Had my nails done with SNS. Nail tech -T, did an awesome job. I was previously going to the Happy Valley location. I really like this location and its closer to my home. Highly recommended. I did recommend a friend, she went and loves it as well.

Great experience! My first time getting my nails done in a couple years and first dip set and simple art. They were so friendly and accommodating. Many other places have gotten frustrated w/me when I ask for short nails then want give me absurdly long nails and tell me what they want me to have.... but here, Tammy asked what I wanted and was sure that the length, shape, and colors were what I wanted. She did a fantastic job. She took her time and was precise in technique. I recommend this place for sure. Thank you Ladies!

I went in last minute for a dip set and Jason did an amazing job. He was so detailed with every step, even down to filing the underside of the nails to smooth them out perfectly. Thse are the best nails Ive had in months. Definitely recommend him!

The majority of the workers are really nice and do good work. They do talk in their native language which makes it awkward because of course you feel like they are talking about you but overall a great place that does good work.

We were happy with the nails but had an issue with service. It is important to notate that management did apologize and made an effort to resolve. It was clear that management values a good customer experience.

Im content with the final results.Today I came in for an pedicure appointment. Typically I have a great experience however, today I was disappointed 😞 My technician did a horrible job painting my toes!! Great pedicure & massage but missed the mark with the cherry on top. I will not disclose their name because I actually like them and believe they have good intentions. I did mention I was displeased with my polish and was going to return prior to closing but I wasnt able to get back in due to a prior engagement. Almost 5 coats of gel polish should not be used for one toe!! Grrrr. If you messed up, take it off and start over. Youre wasting more product trying to short cut rather than provide quality work. See the pics! My services were completed 12ish today. Does this look like a recent pedicure?! Nonetheless, I still tipped and left with a smile but unhappy within. I will be returning to get my toes re-polished on Sunday. Thats all I want....

The nail tech did my dip powder and my nails came out perfect, strong but not super thick and shaped the way I like them. They are so professional and provided quality service! I feel so relaxing, the ambiance was just right. What a wonderful experience!

UPDATE: I don’t care if you list your prices to make yourselves look better. I had a witness as to what was said. 50$ for full set sns and the price didn’t include shape or length lol. You people are a rip off.I genuinely don’t understand this place. I thought I’d treat my mum and I to get out nails done. I decided to try a new place and so we settled on Herbal Nails. I’m going over the services they offer and prices and she said, “it’s 50$ just for the acrylics and it’s more for the shape and length.” We keep asking more questions she said, “it’s 15$ more for this and 7$ to remove that, and there’s a charge for that..”seriously?? I’ve never been to a nail salon like this. I’ve gone to the higher end nail salons and never heard of such outrageous prices. Honestly it shouldn’t be that difficult to get your nails done. So what, your just gonna glue on a nail and change me 50$ just for that and charge me more to shape it lol!!?? Yeah no, I walked out. I’ll take my money else where and get the same job due for one price and not a million. It might look nice and people might greet you but the way they rip you off with the prices is a little to much. Sorry I would not recommend this place.

I was at Herbal Nails & Spa to get pedicure done. Beginning from receptionist they were very courteous. This place is very clean and I was very satisfied with the work done. I will definitely visit again and recommend to visit this place to get best service..

Ive been to this place multiple times in the past.Ive had good and bad experiences but last time really upset me.Not only did I have no intention of doing gel, but the staff kept offering gel over and over again until I was fed up and said OK. You should really stop pressuring your staff to continue offering these services after the customer has said no thank you once.Now I had my nails grow out and went to another salon that was conveniently located for them to take off the gel. What I saw next was unexpected! My nail bed was indented from where they placed the gel as you can see in the picture.Ive never had this happen to my nails before and Ive done gel several times.How can you advertise healthy gel nails but leave my nails looking worse than other regular gel manicures do? It feels like false advertising.Update: It was not the salon that took off my nails fault either. They were a licensed spa and the blame is not to be put on them because I saw the damage when one of my gel nails fell off on its own.

Walked in to ask for the phone number of the property manager because a tree just scratched the top of my brand new truck. Bottom line she was rude, unsympathetic and cared more about everything else then my problem, made it a point to say it wasn’t her fault. I am a realtor and fully understand the responsibility falls on the property management company which is why I asked for the phone number in the first place. I explained that my problem could become her customers problem and I’m sure they would care more about scratching their paint on their vehicle then getting their nails done (I get my nails done). Waited 5-10 minutes for her to tell me there was nothing she could do. Just thought you should know the kind of people you give your money to.

I have got it done my Pedicure from Rachel and she was amazing. I got a Jello Pedi and it was very new and refreshing experience . she was very nice and professional. Salon was so pretty and luxurious. they do give priority on Cleaning and very much taking all precaution of Covid. definitely highly recommended!!!!

