I will never be back. My normal place was closed for vacation, so I go online to find the “best nail salons in my area.”I saw many wonderful reviews about this place so I decided to give it a try. Big mistake. The older gentleman that did my nails evidently has not had much experience. I had to pull my hands away several times because he kept hurting me. He glued the tips to my skin on several nails and when I went to and then went to try to file the sides of the nail and cut my skin. He was very rough on a few cuticles, I know sometimes there’s discomfort on the cuticle but nothing like this today. I have been getting SNS for years and never had this bad of an experience.Then there’s the shape. Several of my nails have a fan shape which I told him I did not want. I said I want a squoval/rounded square. I was unhappy with the shape from the jump and I kept telling him I didn’t like it and he kept trying to fix it but never did get all of them looking uniform. I can’t wait to go back to my normal place. If you go here please do not let the older gentleman do your nails. I think the younger guy is better or the women. Can’t get much worse.

Made my little girl feel so pretty when he offered to paint her nails..no charge since she has never done this before..free of charge too..I highly recommend this place to everyone you know

So I must say from the moment I walked in I felt comfortable sooooooo with that being said Ben was amazing! He actually talks to you..... Yes really he does! I had a fill and pedicure and loved it! This is affordable and they dont price gouge you! Im definitely going back! I recommend this place and have already had compliments and referred them.

Went in for a pedicure they did amazing I love the massage chairs they took their time I definitely got my moneys worth. Its worth paying to upgrade to the gel. Very clean atmosphere not overcrowded definitely will return.

Had a warm and welcoming experience at AZ nails today in Glendale. Went for a pedicure. Was given a really nice, comfortable mask to wear, washed my hands and attended to promptly. Pricing and service were excellent, there is a variety of services to choose from including nail powder and massage. Will be coming here regularly when in town. Ben did an amazing job!

Very disappointed in the quality of work here. Below average in my opinion. I had polish over my skin that I had to pull away the next day. It was sloppy work, looked unprofessional. Considered calling to complain, which I never do. I will NOT be going back here. Definitely not worth the money.

Great services, manicures & pedicures, and eyebrows. Owner Ben great guy, best customerservice. Best to make appointment if you can, but they also accept walk ins. Clean, sanitary and currently masks required. All covid 19 precautions done.

The two ladies were so nice and gentle if you didn’t like something they would do what you wanted nicely but it was a little too expensive and it took a little too long but it was worth it.

They always greet me with a smile and leave me satisfied with my nails, after so many places I finally found a good nail salon that doesn’t overcharge and does the job perfect

The price was great. I had problem that came up with the polish, and the gentlemen who answered my call said I could come in and they would correct it free of charge. They did just that. The lady even fixed the other imperfections from my initial visit free of charge. I will definitely be going back for my touch up.

The First time went to this location the experiences was great ... hospitality was great 😊 and I love my nails 🥰🥰🥰. Ben did an amazing jobWhen back a month later and I was disappointed I normally don’t do this but when a customer ain’t satisfied at least all you can do is say sorry for the inconvenience…I went to get my barely 2 week old refilled acrylic nails removed because I lost two nails and wanted to take a break cuz my nails finally grewThe technician didn’t ask if I wanted to keep my nails or anything jus went right ahead yanking them off ruin my nails 😡😡😡and what buffoon me is that she hurt me literally rip off a concern of my nails I said ouch couple time and pulled my hand way that’s should have been enough of a RED FLAG BUT NO SHE JUST KEPT ON PULLING THEM AWAY … and no sorry jus chuckle and said ohhh it’s very hard ….she literally rushed the process like I was hindering her from something when all I ask was to get my nails done 🥺🥺🥺I ask for bandage she gonna squeeze the finger and said it’s not bleeding I already put medicine on it …. I call to let the owner know his response is I can’t control what the technician do next time you need to tell them you want it soak instead no sorry no nothing made me feel like it’s my fault for trusting your business… like customer safety should be top priority especially these times with covid and all

This place is a joke I had to cancel because sometimes things happen in life well Ben is no where near understanding and is very rude and told me I have to do walk ins because I cancel twice like ok things happen in life but he dont care so I suggest not going here especially since only one person does eyebrows good the rest are horrible at it and do your eyebrows straight and no shape the worst place ever and Ben the owner has no customer service skills at all.

Tried this place out since my usual place was super busy and this place had pretty good reviews but nope never again pedicure was good but Dip /SNS is very bad everything was good but once I got home I noticed they got scratched & cracked super fast the top coat felt rough not smooth & shinny I’m 100% sure it’s because they used cheap clear and top coat it even looked super old I mean Lina was very friendly but I’m just disappointed I spent $40 on cheap Dip.

Absolutely love the way Lena did my nails! It was my first time going there so I was only going to do a pedicure but after she finished my pedi so amazingly, I asked her to do a gel mani as well. She took her time with both and I left very satisfied!

My technician was very professional. I left with fresh feeling toes!! I will be returning and definitely recommend.

Clean, professional nail salon, and so close to home. Pleasant experience with everyone I have encountered, especially Lena who has been my go to for the past 11 months. She remembers her clients and makes you feel like an old friend. If you register your number with them and sign in electronically you will receive deals and points by text message. I have had many manis, pedis and eyebrow waxings but they offer more services I havent yet tried. Covid cleaning protocols are clearly in place and practiced. Az Nails & Spa is a treat I always look forward to.

I have been here multiple times and my daughter also. It’s the only place we come to get both fills and pedicures with the occasional wax. Lina is my girl who always makes sure I look beautiful when I leave! Ben who is the owner or his wife takes care of my daughter beautifully also! Did I mention that my 11 yr old grandson has also been getting pedicures for the past year and has never had a bad experience and is super spoiled :)

Jason does great work , the absolute best! The owner won’t let you make an appointment with him tho. They tell you he doesn’t work , when he does. They don’t make appointments even if it’s for the same day. I think it’s kinda annoying I cannot get my nails done by the tech I choose, owners make an excuse every time.
