I am soooo happy with this salon!I had been seeing my previous nail gal for over 2 years, but she moved to Bullhead City. I was scared to try a new salon because I was so comfortable at my previous one. This was such a great transition though! I’ve seen Amy twice and she is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet and does EXCELLENT work! I am someone who, unfortunately, doesn’t have toenails due to constant trauma to the toes. I was so anxious to ask if she could do my feet, but she was more than happy to. She made my toes look INCREDIBLE with a full acrylic set! I am SO happy to be able to wear open toed shoes!My best friend has come with me both times, she sees Christina. She is absolutely thrilled with Christina’s work! She loves long, pointy nails, and Christina always exceeds her expectations.The salon itself is amazing! It’s always clean, the entire staff is SO professional and friendly. The owner, Julie, is such a nice woman and you can tell she takes pride in her salon.Thank you all so much!

I loved this place everytime I went the same person attended me but, this time someone different did my nails and I went with another employee and I did not like te service I barely have 4 days with these nails and they look terrible and one nail already fell off

I went in without an appointment to ask if theyll take me as a walk in for a fullset. At first it was no and asked if I could come back later. I wasnt able to go back later and said Ill would try another place, then they offered for me to wait just in case the next appointment didnt show up. I opted to wait outside since two other women were already waiting inside. A few minutes later I was asked to go inside. I showed the nail tech a picture of what I was looking to get and she did a great job. It was the first time getting ombre nails. I will definitely be going back when its time for a fill but Ill make sure to schedule an appointment.

Ill be going to Julies nails for a while I love the girls that work there. This time I had an older gentleman and he was so rude and very ruff..and didnt not liked my nails at all

Been going to Julies for about 7 years now. Granted I didnt go in every 2 weeks because I had 2 kids within 3 years, besides that point. Went in about a month ago, got a full set. Come in 3 weeks later to get a fill. First off, I walked in and Julie had asked me what I needed and I told her, thinking there wasnt an issue. She immediately gets an attitude, tells me wash my hands, Im immediately seated and were giving colors, great! Everything is fine until Im finished and have to pay. I get to the front and Julie didnt even say anything but motioned her hand in a way to give her my card WITHOUT telling me my price. She gave me dirty looks the whole time I was paying.. I felt so out of place once I finally left. Ill be finding a new place.

If ANYONE is looking to get Clean pedicure. And by clean I mean, have you ever taken your car to a “super wash” car wash and get an okay (rinse), and then you take your car to get it detailed . Well if you love to show your feet, Book your Pedicure with “Nancy” she will clean your toe nail , inside ,outside , sideways all around . Anyway, just book . You’ll see what I mean... forever Mine AND my husbands nail lady. Yes , my husband loves her manicures. :)

Got waxed the girl who helps me is always so detailed, & precise almost OCD about it. She had me almost falling asleep with my waxing & pedicure. Did feel a little rushed even though we had an appointment but that calmed down.

I got a manicure, pedicure, and eyebrow waxing. The pedicure was alright, but didnt care much for the manicure. This place messed up my eyebrows. I asked for a short square shape when it came to waxing my eyebrows. As for my manicure this place uses more of a nail paint instead of nail polish. I got a lavender color on my nails and after a week tried to remove it with nail polish remover. It wouldnt come off and this place overcharges from my experience.

Love this place, been coming for years. My daughter got her nails and toes done with me today and they were so sweet with her as well. thank you.

This place is amazing. Stopped going to my regular nail salon because the women were rude so I came here. They laugh and joke around with you and make you feel so comfortable! Plus they give you good tips on how to keep up with feet lol. Very sweet technicians. I will be coming back for sure!

I dont like when they switch the person doing my nails, I feel like if you start them you should finish the job. Who am I tipping if yall keep switching up on me.

They are very very nice! Very efficient. The pedicure and full set I got were both great, they arent the best at nail art but they gave it their absolute best try! :)

Service horrible, took an hour and half in my pedi. Charges me 70.00 I told them they messed up my pedi. I had broke a nail so had them do acyclic only on my big toes. They had put the acrylic the length where my nail had broke. I mention this is the reason I needed acrylic.... They made m feet look ugly. Nails are not the same length. And blame my toe for it looking the way it did

This place was a last minute decision. It doesnt look that great from the outside but when you go in its nice. I got the gel pedicure and was very satisfied.

Its been a week but Im still in love with my nails! This place is very clean and they have you wash your hands before you get your nails done and after. They are for sure help stop the spread of covid. Some I have been too since covid dont have you prep at all.