I am a frequent customer at this location and the last time I received a pedicure the nail polish chipped away after day 3. A $60 pedicure???? I’ve normally would need a repeat pedicure after week 3 not day 3. I called the location and explained my issue and wanted just a simple polish change but I was also charged for that. I will have to think long and hard before returning again. Please have nail technicians that know what they are doing and improve your customer service skills.

This is a very busy nail salon but they do their best to accommodate you if you walk in and don’t have an appointment. After only a few visits the receptionist remembered me name! An incredible small touch that doesn’t go unnoticed. It’s also super clean and beautiful inside, and they play Friends on Netflix all day, everyday. Who wouldn’t love that? I’ve been to a few nail techs and they’ve all been great, the service is very consistent. I don’t remember all their names, but lily especially is awesome, she’s really fast. Apparently also very busy- better book with her ahead of time. Only downside is the parking lot is always full and I sometimes have to take a little hike, but that isn’t their fault and it’s worth it.

Love this location, nice and comfortable nail spot. All the techs are great, but Lily does my SNS manicures every 2-3 weeks. I have specific preferences for nail length and shape, she always remembers what I like and her designs are amazing. I always get tons of compliments on my nails! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed with this place...first of all, I wanted full set w gel polish...they tell me no one there knows how to do acrylic, which is weird. They pushed for me to get powder...i agreed, and I regret it, end result was not a smooth finish like what Im used to with the gel....the worst part is that they push for you to get powder but dont even have matching color for your gel pedicure.....i had a hard time finding a color that matched. One of my nails was falling off and they suggested getting an acrylic nail, i agreed, and the lady was not gentle while pulling it that it made my toe bleed...also main thing about a pedi and a mani is getting ur cuticles cleaned up, well they didnt do a good job at it. Reason Im giving an extra star is because the 2 ladies that worked on my toes and the receptionists were actually nice and friendly....but this was my first and last time there 😕

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money!! New owners are awful and money hungry. We had an appointment and I didn’t get my nails done until an hour later, after EVERYONE I was with was already done! I got SQUARE shape and they charged me for a “shape”! I haven’t even had my nails on for a week and TWO already popped off! I will never be going back here!! EVER!

A great place to relax.Each technician opens a sterile pack of tools for your manicure/pedicure.I have used a few different techs and been happy with all. However, I prefer T and love how she does my nails.I use the powder dip on top of my own nails. No fumes, no toxic chemicals - what’s not to like!??!!I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Started coming here a few months ago and will never turn back! I absolutely love it here! Nails always come out great. Very clean environment doesnt have that typically nail salon smell. Have had different people work on my nails and all very good!

Everyone here was really nice and attentive. They got the shape of my nails the way I wanted them. Bonus points for them being able to do the holographic nails! I will be returning. Especially since the inside was beautiful.

John did amazing job until I asked to paint my nails. He said I will buff them. I said no I wanted them painted. He refused. It was my birthday and I wanted the works. He did amazing job on my feet. I got hot wax, feet cleaned, hot towels on my legs, hot rocks, and a massage on my legs. It was amazing, but when it came to my hands. He acted like he didnt want to do it. I wanted my hands done the same way I had my feet done but he refused. I dont know why. I still paid for the full amount $105.00

I love going to Herbal Nails! Not only do they do a great job. The shop is very clean, comfortable, and inviting. Jason does an amazing job on my nails. Last time I was in I had found a wallet in the parking lot. I ask Teresa to help me. She jumped into action! Even though the person was not a client! Teresa found the ladies Facebook and was able to contact her, to get the wallet back to her. I was so impressed with Teresas compassion and ingenuity. This is a great salon. It opened 2 months ago so being a new salon they truly strive for great customer service. There are so many wonderful technicians that do exactly what you want. The health gel they offer is amazing, I will not go back to regular gel. Plus they offer a 7 day guarantee on the healthy gel, if anything happens you can go back and get them fixed free of charge!! Love this place, so glad they have multiple locations. Can go by myself here or with family in Chandler :)

I came here a little while ago and it was amazing. At first I felt a little out of place, but overall the experience was amazing. I love how they have so many different colors and styles. They also are very nice and ask what we want but also give input on what they think would look good. I am definitely going back. They are reasonable priced and it was a refreshing feeling knowing Im getting my nails looking nice while not spending a boat load of money.

Been going to Herbal Nails & Spa for 2 years now and have never had a bad experience. Good nail techniques and very clean facility. I love the SNS nails and only use that on my nails. Word to the wise they do get busy, so try to make an appointment if you can.

