Cody Carroll at this store was extremely helpful! His mannerisms and thorough description of what he was going to do to fix the issues was nothing short of amazing!!! Honestly a breath of fresh air in the customer service industry. Porting and reversing the progress with Verizon to T-Mobile back to Verizon, sounded scary but he made it painless and actually a happy experience. Another thing, the people at this store were dressed very sharp and crisp lookin. The atmosphere was very professional. We loved the aesthetic of the location! Can’t say enough of how great we were treated! We left feeling great about the overall situation and outcome. Super happy to have met Cody! Thanks again!!!

Cody was amazing to work with! I would definitely go in and ask for him if youre looking to switch to Verizon. We went in hoping to switch from ATT and he really took the time to break things down for us to fully understand what the costs would be up front as well as down the line. He took detailed notes so that when my husband went back to pick up his phone he had all of the details of our previous conversation ready and made it a very painless experience. Thanks, Cody!

So first off- my problem originated due to shoddy Apple iOs software. I utilize a trusted 3rd party VPN and long story short, Apple does not push updates through when that VPN is active which resulted in my phone turning into a virtual brick (I could text (iMessage which is funny because that requires data or wifi) and call, that was it). I spoke with a chat person on Verizons chat service link and he told me it was an outage on Tuesday morning. Tuesday at noon I call and finally get through to a lady saying it wasnt an outage relating to cellular service, just a call outage. Hmm then why is my iPhone 8+ not working on LTE or connected wifi networks? I go into the Verizon store on 4770 E Ray Rd after work Tuesday night, and a Solutions Specialist code-named Green Lantern on his work iPad looks it over for an hour and tells me he doesnt know what is wrong but its an abnormal Apple software issue. He advises I can get the screened fixed with my Asurion Insurance and come back to trade it in for the iPhone 12 for $699 off. Sweet. That night I file my claim and the following day on my hour lunch I drive to UBreakIFix in Tempe. Unfortunately, they needed my phone to turn off Find My iPhone before replacing it but my iPhone was incapable. So I had to pay $109 out of pocket (rather than the $29 deductible that I pay $15 a month to have. Im just happy I can trade it in for the iPhone 12 and resolve my cellular issues here as I had gone now over 24 hours of no access to my entire device. After work Wednesday I ran straight to the same Verizon store from the previous day and the Green Lantern Solutions Specialist helps me after I waited quite awhile he got with me and we started the process... unfortunately he couldnt factory reset my iPhone 8+ due to Apples TERRIBLE service. My last thought was it could be the VPN, and I ask him to delete the VPN in the settings. Sure enough in seconds notifications ping pour in and my phone was capable of performing properly. This was great, we factory reset it and it had a new screen it was good for the trade he said. He sets me up with an iPhone 12 Pro that was $999 and with my trade in Id receive $699 off that price over 24 months. Sweeeet. After an hour of activating my new iPhone, between purchasing an pricey Speck case, glass screen protector, and extra charger to receive 30% off and having a nice conversation with this Solutions Specialist. I leave and make a call right outside that immediately failed. My phone said it had no service. Seriously1? I knock on the door and a female employee opens the door, I tell her what just happened she looks and a notification pops up saying this phone has not been activated contact your provider, with the options to try again or just hit ok. She hits ok and gives me the number to IVR (no clue what that stands for) on a post-it note and said to call it if it doesnt smooth itself out or come back tomorrow. WOW. So I go home and the phone is a complete brick, I cannot text or call or do a thing with this brand new iPhone. It just said no service. My girlfriend gets home and we drive to a 3rd party Verizon location on S Higley Road and waited over 45 minutes to be seen. A very patient and nice gentleman named Jack assisted me between working with a large family. We had to do the run-around to get into my account, including 3rd partying my mother once again into a call at midnight her time to wake her up for a SMS code. Jack works and works and just cant seem to figure out why my new trade-in doesnt have service. After reviewing my account he said there were no notes and the other store did not properly set me up for a trade. He couldnt even decipher what they had done with my account. He advised to go back today, Thursday, and get them to return everything and go back to the 3rd party store to do this deal. Either way, you will be compensating me in some form, as I am missing a day of work to resolve this issue (2 days of no cellular device and I work 2 jobs). I expect somebody to contact me from the corporate level and make this right

I was in this past weekend to replace my dying phone. Cameron helped me out showing me all the new choices in phones. Once I decided on the phone I wanted he had to go pick one up at another store, but even with that I was in and out quickly. He got my new phone all set up and got me on my way. What a kind, considerate young man Cody Carroll is! He greeted me at the door, and since I had ridden my bike there, grabbed a cool water for me. I had had an absolutely terrible experience trying to get a new phone, and Cody patiently listened to the whole story. I described what a horrible few days I had had, and that today I was hoping to at least have a phone that worked!Cody assured me that he would take care of the problem, and tried to calm me down. He was very professional and knowledgeable, but very personable and caring. In a matter of minutes he successfully diagnosed and fixed the problem. We chatted for a few minutes, and then he actually walked me to the door, opened it up, and made me feel very valued.In a world that disrespects, seems not to care, and doesn’t often go the extra mile...I found my Home Verizon store, and in my opinion...the exception to the rule! Cody is definitely Management material, and should be valued, as he values his customers. DOUBLE his pay, and promote this guy...he’s a gem! Btw...his manners, and appearance were top notch! You can’t teach caring.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND POOR PRODUCT!I went into this store to purchase a ZAGG screen protector, the salesman stated that this PureGear product is better than ZAGG with an even better warranty. I figured I would try this one out and see if that holds true. Less than 1 week after having them install the glass screen protector it bubbled up shown in the picture and I went into the store to have them replace it-which they did. The next time this happened a week later I asked if I could just return the product instead because it doesnt perform as advertised, the salesman pushed to just replace it instead, so he did. The THIRD time this glass bubbled up I went into the store and asked to have it returned they informed me that I was out of their supposed 14 day return policy and that they could not refund me. So now I am stuck with a worthless product and $36 down the drain.DO NOT GO HERE!

