This is the only place where I do my nails!!Mary is THE BEST !! she does my nails acrylics so thin, so clean, perfection. I tried many other salons, no one can compete with Refresh when it comes to the quality of the work. People don’t even realize that I did acrylic.I ‘m so happy they are open now after the lockdown!!

The nails are very pretty and strong. The staff takes their time and is talkative with everyone but not unfriendly. I made an appointment 2 hours before closing time and came in 10 mins early. They try to service everyone fairly and did ask me to pay before finishing which I didn’t mind so I could leave after my pedicure was done. I came in the weekend before Christmas for a full set and pedicure and am beyond happy with the results. It takes a solid 2-2.5 hours for service but anything less is truly unrealistic for nail salons in Los Angeles if you want quality nails and don’t rush. I asked for almond shaped glitter acrylics from Yen! I also came in for eyebrow waxing. The wax is HOT but they did as I asked and were very nice about any discomforts I had. There’s also free WiFi here. Really a great and under appreciated place near central la for such reasonable prices in a nice neighborhood.

It was the worst pedicure Ive ever received. My heels are more rough than they were before I went in. I wouldnt have went in if I knew the jets wouldnt be used in the tub. They dont put any lavender powder in there or whatever they usually do. No lotion of the legs & massage. More like remove gel do cuticle then paint. Worst service & rushed. If you want to be pampered this aint the place.

I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND HALF, even though I had an appointment. Never, never on time, it’s not about 10-15 min delay. It’s about more than an hour, every time and never communicate than how long you should wait or something. RUDE, if you ask them something twice, they raise their voice on you.Texting during the work.? VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

This salon is my #1 spot! I have been coming to these girls for the past 10years from their previous salon to this one! They always manage to make time for me last minute even with their busy schedules and my wait is always minimal. Their prices are excellent and their massages are conveniently priced and VERY relaxing. I ALWAYS leave satisfied and so will you!

The worst nail place I have been to since I moved to the United States. You call them to make an appointment and they say yes to 10 people at the same time and you wait for at least an hour before it’s your turn. Making an appointment has no value plus the treatment if you tell them it’s your turn is even worse. Never coming back here!!

Ive been here twice. The first time my friend and I made a reservation and despite this they didnt have two chairs together for us (lots of chairs, just not together), so basically we had separate pedicures. The pedicure was reasonable and reasonably priced. Given this experience, we showed up again without a reservation about 1.5 hours before they closed and they were closing up shop because it had been a slow day. Weve made another reservation but apparently you have to make a reservation for at least 1.5 hours before they close even though it does not take them that long to do a pedicure. Its one of the few salons that is (at least in theory) open kind of late, so Ill probably go back, but thats the main reason Ill go back.

My fiancé walked in on time (8:30 pm) since it closes at 9 pm but they refused to accept her. Really bad place, so hot in there (they don’t have AC) and awful customer service. Would give it 0 stars if I could, first and last time here for sure!

Prices are fair but the service is shaky. Staff is too busy talking to each other rather than paying attention to the customer. Experienced the most painful pedicure of my life.It is okay if you need a quick eyebrow wax or threading. The polish holds up well, but I would not recommend it as a first option.

Went here last month for a refill. The administrator made mi wait for more than an hour... she was rude and mean.. after an hour wait she just came and told me that I will have to come back another day even though I was told that theyll do my nails in 15 min. I asked for a supervisor and she said they dont have one .. )) worst place I ever been .. they just made me wait on Sunday 1:20 min and helped everyone else out just because I was nice to them probably I should have yelled at them as others clients but I just left ... about the personnel-0! About nails-0. But massage is not that bad

I like going to this place for my nails, but was a bit disappointed with the last time, the gel color didnt stay for long and started to peel off after a week

Broke one of my acrylic nails and went in last minute to get them all off. Ashley was so fast and gentle with the broken nail. Definitely coming back for her!

I would like to start off by saying...I never had a problem with this place until today...you take an appointment and then they make you wait forever...it was all bad wait they took care of all the walks in before taking care of the people that made an appointment so yes I’ll never come back here again they lady today where rude!!!!! So from me u get a zero star

I use to like this place all the time but since I been going here more often I would make an appointment and sometimes they would not make me wait for a while but once made me wait 30 mins and had other people that walked in with out appointments but also they made my mom wait an hour and we made appointments and they finished my nails and she was still waiting for them to do her pedicure 🙄 but I am going today so hopefully it isn’t as packed

Absolutely disorganized place, there’s no way to determine the order in which they take people in. They’re rude to say the least. There’s no point in making an appointment as they won’t honor it. They literally took a woman who walked in after me because she seemed to know the staff and pushed her way yet I had an appointment. They have more clients than they can handle.

If I could review without give a star for sure I would do it .. decided to go and do fill , when I went inside the salon before choose my colour and sit they asked me that I have to pay first 😏.. for sure I didnt want to leave there before pay them .. its ok .. I paid but I wish never go for second step ( remove my gel and prepare for fill ) the girl who start my service was in rush , she remove 4 fingers gel normally but 5th one was horrible she cut my finger with drill bet not even my cuticle .. my finger was bleeding about 10 minutes , even they didnt offer me some water to reduce my stress and pain .. I hope will not get infection ... I have to say Im not picky person at all , but customer service and nail service was horrible .

I walked in at 7:00pm and they close at 10:00pm. One of the workers walked passed me and I told her I wanted to get a mani/pedi. I asked her since I parked in the front would I have to pay the meter, because it said something about parking from 6-10, she said yes. I paid for an 1.5 hour of parking. I went back in and nobody acknowledged me for over 5 minutes. Finally a lady asked if I had appointment, which I didnt and did not mind waiting. She said that it would be cash only because I didn’t have an appointment. Makes no sense, there wasn’t a sign outside that said that, on top of it I should have been told that first thing when I went inside. I’m sure they plan on just pocketing the money and not letting the IRS know, why else would they all of sudden request cash only when they have a credit card machine....

Got a basic pedi for $17! Cant beat that. My toes look purdy! Took off one star because I felt the pedi tech rushed through pumicing my feet because it got really busy soon after got in the chair. Will definitely go back on a week day.
