had to call Adaptive many many times to find out why my service is so slow or intermittent...I talk with their answering person who is nice but not very helpful. They assure me that they will get back to me..but most often do not. I have just spent a week with extremely poor and intermittent signal. My wife and I are both retired and rely on the internet for daily and nightly use as does my guests. It would be good to know if this company can actually provide the service I pay for. I may actually receive 50 mps about once a month most of time closer to 20 and many times 2-6 mps. Would like to have a much more reliable speeds. Still waiting to hear from them about the current problems.

Update July 2nd, 2021It’s been almost a year since my last review. I must say I have seen great improvement with our service. Very few outages. Communication is much improved. My only problem is the inability to contact someone after hours if there is a problem. I have always lived in a big city with internet provided by large nationwide companies with 24 hour customer service. I am adapting!Update.....August 13, 2020 8:02 amInternet out since last night unable to reach anyone. If Adaptive is having issues it would be nice to send out an email alert or something to keep customers informed. Especially with so many folks working from home during COVID. Very frustrating.....Having a real hard time reaching anyone at Adaptive. Have left phone messages and even a note on their website and no one calls back or even emails me. No one answers the phone. Our service has been going in and out all day and can’t make any calls out on the phone line. I care for my mom who has dementia and is a fall risk. I need that phone to work in case cell service fails in the event of an emergency.

We live in Loma and our only Internet option was CenturyLink 12 Mbps DSL, which was often only 8-9 Mbps downloads and 1 Mbps uploads. Dreadful for the money we were spending!Adaptive Internet met with our HOA and installed a MicroPop antenna to supply service to our neighborhood. We now have the capability of getting speeds up to 100 Mbps. Our home pays for the 50 Mbps service which is comparable in price to the CenturyLink 12 Mbps service. We actually do get 50 Mbps download speeds and 14 Mbps upload speeds! What a game changer! The installer showed up on time and performed a nice, clean, professional installation. It was a pleasure working with them to get high speed Internet service in our rural subdivision.Update 8/26/2020: I am still happy with our service. There are rare, brief outages, but not any more than we had with Spectrum at another property in Grand Junction. Our router checks speeds daily and consistently we get 49 Mbps downloads and 14 Mbps uploads. We pay for 50 Mbps downloads. Our neighborhood in Loma has none of the issues others have complained about in their reviews. I recommend Adaptive Internet without reservation.

I have had nothing but issues with adaptive internet. I have my card on file and they take it out automatically. So in April I guess my payment never went threw and Gwen and her “wonderful staff” never contacted me about it until May 14th. Never shut the service off or anything just left it on and failed to reach out and let me know my card never went threw. Well this month they are demanding 60 bucks from me because now I’m “behind” no. You failed to contact me. You failed to turn my services off. That’s your doing not mine. Someone who has automatic payment coming out would assume everything was okay because you never shut my services off. So now after I make my payment for May they cut me off completely until I pay for April. I really don’t think I should have too because it was your own god damn fault. Worst internet services I have ever had besides TDS.

Worst internet and customer service Ive ever had, but only what Ive come to expect from Delta county. Internet outages almost daily, at least once a week. It seems they should give all their costumers at least 1 month free. ...7 months have passed. Same regular outages. They cant talk to me because Im not the person on the contract but we are family and live in the same house, using the exact same eqiupment provided. Andy (my stepfather) calls often and they always say its a problem on their end and it will be fixed soon. Granted, it usually is, it just often needs fixing. Internet was already down today and yesterday, for several hours. The response to my complaint is a great example of their costumer service. They are rude to me because Im not a paying costumer. Well, my family is. People cant do work meetings from our home because of your internet. We are planning an online service for my grandmother, but we cant do it from home because of your internet. We call they say its their problem, they are fixing it. Why would we then ask for a service call to our house?
