Overall a good experience working with Chris and Korben on my order. It is tough for every company with Covid right now ordering inventory and I know for wheel companies this is very true. They answered all my questions and had to revise my order more than once due to delays from shipping and manufacturing. Even though they are very busy they still got back to me and worked with me to figure out wheels that would fit on my car but also have less of a shipping delay. Just wanted to post a review for those also experiencing delays due to the pandemic. The customer service with Extreme Wheels is doing what they can to help and that was very appreciated. Not very happy bought 2 rims that cost me $2000. Waited a week for them to show up when they finally showed up they shipped the wrong rims !! When I called to let them know & to ask if they would ship the right ones out ASAP next day I was told even though it was their fault they would not ship the rims until they received the wrong rims they shipped me so my truck is stuck in the shop & I have to pay for storage until the rims get here!! That’s a great way to treat you’re customers when you mess their order up!!

If you are in the market for a wheel/tire package avoid this business. They cant provide what you purchase and will continually try to get more money from you then swap you out for a lesser item. When you try to cancel they refuse saying it has already shipped, which was a lie. In short, I ordered a package and got just wheels, no tires and not even the wheels lugs I was still charged for. I was able to order a package with the same tires from another dealer and received them before just the wheels from these crooks. BUYER BEWARE HERE!!!!!

Great guys to work with. Spent a lot of time with me trying to pick out which wheels and tires I wanted. I was not sure if I could get a lift on my 2020 4 runner with the KDSS suspension system but they called around and did the research. They had everything done in less time than they had said.

Wow!!! I have to say i am not the one to leave reviews, but this is the best tire shop in town these people are very personal, polite, fast and and overall 100% good costumer service!! Helping me find the perfect tire to stretch in my time frame and budget, even when I came to him with only 3 days to spare for tires, he found a solution that worked for both of us! He spent several hours helping me find the right tire size and making sure we could get the tires on and rolling when I needed them! Couldnt have asked for better help!I also have gone here countless times for mounting and balancing tires on my stance boi wheels. Billy has ensured complete care over my tires being mounted properly countless times. Best wheel and tire experiences happen here. Over the course of 4 years Ive had them take care of tires for my Vette and new tire pressure sensors.
