Started out iffy when my granddaughter called , no answer but called back 15 min later.3 of us had an appointment at 530 for manicures and pedicures butShe gave us no suite number and wouldnt answer her phone we wasted 15 min calling and walking around the complex of suites and left, she called 10 min after we left.

My daughter and I went yesterday and had a great experience. I found them online and decided to give them a try. The place was super clean and everyone was super friendly. I felt like no one was in a rush and I really loved the atmosphere. Hannah also did my eyebrows and she did an awesome job! I will definitely be returning. Thank you

I had the most horrible experience at this location Hannah is the most unprofessional inconsiderate nail agent my wife has ever had. It got to the point where my wife just walked out in frustration because Hannah messed up her nails that bad. Never in my life have I had to argue with a nail representative that charged me $108 in services she didn’t even finish. After arguing with her to give me money back for the most horrible half done job she did on my wife’s nails but I had to take my wife to another nail salon that had to charge an additional $60 to fix Hannah’s mistake. Everything is unsatisfactory and unsanitary there. I recommend 1/10 if I can give a lower score I would! For spending almost $200 to have my wife’s hands look like they were beaten by a bat my wife still have a tips hanging off the nails when I picked her up! Horrible job and horrible customer service !

Its been a long time since i had a pedicure because they always murdered my toes.. 😂, but this was the best pedicure i ever had so far.. 😍 i didnt have issue on bleeding toes, also their hands are so soft and delicate. Plus they are very nice people. 😍😍😍 highly recommended.

Quality of work was not good. Gel polish lifted from the bottom of nails after a week and destroyed my natural nails.

This place is so clean and EVERY single staff is so so friendly. They take so much time on me . I never felt rushed or feel like they take took to long . when I get a pedicure, I feel valued . I been here twice and I’m so happy I found this place . It’s wonderful!!

This place is very nice. Hannah has done a great job with this place shes very nice and personable. Shes always willing to help out when she can stay late if she needs to whatever she can do in this time of the pandemic. I would suggest this and refer everybody I know to her.

I’ve been back and forth between leaving a review. After reading the responses to the poor reviews on here I whole heartedly stand by leaving my honest review. Not even ten days after getting my nails filled here they began to lift. The gel is cracked under the top coat and the best Hannah could tell me was that I should’ve gotten a new set when I came before and that I wash my hands too much... I’ve had acrylic for at least ten years!!! Never have I had a salon tell me it’s my fault my nails were poorly done or gave me a suggestion after the nails were filled! I would’ve gladly gotten a new set if that’s what she offered last week.When I came in person I accidentally called the wrong place, considering I just moved here. Instead of helping me when I came in (even just to set up an appointment for later) Hannah allowed the client she had at the time to be extremely rude to me. I also told her this and she said not to take it personal. Poorly ran salon. I was hoping this would be my new spot but I won’t be returning.

Hannah! Hannah! Hannah! I was reading some of these other reviews. Some good, some bad and I am absolutely surprised at some of the hateful and untruths people have spoken about you!!! Lol! I have been doing business in your shop regularly since the end of April 2020! You are the only shop serious about the sterilization and cleanliness in your business. Right up to making sure people have a mask on and washing their hands as soon as we walk in! You are the only one who I will allow do my eyebrow waxing. I have never had any one take the time you take on my pedicures! NEVER BEEN INFECTED! You are very particular about your sanitizing and cleaning process of your tools. The best part I love your mom and dad! You are all an amazing team. I will continue to do business with you and send people I love to you as well!!! In the meantime dont worry about that negativity! Nails, hair or a massage you can get it done here for a quality price and the staff is very professional. I strongly recommend if you haven’t stopped by yet you should do so. Great and a relaxing place for pedicures!

My Daughter and I got fullset my daughters nails started falling off in 2 days. And mine were not done right when i washed my hair The hair would get caught under the nail. Her prices are too high for a horrible work.

