Awful customer service. They clearly don’t value your time. Came for a 2:30pm appointment and they kept saying 5 more minutes for 25 mins. Ridiculous. If you don’t have any other plans you can go and spend the day in that salon.

They did a great job when I was there but after I got home the gel started chipping off making me start peeling off the rest because it looked horrible. I have to go back to a salon again for another mani. Ugh 🤦‍♀️Gave the stars for cleanliness.

Horrible customer service. Technicians not professional. The technicians don’t know what they are doing. Worst place that I ever been! Never again! Please do not waste your time and money here horrible place!

Bad service!! The girl was on her Bluetooth talking the whole time on FaceTime 😠😡. She turned the water on for my pedi and never checked the temperature and walked away. When she came back she just told me to put my feet in and the water was freezing ❄️❄️. And she only put a little hot water in because it was filled to the to already. She looked back to see if the owner had seen and told me to not say anything.🤫