Great place. Very classy design, very clean. Feels like a real spa as opposed to a hole-in-the-wall nailshop. The ladies are all friendly and do a great job. Just dont forget to bring cash for tips as they accept cash tips only.

Update: I had a bad experience last time I was here. Herbal nails took care of it & made up for it. I am very happy with my nails! I know I can count on them to make things right. Thank you!!!

I have been going to this salon for a while now. I love the fact that my nail tech is quick, super nice and surely skilled. She recently did an sns ombré look on my nails and they were amazing!!!

Wait is too long sometimes so appointments are recommended. After learning this the hard way on my first visit I ultimately decided to make an appointment and come back another day. Glad i did my nails look awesome. Kathy who is a nail tech there does an awesome job. I know her from another salon i used to go to. Well she quit that other salon because she is pregnant and the chemicals and acrylics made her sick. But she doesnt have a problem with the dip product, they do not do acrylic nails here like most places do. Also this place is very clean with their tools.

I had a very sad experience with Victoria. I came in to get a gel manicure but she would not stop pushing SNS powder. I explained to her numerous times that i’ve never had an issue with gel nails and I didn’t feel like paying a lot more for SNS. Poor thing must have took that to heart because she botched my poor natural nails. the polish was sloppy and she was getting noticeably irritated when I told her what I was looking for. Whenever I would show reference pics or asked her to go back and fix something she would catch an attitude and say stuff like “Just tell me what you want!” in an irritated tone. When my mani was finished, all my nails were so bendy and weak from her buffing the living hell out of them. I know for a fact my nails were not even close to being that weak when I stepped foot into that salon. I guess when I said I’ve never had an issue with gel she took that as a challenge and created issues for me. Of course my nails busted the very next day and Lily came to my rescue. Lily did a fantastic job with fixing this train wreck. Can’t believe Victoria had the nerve to walk up to me and say “What did I say? If you did SNS your nails would have lasted!” Nah, my nails would have lasted if I didn’t let you touch my nails.Also the prices are ridiculous. Every little thing is either $7-$15 extra. All i wanted was french tips and apparently that’s $7 extra?? unheard of but ok!

After admitting they gave me a nail infection I was told to go buy a spray for it and come back.. any decent nail salon should own/have some in store, not only after they figured out exactly who gave me this infection I still had to pay for removal full price. They lady even tried convincing me it was a bruise not an infection and when she realized I knew what I was talking about stopped playing dumb and got rude with me and explained that not everyone has had the same training. So basically I had to suffer because these people don’t know anything about their job.

Im pretty indecisive and picky with my nails but this place give me the best shape and color! My tech is very detailed oriented when it comes filing my nails, its very consistent shape on all of my nails! Im so glad I found this place!

The service was absolutely amazing and they did such a great job! I usually got acrylic in the past, but they told me about the dip powder, and I got that. Its hard like gel, so it doesnt bend, but its on the natural nail like no chip. Im obsessed! They use all natural and organic products and make sure the place is super clean. Just overall great experience and they did amazing nails. Highly recommend it and I will definitely be back .

This is the ONLY place I will go. Lily (nails) and Rachel (pedicure) are my GO TO girls, and they never disappoint! I highly recommend the salon and all the staff to anyone I know, and I get great compliments on my nails all the time! First time visitor! Got a pedicure and dip in manicure set.My experience started out nice. Young lady that picked up the phone seemed extremely pleasant and inviting.Upon my arrival they asked me to sign in and took me back on time.The young lady that did my nails was pleasant and mindful. All went well until it came time to file/ shape my toenail. I explained twice what I wanted done and she did not understand.Another lady stepped in and I explained it a third time and she seemed to get it. However, she started shaping the wrong toenail. When i confronted her, instead of owning it she put it back on me. Tension rose, she burned me several times without apologizing at all. Also, we were both visibly annoyed by the end of the toenail experience.Me, for being misunderstood and Lily for not having the courage to own it. I get it, at 26 years of age I had a lot of maturing to doI woulAs if that was not enough, same girl, Lily did my nails so I had to take the pressure for another 40 minutes. I give her this, execution was great but in her rush she burned me several times.At the checkout I was asked how was my experience and all I said was ok. When the girl asked me why not great I told her Im not ready to talk about it.Why on Gods green earth would she asked me then if I had cash for tips, as if that is a MUST! PRICE IS STEEP ENOUGH and the only difference is they use natural rubs, just like I do, at home.So I left a fair tip to both of these ladies.Will I go back? Most definitely not. $125.00 for manicure and pedicure that made me sick to my stomach?No, thank you.

