I got two phones, taking advantage of a buy one get one free promotion. They charge me all sorts of money up front, way more than I expected considering I was going to be paying some stupid amount monthly. My phone was setup, but they did not port the second phones number over correctly. So that took days to get sorted out. BEST part of the experience, I called them to verify the promo deal was being honored, because my online account with verizon did not show it. They said it was going to show up on my bill as applied. Well it didnt. Verizon was able to go back an fix it, but this store is looking for a quick sale, and will push your problems down the road. Would not recommend. Sales rep was also taking personal calls while helping, that didnt bother me, but since it apparently affected my service, I think its worth noting they DO NOT care about the quality of services rendered.

Upon visiting this store Preston seemed very kind and helpful. I was at the Verizon on Power and had a bad experience I wish I bought my phones at another location. The guys at the other location misinformed me of my bill/promotions, Preston managed to clear everything up. He has been the best!!!UPDATE: Even though Preston was good & wrote everything down and told me what to say to get the deal I was not informed about at the other store he told me I have to be on a 5G plan and I currently was not but that wasn’t the truth! He lied to me and I don’t appreciate that!! He didn’t do anything spectacular! Justin showed me i was on a5G plan. Also I was at that particular location for over an hour and all he did was tell me I needed to upgrade my plan. Justin did actually fix my account. It was just a misunderstanding that needed to be addressed and worked out correctly. He did do exactly what I needed and properly fixed my account. However, it did take 6 visits to Verizon and hours of my time. Including over an hour at this location and still had to go back to the other store on Power Rd then another visit to another store when I’m pretty sure he could have just fixed it there! Not a great experience at either location and I’m not impressed! After all,I was getting this kind of service at Sprint for the past 8yrs and that’s why I wanted to change to Verizon in the first place.

Preston went above and beyond to help me resolve a billing issue. He was polite and friendly and made sure it was taken care of. I will definitely be back for my next phone!

Just wanted to give Jeff a shout out for all the help and hard work he did in helping my mother and I switch services. There was a lot of work that needed to be done on our end to switch from att, and Jeff went way beyond what was required of him to help our problems with ATT and Apple. Awesome service, even put our screen protectors on our new phones since I’d definitely mess that up.

The gentleman that worked there was certainly very knowledgeable about all the products offered. He was honest and straightforward with his answers. We switched from Sprint to Verizon and couldnt be happier.

Spent too much time arm wrestling my new Galaxt S21 Ultra as it would not obey my selection of a 10 minute timeout. It insisted on the screen going dark after 20 seconds! Googled the matter with no positive result. Called Samsung and had an unplanned visit to a foreign country, also without a positive result. As an alternative, I downloaded an app from the Play Store which did the job but only after I had to wake it up with every use of the phone.A short while ago I passed a Verizon store on Williamsfield Road in Gilbert where a young chap, Luis Spec, opened the door and offered a genuine greeting. I advised him of my issue an in less than three minutes he handed me my phone. Did I believe he fixed my problem? Heck no. So I deliberately sat there confident that within 20 seconds the screen was going to croak. After 30 seconds, I had to smile and asked Luis where his lapel pin was with the word GENIUS imprinted on it.If you are looking for a pro to help you with a phone problem go to the Verizon store on Williamsfield Road in Gilbert and ask for Luis...you wont regret it.Merci Luis!

Went in last Friday, because my daughter just had to have an iPhone. Jen who has helped us before came out, and I was glad she was working. Shes personable and she knows her stuff. I was thinking about switching to Verizon so I stopped in here. Darien was the guy that helped me. He was training another employee, so instead of explaining the plans/phones to me, he directed his whole conversation to the employee telling him what info was needed for every box on the form. I left quickly. This place sucks. Train employees on your own time not the customers.

I was in the other day as my iPhone 7 finally stopped on me , Cole recommended the IPhone SE for me and helped me do my iCloud, he’s the best employee I’ve dealt with at Verizon. A true conversation leaves a lasting impression on me. 5 stars for this man. He was also transparent and easy to work with and very outgoing.

