Even with the parts supply chain issues related to the pandemic Fix Auto was able to get all parts quickly. So I came to the shop not knowing what was wrong with my car, the check engine light was on. I was in a new town and my dad, who normally checks my car, is hours away. Adrian DeSantiago greeted me, he was super welcoming and knowledgeable. He gave me reassurance that my car was going to get fixed. The whole team there was super helpful and answered all of my many questions. My car got the TLC it needed and I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Our initial contact with Fix Auto was friendly and professional. We made an appointment Ronald and were greeted by him when we arrived. He gathered the information he needed and sent us an estimate via email by the promised deadline. We dropped our vehicle off with Adrian. He was also friendly, professional and efficient. We got a delivery date one week later. Adrian provided us with updates by phone along the way. The vehicle was done on time, as promised. This was an effortless transaction on our part, they did all of the heavy lifting. Our vehicle looked great when we picked it up. Fix Auto is a really clean facility, not at all intimidating or off putting. Easy to get to. If I needed body work again I wouldnt hesitate to go back. Im sure they wont mind if I never see them again. I would refer friends and family. This is the kind of body shop experience you want to have.

I was recommended this shop by State Farm was given a list of approved shops in Gilroy and went w/this shop. I am so glad I went to Fix Auto Gilroy, went in for an estimate, staff was fast, efficient, and friendly. Was asked what day I wanted to bring the vehicle in for the repairs (rear bumper), I was told how long it would be they finished before then. The manager was great and on top of everything, he communicated with me throughout the whole process. I recommend coming here, plus they have a guarantee on their work!

Fantastic customer service and quality work. Only thing keeping me from giving them a full 5 stars is that their estimate for when my car would be ready was too long even though they delivered earlier than estimated. A more accurate estimate would have saved me time and money in car rentals and missing work.