My niece wanted a long overdue pedicure and right away I recommended Julies Nails & Spa. We both received wonderful pedicures and the service was top notch excellent!

Im 8 months pregnant and just needed a pedi so bad!! Great service, great massage! My tech was very generous and would ask how much pressure for the massage. My 4 stars just comes with the price...its a little on the higher side. I was a little sticker shocked when they handed me the pedi menu.

They do a good job and I reasonably priced. And there is usually no wait time.

I am from MN had to come down to AZ for family matters,wanted to get a new set done,I called they got me in right away and they did such an incredible job!! I am very picky about nail salons ,so read the reviews andade my appointment. I can say without a doubt one of the best experiences I have had and I have been getting my nails done for many years! Service was good. When I arrived at 10, I felt very safe . By the time I left I felt there were far too many people in the salon. I would not return for this reason.

Pretty standard pedicure place... she did a good job, but was extremely difficult to understand and didnt have a ton of patience for my limited salon knowledge. Biggest complaint... they wont let you tip on a card. Im sure this costs them a lot of tips!! Its 2019, people use cards more than cash.

They were so busy when I came in and thought Id have to wait forever! But nope! They were so polite and fast! I didnt wait at all! They are so well staffed too! Nice and clean place! I got manicure and got exactly what I wanted! I think I found a place to go to now for getting my nails done!

Nail Tech was very rude she handled me like I was a piece of meat she started being nice at one point so I got over the treatment of how she was just flinging my hands around and they told me one price at the beginning which was $20 for just a fill but at the end it was $27 because she cut my nails or something I dont know they should mention this type of stuff when you are getting it done then I called back to ask again the rate the man said $18 it just feels dishonest I dont want to ever go back! nail techs should let the customer know while doing the service if theres an upcharge for anything that is requested.

Really unprofessional and rude. Me and my boyfriend went to get pedicures. While we were getting pedicures the workers really didnt talk to us. When I went to the back to get my eyebrows waxed. The worker started to my boyfriend. Asking him did he have a girlfriend like I know you seen him walking in with me. Asking him if he is happy and how many kids does he have and if wanted One more. I could hear everything. Then got mad and stop doing his pedicure because she was turned down. Dont talk your man in here she was very disrespect and the workers are too because they were telling her in the language they speak to talk to him.

The experience overall was dissatisfied. I got a full acrylic set with the white tips priced at$30 and was charged $35. When I asked why it was 35 the owner said because I got gel polish on top. That option was never presented to me and he stated that he told me even after the nail tech questioned it. The quality of the work was poor as well. The gentleman who did my nails had to redo two of them after I pointed out flaws because there was bubbles and what seemed to be a crack in the thumb nail which he stated was not. There was also specs of color on one nail. After leaving I noticed there are globs of polish underneath two of the nails. I typically come here to get my nails done for special occasions and usually do not have an issue.I am not sure Ill be returning.

Love the staff they are friendly and do a great job! I have been going here for 7 years and they never fail me with their great work! If I do not like a color they will change it, if I find some minor imperfection they will fix it without a word. I get my pedicures and eyebrow waxes there every other week and I can not image going anywhere else. Great prices for great service.

The ladies at Julies Nails and Spa are very friendly and very knowledgeable and what they do. I will always go there because they use a brand-new santispac of utensils every time they work on your hands or feet. I love the results and the atmosphere. Very professional facility.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I came into Julie’s nail salon yesterday to have my acrylics removed. I am not a customer of this shop in particular but it is very close to my home and figured it wouldn’t be an issue. The girl who greeted me when i walked in was very pleasant. Shop was clean and seemed like a nice place. A different lady approached me and had me come to her station. I explained i wanted to remove my acrylics and only do clear polish after so I can let my nails heal from having acrylics for so long. She was decent at first but then proceeded to start ripping at them. It hurt really bad. I have had acrylics over the years many many times and I know how painful it can be to remove them. I explained maybe you need to soak them first. She immediately got an attitude and was really rude. She then started to soak them and kept making comments well this is going to take longer and started rolling her eyes. I’m paying for this service.... it shouldn’t matter if it “takes longer”. She kept making rude comments then started talking to the other employees in their language and made it extremely obvious she was talking about me. At this point I had enough. I said “I’m sorry this is a waste of your time” and she had nothing to say. I could go on and on but the point of this review is to let everyone know what a terrible experience this was. I will never ever come back. I wouldn’t even trust them to paint my nails. Unbelievable.

Usually busy, my wife loves it. My wife finally convinced me to get a pedicure and I was not disappointed, my feet felt and looked great!!

