Absolutely incredible experience!Someone rear ended me & I went in for an estimate. Danny was so knowledgeable and helpful. I got full explanations and full details of what would be happening with my car . What a feeling to have,.. knowing that my car was in good hands.From there, Ruben took over with the insurance and assisted me with a car rental so that I could move on with my day. Based on my experience I can’t say enough about Danny’s and Ruben’s treatment and integrity.The car was completed as promised and it looked amazing! I loved how they kept me updated with the text message alerts ... But what really brought everything home was the fact the car was not only washed , but detailed inside and out. I have used this center two times now. First, when it was known as Hogue Brothers, and once, since becoming a part of Caliber Collision. The last visit was two separate projects, with one being covered by insurance and other to fix a self-inflicted cosmetic damage. The heavier insurance work was done beautifully, straightening the suspension and replacing a fender and door. Their paint match work is flawless. The other project didnt meet my expectations at first, but our service lead, Victor, took great care of us and took the car back and made it right at no extra charge. I couldnt be happier with the commitment to customer and the quality of their work. I highly recommend this Church Street location!