If I could give it more stars I would. This is one of the best nail salons I have ever been to. After being refused service by D&C Nails on 27th Ave and Bethany because they dont do long nails at their salon (not even for extra $$ plus other absolute rudeness CHECK OUT MY REVIEW FOR THEM) we discovered this place. They were closing in about 40 mins and I called and asked if they had time for me and my daughter to get a full sets and pedicures. She said of course come in. We did and Hannah, who is the manager was AMAZING! We told her what had just happened to us and she literally took the best care of us. Not only did she stay late to make sure everything was perfect, she gave a discount because of the hell we just experienced at the other nail salon, she was kind, personable, funny and she genuinely cares if you are happy and did an amazing job. Kelly did my daughters nails and toes and she did a great job as well. I will forever go here. I dont even live anywhere close to here but was in the area and so glad we found this place. Although its a good 45 min drive It would be worth it to come here. I highly recommend this place and if possible, ask for Hannah.

So disappointed. Took my daughters her yesterday to get full sets and when i returned to pay i was highly disappointed first she charges 97 bucks for terrible work. She did not file the nails down at all thwy were lumpy and bulging. She literally just put acrylic and nail polish nothing else was done. I dont mind paying for quality work but this was their disappointment will not be ever going there again

I have been coming to Hannah for 6 1/2 years and I have never been disappointed!! I drive from Scottsdale to Glendale because she does such great work, uses great products and great technique! She is always very positive and I look forward to seeing her every time I go! The new shop is beautiful and I have seen her grow! So proud of Happy Spa Nails by Hannah! If you want your nails, eyebrows and lashes done right, go see Hannah!!

They were really busy and still got me in. My pedicure turned out fine. Their a bit overpriced for me. The employees do not talk to their customers, only talk to each other in Vietnamese language. I prefer a more personal touch from a nail salon. I am new to this area so I will look for a new place to call home but would return if in a pinch.

I have been going to Hannah for almost 4 years. She is fabulous! She listens to what I want and always provides the best service. Her prices are reasonable compared to other salons and she always has the best products available. She truly cares about her customers and builds relationships. I will never go to another salon!!

I had an absolute wonderful experience. I actually Discovered this place by accident, but I am so excited that I did! Hannah and the rest of the staff were amazing just kind of funny it was lots of laughs and fun! Hannah make sure to ask me exactly how I wanted my nails and help me decide which color as well. I’ve known Hannah since her other shop for doing my pedicures. I love coming to this new shop. Spacious, modern and my toes, feet and legs love her. I get the deluxe package with hot towel and rock massage and also paraffin wax and my ingrown toenails removed. Pleasant attitude ⭐️⭐️

Maybe if I would have gotten Hannah it would have been a better experience. The person filing my nails was more interested in looking at what was going on around her than to get my nails filed evenly. I get they were busy, but every customer in front of you at that moment should be the most important.

I WENT TO HANNAH LAST SATURDAY. ALL NAIL SHOPS WHERE GETTING READY TO SHUT DOWN AND HANNAH WAS DOING HER BEST TO TAKE CARE OF ALL HER CUSTOMERS. HANNAH TOLD ME SHE COULDNT TAKE CARE OF ME WHEN I FIRST CAME TO THE SHOP BUT SHE TOLD ME TO TEXT HER AND SHE WOULD CALL ME BEFORE SHE CLOSED. SHE DID JUST THAT. HER WORK IS AMAZING AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EVEN BETTER. I WILL BE GOING TO HER FROM NOW ON!

If you want infections on your pedicures this is your go to place! Never have I ever experienced this from a nail salon especially during a pandemic! I had to get medication and surgery for my infection of this place not sterilizing their tools! I reported this place to OSHA and soon will be hearing from my lawyer!

Don’t do it!!!!! I got a pedicure here and didn’t want the massage asked if they could do callous remover instead of the massage . They said yes than charged me more at the end !!!!
