Called to make an appointment.Got me the time I wanted and they had so many color options!It’s a nice and clean place.He did my nails the way I wanted. I love them!

Minimal detailing with the drill. Maybe just the person i had but mediocre work. Customer service was not bad so i would come back but only if i really had to.

My sister and I walked in and were immediately greeted politely. They worked us in to their already full schedule. They did qn amazing job. Super happy with the service and product! We will be back!!!

Pedicure was fine. Design was nice. The problem was the gel manicure. I have been getting them for 10+ years now in different states where I have lived. My point is, I know how they should be done and for how long they should last. Dremels are not necessary for these manicures, soak off and use the tool to remove the old gel - dont grind my nails down. They did that and made them thin which led to breakage. I knew this would happen but they said no no we know how. My fault for not holding firm. My manicure was lifting from my nails within 4 days. A proper gel manicure should last for weeks no problem. I soaked and scraped them off myself since it was lifting from my nails anyway. I chose this spot based on reviews, so I confess I am a little confused why the rating is so high?

I’ve been to many different nail salons in the area and this one is my favorite. Fair prices, friendly employees, and great services. 😊

Best nail place I have ever been to!!! The ladies were so sweet, they made time for me in their already busy day, but they still took their time and didnt make me feel like they were rushing. Honestly one of the best manicures I have ever had and the dip literally lasted for a month until I couldnt handle the grow out anymore! I highly recommend Boutique Nail & Spa!!!

This place is amazing, I have been going here since 7th grade and they have always done an amazing job. The staff is really great and quick. The price is perfect for the work and all the add ons for manicures are affordable as well. I’m a senior this year and I can say I probably will never go anywhere else.

I have been going here for many years. They truly are the best. I have diabetes and have never had a problem with their care. They are the best. My feet float out the door when I am done. Everyone is super friendly and fun.

Super relaxing experience

It was ok here, the dip was put on too thin, and I feel some bumps on my nails. They were friendly here, just didn’t care for the outcome of my nails.

I love going here!! Since theyve opened Ive been coming here to get my nails done until I had to stop working due to medical reasons. Jimmy is always the one to do my acrylics, and I dont want anyone else but him to do them! Hes very kind and attentive and he pays attention to detail! The only thing thats different withing the last 4 years of me not being able to go in there is the prices have changed a little bit, I no longer know what they are by heart, but everyone in there is so nice! Will be definitely going back whenever Im able to!!

Ive been going here for over 3 years now! I absolutely love this place! Jim does my nails and I never have to tell him how I want them he already knows what I want..And he makes them look great and Ive gone almost 2 months without a fill and they were in great condition! And i go to kim for my pedicures..she is absolutely amazing and such a sweet girl! Shes does a great job and not to mention love having conversations with her! 😊

Been going off and on with my wife, and the staff is very friendly and courteous. I enjoy the massage chairs, and the #3 option pedicure. Reasonably priced, but can get busy. They do accept appointments.

This place is amazing! They are all so nice and my pedicures always last like 3.5 weeks. I dont get my nails done, just toes. Opt for the middle or top tier pedi when you go! The extra scrib is so worth it!! Orange is my fave.

Sandy and Jimmy are the best! Sandy does powder on my nails and it lasts for weeks! My daughter loves Jimmy and all his nail art. Great place to enjoy a bit of down pampering time.

Easy to get into quick with service clean location friendly staff good prices

First time was pleased but would have liked to have been pampered a bit more slowly I chose the Classic Pedicure and would have liked the hot stones rubbed down my legs a bit longer, the towels left on longer and a better massage it felt a bit rushed as I had just recovered from the flu but all in all it was a good experience at least my nails were allowed to dry before they put my sandals on 😊, pricing was comparable to other salon’s. Will definitely return, but will speak up and request a bit slower pedicure,😉

I went here before a special event, I wanted to get a gel manicure, they kept persisting I try SNS. So finally I did agree to try it.I got my nails done and went home and did my hair and makeup by the time I was going to my event that evening which was just a few hours later my nails were already flaking on the top.I was upset, but there was nothing I could do because I had no time to change it or go anywhere or do anything.The next day I went in and they did correct it and fix the top coating so that they did not flake anymore and it looked better but they did not offer any discount or return on the money I spent and it was too late I had already gone to my event which was the reason for getting my nails done

This nail salon is right around the corner from my house which is very convenient. There normally isnt a wait when I come in which is nice. They do a decent job, but the last couple of times I felt that it was rushed and not as great as previous times. I will likely return, but not completely dedicated to this salon.