I will not be coming back after today. Worse service I’ve ever received by a nail salon. The tech was doing everything on a hurry, got my finger cut by her incompetence, got my nails so reduced 2 broke by the time I paid. They are so thin you can see through them. I regret coming here. I will be going to the new nail salon that just open.

This is a very clean shop and the owner, Jimmy is friendly and greets me with a hello which is nice. I have been going to Stephanie for years now and she does both my gel nails and pedicures. She always does a perfect job. They have those really awesome massage chairs, so not only do I get my feet done but I leave feeling super relaxed. The shop is busier as it nears the weekend - you might want to call ahead for an appointment, but they do take happily walk-ins. One thing I might mention - these girls work long days, so be nice and please dont go in 5 minutes before closing to expect a service that will take an hour.

They were good and all and everything is well priced. but i spent thirty five dollars on acrylic nails and 4/10 nails have broken off, for the slightest things.

I love Julie Nail and Spa! Ben going there for years. Ive tried other salons, but none of them can compare. I always get great service, friendly technicians that remember me and greet me by name, and the prices are comparable to other salons (if not more reasonable).

Ive came here to get acrylics and fills with a gel polish and every time I come I am so pleased. I go to Michelle and she is so great. My nails are all identical and look amazing. I had the hardest time getting the acrylics off because they were on so good. Prices are great!!!

Went in there to get a fill. I chose pink cat eye gel fill and i came out with a black or dark red set of nails which i could have done myself. The nail tech was very unprofessional and had a hard time understanding and overcharged me. The worst service ever!

So I found me a nail salon who does gel nail, not gel polish as I mentioned from my previous review from another salon, but it’s nothing compared to Europe natural gel nail that cost me €25 euro. Thank you EUROPE for providing me the best gel nail. This will suffice as this is the only salon I came across. I’m a person who wants natural looking nails. This cost me $25, with no shiny gel polish that was to cost me an additional $5.

I love the place but needs to take more time and dont do nails in such a rush.

Brought my daughter and I for a spa day. The employees were extremely rude to my kids. I have been coming here for over a year and was caught off guard when they were being completely condescending and rude to my girls.

I always go here. Angel has been doing my nails for years. A variety of choices for polishes and gels. I feel this nail salon has the most appealing look which is so important to me as a customer. Very clean and nice to look at.

Even though they fit me in quickly the quality of my nails were not the best, especially for the price. I paid 60 for a full set of nails that looked completely rushed and not at all what i asked for. Also one of the the ladies doing my nails told me i had ugly nails. Which is such poor customer service. I will never come here again.

I came here based on other reviews and glad I did. Ivy did a great job. Very attentive to how I wanted my nails and had great attention to detail. We talked like old friends and you never wouldve thought we just met. Excellent nail tech! $30 for full set and painted tips.

Ive been in search of a clean salon with techs who do what I request. This nail salon did just that. They were friendly and fast. I love my nails and will be going back.

My daughter and I were in the city with time to kill... We enjoyed our time here. We got the basic pedi and absolutely no complaints at all.

My fiance came home in tears today because she just left this place. She has been a loyal customer here and always had positive things to say. Her most recent visit she paid $80 to get her manicure done as well as a generous tip on top of it. Well 2 days later they started to peel at no fault of her own. When she went back to inform them of it they began to make her feel unwelcome and began talking in their native language pointing at her. Finally when she confronted the obvious chatter the new girl told her that this was her fault. Needless to say she left and will never do business there again. Shame on this place.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! If I could rate this place a negative I would. They f***ed up my nail and told me I was wrong when I complained. Lady had an attitude when I told her it looked like it was bleeding she said “oh no it’s just red” and still charged me full price even though she knew she had messed up. Went back to complain to only get a $10 Dollars off my next visit to a place I will NEVER go back too and I recommend you guys not go here as well.

I have gone there since they opened. Staff is very friendly and NOT pushy on other items.Very Very Clean and has remodeled a couple times already. A Great Place☺

I was not impressed with this place. A friend and I went in for pedicures. They tried to sell us all their other services after we told them multiple times that we just wanted pedicures. They charged my friend $3 just to remove her toe nail polish!! Also, the lady who did my toes, didnt know how to paint just on the nail. She got nail polish all over the sides of my toes! Wont go here again.

I had a horrible experience. Unprofessional experience as a whole. They fit me in I had an appt for 630 they didnt start my nails til 7 720 there was flies in there, the guy who started my nails kept answering the phone, sends me over to 2 other ppl, didnt take my set off that clearly were ready to come off...list goes on.

Brought my bridal party here, everyone was so nice, and did a killer job! Were all so stoked about how great everyones nails look.