When I walked in no other customers were in there but the lack of greeting and friendliness was very low. Talked to a girl who had a very rude tone and just didn’t seem like she wanted to help. Felt almost as if I was interrupting a hangout session. Will not be returning to this location.

She made us aware of the different promotions and I ended up purchasing my first Galaxy watch and then a new Samsung phone ! We walked out of there with 4 new devices which only raised our bill by $38 dollars. Jenn and her team were an invaluable help changing from an LG phone to Samsung and making sure everything was syncing and working on the new Galaxy watch as well as the iPhone and Apple Watch. They were professional, knowledgeable, and we enjoyed getting to know them! We would highly recommended them!!

So I went to this Verizon store yesterday to get a new phone because mine stopped working. I asked Christian the person on staff if they have any deals going on for current customers for the Google phone. He looked it up in their system and the phone was on sale for almost half off! Sounds like a great deal!So we working it out together and say that my phone payment will be $17 and some change. Awesome!!!!!Now today I find out that this deal is for only NEW customers and if I want to keep my phone its $40+ dollars a MONTH!! What the actual hell! This is not my fault, this is the retailers fault! They are saying that they cannot honor this even though this is what he SOLD to me... I am so over Verizon and their horrible customer service!

Very horrible experience with Darien H., later reviewing receipt this is the cellular connection not a Verizon store. Darien H was extremely weird and stared at my wife very creepy! He tucks in his shirt like a psych patient from the mental ward and used odd jargon. His mislead us on my military savings, cause account is under my wife and was suppose to be me. He’s not transparent and viewed us as a transaction. I am currently trying to reach the location manager about him. Avoid this kid at all costs, he lies and doesn’t know what he’s doing at Verizon!

Came in to get a new phone and Jenn was extremely helpful and friendly. She got us all set up and had us in and out quickly.

We were trying to get my girlfriends iPhone fixed due to her iCloud being hacked. She tried for two weeks with Apple support and then we went to the Apple store who said there was nothing they could do when all we wanted was the phone reset to remove the email. Apple turned us away sadly. Jenn however was super helpful at this store and fixed our problem easily in minutes so I recommend always looking for her at the Verizon store here.

5 star service from Steven at the San Tan mall location. His knowledge and customer service skills were outstanding. He was patient, prompt and very knowledgeable. He not only set my son’s phone up but was able to look through my monthly bill and save me over $100 a month. Highly recommend both Steven and the San Tan Village mall location!

Do Not Shop Here! We went into this location last July to get prices for a new phone. The salesman informed us of a buy one get one free IPhone deal and we were excited about the sale. We didnt need to get two phones, but because of the deal we decided to upgrade one of our phones. Towards the end of the sale he also sold us an apple watch and gave us a set price that would show up on our bill. When our monthly bill came we were shocked to see how much it had gone up. Our free phone was not free and the watch was $50 more than what he said it would be. I called Verizon right away and they informed me that the buy one get one free is only for people that have unlimited data. The salesperson had our account pulled up on his Ipad when we were in the store. There is no way he could have missed the fact that we dont have unlimited data. Verizon also informed me that the watch could never sell for the price that he quoted us. I then proceeded to call the store and speak to the manager that basically sold us a lie. He told me that the unlimited data condition had started the day before we purchased so he missed it. He then told me that we would be credited the full amount of the phone on my next bill. I have been waiting since then, 9 months later, for that credit to come. I call once a month a let them know it hasnt credited and they keep telling me it will be on the next bill. I even wrote to their corporate office and never received an email back. This store is horrible! They are completely ok with lying and deceiving to make a sale. From now on the only place I will purchase my phone is the Apple Store.

We went into store to activate a new iphone we had purchased from Apple a few months before. We had previously had a IPhone activated in December and bought the cases and such at that time. Enjoyed the professionalism of the staff then so decided when we activated the next phone we would do it it there. Was the first customer when they opened and they were got the pnone set up and resolved a issue with had with the protective case we had purchased prior. Would recommend them as they were friendly, professional and customer orientated.
