They are violating every covid mandate; not social distancing, not cleaning any of the visibly dirty tables or seating, and they have a tablet that every person signs themselves in on. They have their a/c blasting with the front door wide open, flies are everywhere. They have two employees standing around laughing and chatting while there are ten customers waiting to be helped. They are not serving people in the order they arrived. Theres several elderly men sitting patiently waiting their turn while they help the next person who walks in the door. Shame on the manager of this facility.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing with our upgrades, and changes to our account. She helped us with everything we needed. Very friendly, and very thorough. New store is clean, and the sign-in upon entering is a good idea, along with scheduling an appointment.

The wait was insanely long. We were there almost 3 hours waiting to even get help then 40 minutes trying to handle getting my grandparents account closed because they passed away and didnt even give a refund and it was only the 5th of the month. Not to mention all the problems before they even passed when we very much needed the services they didnt even work.

My internet has been out for 5 weeks. Calling spectrum does nothing. They recommended I buy a new router, so I did; not the problem, nothing works. Unhelpful. Unwilling. Just awful. I can’t believe this company is in business. If I could give them less stars I would. Do not use Spectrum under any circumstances.

A business who claims to have most reliable service closes during the lunch hour?? Really? Who does that? Can you imagine if City Market closes during the lunch hour? Poor scheduling!!! In my small office, we stay open during lunch for the customer.When I walked up I was told I would have to come back in an hour because of their lunch hour. Then I show up an hour later and have to wait another hour to get help. There were many people not happy about the wait either and walked out. Because of this horrible experience and my high cable bill, this customer of 20+ years will be changing all services.

We got here to pick up our equipment because the office is closed on Wednesday which is absolutely ridiculous to do during the middle of the week and there are 20 plus people standing out side in the heat some who had appointments and they took a later lunch and didnt open on time and decided eating was more important then the peoples scheduled appointments like those people dont have anywhere else to be then only 2 employees start working and 3 employees stand around not helping as more and more people come in. This place is by far the worst customer service. The employees are rude and disrespectful. There is no reason a business such as should have every employee taking lunch all at once. A pregnant lady had to stand outside for over 30 mins because they took a lunch during her appointment time. The manager should be doing more for the customers of spectrum.

They only have 3 people working here. The line is out the door and my number in line was 19. Then it changed to 22. Got tired of waiting. I know they would not have gotten to me by 5.00 You cant get thru on telephone either. One lady in line said she waited 5 hours just to talk to someone.

I have grown extremely tired of dealing with the Spectrum tech support personnel. They have canceled my service without me ever putting in a disconnect order, after which I had to open a new account and they had added a service I did not request. Now I have moved and have had to open another new account, now I have no internet service after paying for it. They charged me another months bill after having already paid it, in order to keep using the equipment I already have as well as to be be able to have service. They have taken $150 in two days, and I have no service. I will be leaving Spectrum and will avoid this company.

Terrible service!!! Every single employee at the grand junction store should be fired! They are all in back goofing off when there is 20 plus people in the lobby needing help. None of the employees are fast and motivated. They are so slow and have no customer skills! Terrible Terrible service!!! All of them go to break at the same time and leave one person up at th counter. The whole lobby is fustrated because its taking 2.5 hrs to help a single person! The manager of this location should be very embarrassed and should be fired immediately!

I purchased a new home and called Spectrum to transfer my services. I spent over 45 minutes on the phone with a representative because he kept trying to sell me things that I didnt need or want. I also secured a new landline phone number from this agent. An appoint was set up for a service tech to come to the new address on a Sunday. The tech arrived at the stated time. He was a very nice young man, but said he couldnt help me because no lines or wires were running to my house. Because again it was new. He called Spectrum and set up another appt for me. I actually spoke to the dispatcher on his phone. She told me that Spectrum would have a truck come out and run a line or wire from the corner where Spectrums service is and connect it to my house. When that was done, they would call me and then schedule the appt. Make a long story short, that didnt happen. After a week, I called about the truck and my service. They couldnt seem to find the original order from the first tech (because someone had canceled it) & so made me another appt for a service tech to come out (again on a Sunday). I have no complaint about the tech who came out. He arrived on time & promptly got to work. He immediately called in a truck to come and hook-up a wire from the corner to my house and then he did the rest of the work. The only problem was he did not have a modem with him. I told him that wasnt a problem as I have the modem from my old house. He said, great, well just use it. Everything was working fine and he left. Because the very first order was canceled, the phone number I was promised was also canceled & evidently given to a new customer already. (I had already started contacting bill companys and also friends with the new number) My phone was working (I could call out & receive calls) but I didnt know what the phone number was! I had to call Spectrum and they told me what it was. Now I am receiving bills for the transfer. I called to find out what I actually owed because I received 3 bills between my old and new account. Spectrum is charging me $59.00 for Unreturned Equipment, the modem! So I tell the representative the issue and she tells me I will have to take the old modem into the office and they will give me a new one! Why would I do this?! Its not my fault the service tech did not have a modem on his truck to complete the job. I gave the rep the serial number of the modem but because she is in billing, she cant tell if that is a new modem or my old one. She told me that I would have to return it and I said someone needs to look at my old account, see the serial number of the modem issued to me at the old address & compare the numbers. Then they can remove the charge from my bill. She told me she would have to have someone investigate this issue and I would receive a call back......still waiting for that call back.