The only Verizon store I go to, if you’re planning to go call ahead and ask if Erik is there, hes great! He knows what he’s doing and will have you in and out QUICK, I recently bought some Apple Watches, Erik had me set up and out the door in 15 minutes! Cell phone stores can sometimes feel like a shark tank but all the employees at this location want the best for their clients!

This is the best Verizon authorized retail store in town. Everyone there was warm and friendly. They brought me water to the desk we were sitting at. The agent I worked with was very knowledgeable and helped my issue. When I asked him what I owed him for his help he said nothing and that he was happy to help. Will definitely be coming here when my wife needs a new phone.

When me and my lady walked in we immediately notice how well dressed the individuals were particularly Denver and Mark and they had great customer service skills to match their sharp dressing styles! Denvers approach to us from the door was well balanced on intro. His communication was to the point an yet very supportive in helping us get what we needed in terms if service. I was further impress when a gentleman by the name Mark assisted him in regards to helping us. Great teamwork and solid associate support of each other! I had an awesome experience with Jaime. Although I had to wait for him almost 1 1/2 hours because he was with a customer it was worth the time. He was friendly and funny! He had all the answers about my new iPhone 7 plus! Thanks Dave (boss) loving my new red phone! While waiting for Jaime some regional managers stopped by the store. I was impressed in watching how they engaged with the employees. All of the employees were very polite, offered you water and opened the doors for customers as they came in and left the business. Stopped by this store this morning after having issues with my phone, I was greeted at the door by Cam and he tried numerous ways to troubleshoot my device. Nothing worked. After looking at my account, I still had a balance remaining on my phone. Cam was able to PAY OFF the remaining $294 balance on my phone! That allowed me to upgrade my phone and use my old phone as a trade-in credit to get my phone suited up! Huge thanks, I will always recommend this store to all my friends and family!

Returned after 4 years to have liquid screen protector put on my phone because it had worked for so well and for so long. While I was there I mentioned that I had been to Verizon in Queen Creek to have all of my contacts transferred to my new phone and they did not transfer I was totally stressed out. The SIM card had been removed from my old phone and the phone wiped so I could use it as a trade in. Kayla said let me try and get them back for you and she was successful. I cant begin to tell you how grateful I am to her. Excellent customer service!!!

When it’s something small like stopping in to get a screen on your phone.. but they will not tell you when you get a “free” phone from them it’s only free if you use the phone for two years!! I would have never done it. If I would have been told I would have to stay with the phone for 2 years!! I would have not done it.. I even asked if there was anything I needed to know before I left.. And was told no. If I could leave without paying out the ass I would..

This is not a corporate Verizon store. They promoted to us that they are the Future of Verizon retail stores and that our experience would be no different than if we were at a corporate store. We found this was not the case. Our sales person (they are on commission) was Willie. He was very friendly but very misinformed regarding the product and services. We were mislead regarding the promotions for device trade in and plan costs. When we realized we would get $170 trade in VS the $300 we were told, we contacted Willie and he told us that the $300 trade in was only if we switched to an unlimited plan. A big mistake on his part. We did switch plans because he told us we could have a higher data allowance and save $30 per month. We were skeptical but he said it was true, so we trusted him. It turns out that the $30 decrease was not correct. Another big mistake on his part.We contacted the manager at this store to get reimbursement for the lost trade in money. They declined. We had to demand compensation which ended in us receiving a car charger. You decide if that is appropriate.Long story short, third party Verizon stores are limited in what they can do for you and they may have poorly trained employees. I recommend always going to a corporate Verizon store. Avoid this store at the very least.

I thought I had a great experience here until I later found out I had to pay an activation fee I was never told about. I have no problem paying the fee but if they dont tell you about that then what else may slip their minds next time. I wont ever be back to this location.

Today I went into Verizon to get my carrier switched over to Verizon. I was already stressed because for some reason my T-mobile service was not working, so I was hoping I could get my phone acvtivated and working properly with Verzion. Jacob greeted us and was very pleasant. He made sure to take care of us and even got us a on board with a better plan! Came in and knew exactly what I wanted. I wasnt very happy to see insurance put on my bill when I explicitly told him not to. Could have been an accident, but seems like something a shady person would do to boost commission.

All they care about is selling you a new phone, i wanted to switch my flip phone and they said they couldnt do it because I still owe 200 bucks on the phone, I explained to them verizon has always swapped phones in the past with a balance. I went to another verizon store and they did it on the spot. Go to a corporate store they seem to give better service.