Horrible Place. I had a tech named Victoria, she was rude and did a horrible job. She was supposed to remove the acrylics I had, she didnt completely get all of the acrylic off, and while she was removing some of it....the acrylic was flying all over the place even to the person sitting next to me and she did not care one bit, so freaking rude!! Also I asked for a manicure since I was taking the nails off, and it was the fastest manicure Ive ever had. Horrible job at that too! Then proceeded with clear polish as I asked for but it left the final job even more horrible looking since she didnt take off all the acrylic! In regards to the owners reply on another review where he says there is not an employee named Tammy there....maybe thats because the techs give false names to avoid horrible reviews! The appearance of the place is nice but the employees and the quality of work performed is terrible. This review doesnt even deserve the 1 star.

Been coming here for over 2 years. Up until about 5 months ago I lived rather close, but now travel over 30 minutes to come here because the service and staff are so incredible. Johnny did my SNS manicure yesterday and it was amazing. He asked all of the important questions and really went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied.

This place gets very busy and makes me a bit anxious at times but the girls who work here make it so worth it! Rachel did amazing on my gel nail set and she was very quick, precise, and professional! I was shocked at how fast she was done but it was not a rush job at all! Most nail places take an hour for a manicure and Rachel knocked it out of the park in less then 30 mins! If you want a quick professional job I couldnt reccomend her enough! She was excellent!

I’ve been going to herbal nails for a while. This location is by far the best. Very clean, respectful employees. I haven’t had a bad experience ever and have used many different technicians. My favorite for SNS is Lilly. She can do pretty much any type of design you may want. I recently had a pedi done from Le. She does a great job with her massages. Pretty much the only reason I ever get a pedicure. I recommend this location over others in the Phoenix area.

I go here every 2-3 weeks to get my nails done. Everyone is so friendly and I feel welcome every time!

Pedicure was awesome. They squeezed real orange slices onto my legs with my sugar scrub and it was amazing. Also got my nails done and the nail tech was nice. I was not upsold on anything. It is not the cheapest place in town but the salon has nice furnishings and the service was good. Ill be back.

Love the decor and cleanliness.. Like my pedicures but tried the DIP NAILS after being sold on the lasting 3weeks.. I got my nails dipped 1week ago Sunday and already had to get 2 nails fixed Monday morning due to lifting and chips. Its now Wednesday and 2 others have lifted and chipped. Un happy with dip and will go back to gel. :(

Pretty disgusting that this place tries to pretend they are putting a product that’s suppose to be “healthier” than acrylics on your nails while they kill the patrons of Starbucks with their cigarette smoke as we wait for our coffee out back... did I mention they also throw their cigarette butts on the ground so they can blow away and cause a potential fire??? Disgusting. This isn’t just one employee there... it’s all of them and it needs to stop!!!! Only reason it got one star is so I could let you all know. Spend your money elsewhere.

My first time here. I had a pedi and the healthy gel nails. They both look so good! I will keep coming back! Ask for Lily, she did an awesome job on my nails and explained how the healthy gel does not damage your nails and can last up to 4 weeks. This will be my new go to nail salon.

I had an awesome pedicure experience!! Le is very professional, talented, and is great with massages. Le warms the oils on the stones and then uses oil for your massage followed by a steamed hot towel wrap...... super relaxing !!! Will definitely book again with Le!!!!

Now that I have cooled off a bit from my original post.I will never recommend this place to anyone.The text messages that I have from the Manager of the store location telling me they do not guarantee polish. NOT EVEN 1 hour and 30 minutes after it was applied.Seriously I took my daughter and 10 of her little friends to have finger nail and toil nail polish done. 4 of the kids didnt have polish after 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I contacted them in the morning they said Sorry we dont guarantee polish. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! Took my 160 plus dollars, but got nothing but a bunch of disappointed 9 year olds. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ive visited a few times and not had a great experience. Someone gave me a gift card, decided to try it again. Found someone I actually liked, tried to get her again and she was gone. Figures. I wont go back. Its overpriced and the techs are horrible.

Everyone was very friendly and a beautiful salon. My nails turned out great. The reason for my review is no one told me my nail design would be an extra $18. No where on the menu does it say $18 for an ombré nail design. The nail tech even talked me into getting it when I originally asked for no design. I will say it is my fault I did not ask, just a warning to those who visit, if you do not want a $52 manicure be sure to ask the price of your design.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. They ripped my cuticles to the point that they were bleeding, and then put super glue over the blood. They didn’t even have one person in the salon that knew how to put on acrylics. The staff pay little attention to the customers and the wait is usually more than 15 minutes. Not to mention that majority of the employees are very rude. They were not gentle at all. If I could I would rate this place with no stars. I would definitely not recommend this nail salon to ANYONE..

Every time I come in, I find a new reason not to come back. Rude workers, ridiculous prices & if you have an appointment you’ll probably be worked on 30+ minutes after.