Internet service is very bad, even with cable modem router and cables replaced service drops so frequently during peak hours playing online games is next to impossible. Fortunately they basically have a monopoly where I live so they can put as little effort in as they please. your 100mbps speeds that you think is fast is meaningless when you cant stay connected for more than 30 minutes in peak times.

These guys are the worst. They were charging me for 3 months on internet I wasn’t using that I thought I cancelled and they didn’t even tell me to return the gear which is $120 and wouldn’t pay for it so I had to break into my old house just to get the gear. Don’t choose Spectrum

Waited 2.5 hours for the technician to show up to have them finally call us back after calling 3 times to have them say it’ll be another hour. The agents were as helpful as they could be and were patient with us but doesn’t excuse tardiness and disorganized that is this company. They had us reschedule for Saturday so we will see if they can make that appointment on time. Appointments should be honored first, and a heads up next time would be great if you were going to be late.

Had a problem with my cable I called and got an appointment for a tech to come take a look. Brandon V. arrived on time. It was snowing when he showed up, before he came in the house he put his boot covers on and went to work and diagnosed a bad cable he replaced the cable and now its working great! Very polite and professional

It’s nice having a fulfillment center to pick up and drop off parts, especially when you do not have time or it is not necessary for a technician to solve your technical problem. They kind of operate as a do it yourself center, when you desire Or have the know-how.

I am beyond frustrated at the fact that this seems to be the ONLY Internet carrier available in the area I live and I am even more frustrated at the fact that my bill has continued to increase after being a customer for many years. In fact I just had yet another increase this last month. Why is it that a New Customer can sign on and get the same service for HALF, if not more, then what they charge those of us who have been a customer for years? I am on a tight budget and with the exception of cancelling internet completely, I have no other options. It just blows me away ~ If I did have another carrier to chose from I would leave in an instant and I would not recommend this carrier to anyone.

I stopped by to drop off my old modem and an employee very rudely told me to sign in by the door. The way she spoke implied that the sign-in process was common knowledge, its not. There are no signs outside indicating that there is a sign-in process, the only notice is a very small sign inside after the door. After getting inside, my only concern was getting in line in accordance with social distancing mandates.

2 times burned. They are a monster to try to transfer or cancel. When we moved they transferred our services to our new home. The reality is that they just opened a new account and kept charging us. We were forced to pay 3 months of payments and late fee. The second bad experience happened with our business, when we stopped our services. They told us we were paid up, and even refunded us some money. Apparently they didnt get there money situated, because the next bill they sent, (to the address we moved from) was for more payment. We would have paid this pretty small amount, but 15 days after they sent the statement with the new numbers, they sent us to collections. We didnt know this either, because they send 1 letter again to the business location we moved from. There was no real attempt to reach out to us, and very little time for us to correct this debt. For whatever reason, no one reached out to us for over a year. Then out of the blue we get a call from a collections agency saying we owe them money. After going over the details I learned that we do owe them money, and will pay, but found that there was little to no attempt to reach out to us and inform us of the debt. They told me that because the amount was so small it they wrote it off and sent it to collections. Now they are happy to be free of the phone call they could have made or the email they could have sent, and the only thing that is hurt is my credit. This will be the last time I deal with this company with little ethics, and no customer regard. Oh, the reason they get a 1 star and not a 0 star, is because the people you talk to are usually nice. It is the managers, and the policy makers who are all to blame.

