We had a great experience at the Go Wireless store in the Mesa Mall. Cie Cie did an excellent job in helping us order our iPhone 13, setting it up and explaining various options. Would recommend this store to family and friends.

Dylan went above and beyond! It is hard to find such phenomenal customer service these days. After breaking my phone, I realized how much I needed it for my job. I came in 30 minutes till close hoping to purchase a new phone and be on my way trying to figure out how to transfer the data from my busted phone to the new one. Dylan stayed at least an hour past close making sure I had everything I needed from my old phone as well as all the accessories I needed. He was very friendly and fun to talk to while my information transfered over. I have never had such a smooth transition with a new phone! This guy deserves a raise!

They are very helpful. We couldnt get a hold of Verizon wireless they are worthless. David was very helpful and seem like the only person that anything g about your phone service.

Staff was good with helping get our new phone. Much better than the north ave location as far as time to process. 30-40 minutes here and over an hour at other stores in our experience.

One of the employees broke my charger in my phone, proceeded to try and pull it out with pliers and scratching the bottom. Finally after everyone in the store tried they took it over to phone medic who pulled it out with ease and told me my charger port was much slower and I would have to wiggle the charger for it to charge at all. In compensation they told me to drive across town to get a wireless charger and liquid glass screen protector. My phone was only maybe 2 weeks old.

Switched from At&t and has been nightmare. Do not go here?!?! Moved six lines and new phones Boone took 4.5 hours after our phones from At&t were cut off to get going. Our first bill was over $780!! All were the unlimited $30 a month, not one of the six lines were the same amount...one was $175, one was $124...etc. called and asked for help of course it was nothing they did wrong...Rory the manager on the second day finally took care of it was suppose together me credit for second month....couldnt fix first month. Second month here bill is still jacked cant get Boone or Mgr to call back. Go to Verizon store, they do not know what they are doing! Go anywhere but here!

My daughters phone ran out of minutes when I tried to add a $10 card that we were unable to use because Verizon pay as you go, no longer support 3G phones. Adding the card did not add time to her phone. Verizon sent her a message saying to see the nearest store. The Mesa Mall was the closest store, Joseph helped us with tell us what to do even gave us the phone number to call. When I called there recording says the customer care rep can no longer take payments over the phone. So I had to go to the payment center but I was able to make the additional $20 without a problem and her phone was on. Pay as you go Verizons plans have changed, if you choose A $30 plan then that is what you must pay to get the phone working, I was unaware of this but thanks to Joseph in the mall I knew what happened.

I started my Black Friday Journey at the other Verizon store on 25 Rd. After being treated poorly and waiting for what seemed like an eternity I decided to leave and try the Verizon store by Target. They were pretty busy, as expected due to the holiday but I was still promptly greeted by the Store Manager Nate. All I needed to do was upgrade my husbands tablet and I was hoping to get a good deal because of the Black Friday hype I always see. Not only am I extremely pleased with the service I received but Nate was able to save me $10 a month on my bill, and the tablet was $50 cheaper than it was at the big Verizon store. Thank you Nate! I would give you 6 stars if I could!

Was traveling from California back to Colorado. Called Verizon twice and kept losing connection. Stopped at the location and Rory was able to reboot my phone!!! Was ready to get a new phone but he totally saved my day. Thak you!

Had a bad experience at another Verizon store, and went into the mall to ask questions. Oh my gosh, Tommy was great! Very professional and extremely helpful. Went back again tonight and Rory answered my questions. Very knowledgeable young men. If you want great custom service, definitely go to the store in the mall.

Nathaniel was extremely knowledgeable about my plan and what upgrades and device would work for my situation. They took the time to customize my new device and answer all my questions. Ryan and Rory were fantastic! My sisters phone died so I decided to (finally) upgrade so she could have my old phone. I came into this store to have some pictures retrieved from a very old out of service Verizon flip phone. Nathan was so professional & helpful. He listened to my sad story about how my son had died and the photos on the phone were of him & needed to be retrieved. He helped me & retrieved the photos & put them on my iPhone. He was so kind & professional. He was awesome! This store is now my favorite Verizon store in GJ.

Usually have great service here, this time, not so much. Took my note 8 in because the ear speaker for phone calls was blown. First I got the water damage inspection. My first question was isnt it water resistant for up to 3 meters then after that, the guy there told me the warranty was good so they will send me a new phone. However they had to keep the phone I was using. I asked when Id get the replacement phone, (this was a Friday by the way), he said tomorrow. I double checked with him again and said, so my replacement phone will be at my house TOMORROW he said yes it will be overnight. So I left. Saturday came and went. So did Sunday and Monday. So i called and they told me that the guy that helped me didnt know what he was doing, even though i watched him go to the manager behind the counter 3xs. And that i had to pay for overnight shipping. I didnt get my phone till Thursday. And it came without my stylus.. Not a terrible thing I guess, just inconvenience. Just hate getting the runaround.

Needing a new phone and to talk to someone who knows what they are doing, Rory is the guy to see. Always giving the honest answers and finding the best fit for you.

I bought a phone at the kiosk in this mall. I specifically told them that I did not want insurance and set up auto bill pay. Now almost a year later Im reviewing my bill and see that Ive been charged every month for insurance on my phone. Check your bill because they will just tack stuff on.
