This shop is cleaner than an Open Heart Operating Room. Mike embodies customer service and for me that is everything! So happy with the work that he performed on my baby (2007 Dodge Ram). Im definitely sending my family and friends here.Update: Mike came through again on my second vehicle (2010 LR4) just 2 weeks later. Service and Quality oozes out of this place.

Bonfante Collision Center did amazing work on my truck. I had body damage and separate scratched up paint. They are very professional, the quoted work was extremely reasonable, and the quality of work was simply fantastic. My truck literally looks brand new. If I ever need the services of a collision center again, or any other vehicle service they offer, I will most definitly use them.

I had the unfortunate luck of having to repair my vehicle twice. First due to vandalism and second due to an accident. It was a pleasure working with Mike and his crew and they did a superb job getting my car back to me. Superb paint job (oem white pearl) and they even corrected an oem equipment issue that was improperly installed by the previous owner! Quality is in the details and these guys beyond to take care of their customer. They have earned my business. Go to their shop and take a look at their setup, sure there are comments about an nice front office, but would you take your vehicle to a shop that isnt clean and properly equipped to take on the job?

This shop has great customer service and I just got my vehicle back and they did a excellent job on the paint and replacing other parts. Highly recommend.

Such a pleasant business to work with. It is never fun having your car in the shop but Bonfante Collision made it so easy and as convenient as possible. I needed my bumper fixed within a few days because I was leaving back to school. They got it back to me a day early! They also provided transportation to Hertz so I could get my rental car and did not have to inconvenience anyone else for a ride. My car looks like I never got in an accident and it was so clean! The whole staff is very friendly and makes the process of getting your car fixed a breeze.

Roger and Mike at Bonfante Collision Center were great! I had the unfortunate event of striking a large deer causing significant damage to my brand new Ford F-150, hadnt even made a payment yet:( Mike insured me that the truck would look even better when I got it back. The truck was repaired with all Ford original equipment and came out immaculate. Their shop is spotless and waiting area is the same, this tells me they show a sense of pride with how they treat their customers and the vehicles they work on. These two even got my truck done a week early, now thats awesome!!!!!! Thanks Mike and Roger, I hope that I never need your services again but if I do, I would not hesitate coming back or telling anyone about your great shop.

HahaIn short, I had a fender bender on my car during this pandemic.Firstly they were the most responsive of 3 collision centers in Gilroy with respect to using the estimate tool on their website.Second, theyre also communicative. I requested email but the techs(Javier) would spell out estimated time of completion and other factors involved.Third, super friendly and respectful of their clients. Would recommend for collision assistance/services.

After getting rear ended, I came here and they did a great job! My bumper looks like new and they even washed my car, buffed out some paint scratches and vacuumed the inside. Their attention to detail and their customers deserves more than 5 stars

After getting my car vandalized! Had my car in Bonfante they took really good Care of my car with the paint and the damages .. Paint was better then factory car was amazing best Collision Center in the Bay Area. My car was gonna be in the shop for about 1 month and the owner Mike Bondante is the man got the work done before the month best Shop in Gilroy and Bay respectful coworkers and owner 100% recommended this shop (: 10 stars !

Paid attention to detail and took care of the minor stuff as well as the major damage. I am very pleased with the company and the people who run it. The car looks 5 years younger. Absolutely wonderful experience! Their attention to detail and desire to do whats best for me and my car is the reason I do business with them. In my case, although the insurance company paid for cheaper aftermarket parts, Bonfante sought and put on original manufacturer parts to ensure the best quality repair with a lifetime warranty. To top it off my car was completely washed and cleaned on the inside and outside. Awesome :-)

Had an amazing experience with this place! I was in a car accident and my driver side panel was messed up. They were able to fix is super fast (only took 3 days). They even fixed a small dent on my hood which wasnt apart of the accident for free. Always stayed in touch through email about the progress on my car. Finished a day earlier then quoted. It was great doing business with them. If I ever need body work or anyone I know needs body work I will recommend them! Just AWESOME!!!!!

I was a dedicated dealer girl for all of my cars repair and service work. However I moved to California and the closest dealer for my car is now too far to be convenient. Bonfante was recommended to me and I am so glad it was. I got dealer quality service, parts and repair for a fraction of the cost and soooo fast. I had a 24 hr turnaround. There was also a rental place close by so that hassle was eliminated.

I wish I could put in more stars!I had taken my GT3 to a Exotic auto repair in Campbell only to get a phone call from them telling me I had to make up the difference in the hourly rate between what the Insurance company was going to pay and what they charge! This came out to thousands of dollars!I had told the Exotic place who my insurance was prior having it taken to them so they knew ahead of time it was going to be a issue.They waited till I got the car there to tell me this!I had a bad feeling and just wanted to get my car out of there. I called Mike and he took care of everything (the Exotic auto place still charged me hundreds of dollars just to release it)Bonfante went over and above to make my GT3 better then new.Thank You BONFANTE!!

To make long story short my truck went to Anderson Behel in Santa Clara and they screwed my truck up.I made the mistake of taking it back to them 4 different times and still couldnt get it done right. until I took my truck in to Mike Bonfante he gave me his word he would make it right he went above and beyond. my experience was amazing

Fantastic service, reasonable prices. Needed a damaged door repaired enough to get a new handle on it so that the mechanism would function. Brought it in without an appointment and they got it done in less than 30 minutes. Cant recommend them enough!

I never got a chance to experience whether or not theyre any good, because I was so offended by Rogers attitude that I chose to go to Johnnys.He seemed okay when I first met him. He looked at my vehicle and told me hed provide an estimate by the next day.Next day came; nothing. Day after was passing by; nothing. So, I called to see if he had forgotten. I got nothing but excuses and a dismissive attitude. He couldnt hang up fast enough. He had the audacity to say, Well, youve waited 4 years, so I didnt think you were hot to have this done. That was rude and irrelevant. I didnt wait 4 years, but the issue is now at the point where it needs attention.Regardless, if you say youre going to provide an estimate within a day, then I expect an estimate within a day. If you cant keep your word on something so simple, then whats it going to be like to work with you.The shop, itself, is clean and organized. They are busy, so they probably do good work. Apparently, my job wasnt worth their time.Good customer service is IMPERATIVE to any business. Social skills need to be top notch in order to REMAIN in business. I was disappointed that neither was exhibited for me.

They made the process of getting my car back great!!!! I had gone to a collision shop in Morgan hill and was not pleased with the service. I contacted AAA and they referred me to Bofante Collision and transferred me right over to them. I dropped off my car right away they also have Hertz at their location which makes things easier. I was out with a rental in less than 30 mins. Roger and Mike were great very profesional they provided me with daily updates on my vehicle. They made this process great and my car looks new again. Was worth the drive and very happy with them. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get a great job done. Know your car will be in great hands. Best experience Ive had with a collision shop.

BEFORE I KNEW IT I HAD A CAR RENTAL WAITING FOR ME OUTSIDE. THE NEXT DAY THEY HAD ALREADY STARTED WORKING ON MY VEHICLE. WHEN I PICKED IT UP IT LOOKED LIKE IF IT HAD JUST CAME OFF THE FACTORY!