Terrible company. We use this company for our internet and phone provider for our business. We are consistently having issues with our phones dropping audio so clients can no longer hear us. The internet is slow, and the modems keep having to be replaced. We have to do hard resets on the devices once a week to get them to keep working. Tech support is a nightmare, and when they finally assign a crew to work on it they are usually backed up multiple days fixing everyone elses devices. This leaves us without phone and internet for days. Switching ASAP!!! DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER!!!

Solved my problem. The only reason 5 stars were not given, was the new equipment was actually pre-owned, (used stuff wrapped in new plastic) was defective and required yet another trip and a few hours with tech support. They initially told me that it would cost $50 bucks for someone to come out to the house.Remember the days when the customer service representatives would own the problem and started with an apology that their software, equipment, infrastructure, billing or human error required interruption of service? I have used spectrum cable TV and Internet for over a year, at least twice a month I have to call and complain. Play back issues, recording issues, everything you can possibly imagine is a problem, if youre going to waste your money on cable certainly dont use spectrum. Last month when I called I was on the phone for over an hour and I was told I would get a credit since I have had to call so often of course there is no record of that credit, no credit was on my bill! So when I called asking about the credit I was told there with nothing in their records. I have had nothing but disappointment with this service.

Weve had Spectrum tv and internet for a year, and what a RIP OFF!! Spectrum decides what we can watch by refusing to carry certain channels. (Direct TV has a better selection.) Then Spectrum charges insane prices even though we can barely get our service to work on one of our devices, but not on all of them. Huge waste of money, VERY HIGH PRICES. We had Direct TV before we lived here, and I cant wait to go back to it.

GO INSIDE the actual office! If you rate this Spectrum office based on calling the national number you arent rating the company, just this office.Jenn was fantastic and so was her supervisor. They solved my problem in 10 minutes, as opposed to the 5 representatives- and two hours on the phone- who couldnt do a thing. Except put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time.If you can, always go into the office. They will fix your problem quickly, efficiently, and in a friendly manner.

You have an exceptional employee in Ian and I also greatly appreciated the Supervisor who assisted him with my difficult matter. Her name I believe started with Chris... I signed up for their most expensive fastest internet, and so far every single day Ive had it, my devices will get kicked off the internet saying there is either no connection or not enough bandwidth. The worst part is all the lights indicate it should be working fine, but its not working at all. Customer service kept me on hold for 45 minutes before finally getting to talk to someone. I am extremely unhappy with this company, and if this area was not monopolized by them, I would without a doubt choose another company.

Do not, I repeat do not use these guys!!! I moved up to the Mesa and I closed my account and paid in full. Almost a year later I get a collection account put on my credit report for these guys. I call pretty upset they told me I never paid it which I did. After fighting with them yet again I paid them again. They removed it from my credit report then today a collection showed up on my credit report again for them. After being on the phone all day with supervisors I finally just paid them for the third time to shut them up. If it shows up on my report again I will contact a class action lawyer I would give negative 5 stars if I could

The cable guy spilled candle wax on my floor and couch and didnt say anything. I found it the next day. He also took my remote and wouldnt bring it back. Had to watch the same channel til I could go get a new remote the next day. Gonna cost me a years worth of service to fix his mess! Cant even get an apology! Internet is inconsistent. There customer service lied when I cancelled to move. They said I should cancel closer to the end of the month. Got an extra months bill for 4 days of service. Apparently there month starts on the 22nd??? Swindles. Also since moving my internet company is 1000% better the internet quality is better and faster, the customer service is better, literally everything has been better. If you can avoid this company do so.

I was skillfully persuaded to move my land phone lines and the Internet to Charter. It was a huge mistake. With more than four outages in about a month, and many hours of no connectivity (phone and the Internet), any savings I was hoping to gain by switching to Charter were quickly offset by many hours of zero connectivity. Charter’s Internet and phone lines through cable turned up to be very unreliable. This level of unreliability renders Charter Communication useless for business purposes and far from merely acceptable for home use.

Im paying more for less service. The receiver is constantly going out meaning no channels available for viewing. It takes forever for the channel guide to activate. I am VERY unhappy with the level of service from Charter - trying to schedule a service technician is almost impossible - there must be a better way.

Charter truly reaches for the bottom in their customer service. We have trimmed our services down to internet only as we cannot get any other internet service where we live. I changed our services my office to Century Link and have been totally pleased with their service. If you live where Century link is available, I highly recommend that you give them a try before choosing Charter.

Internet goes down AT LEAST 3-4 times a week. Cable TV is mostly okay - unless its live sports, then it gets pixelated and the audio cuts in and out. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Ever.
