Some of these techs give cox a bad rep! I met one tech and he was honest! The rest lie and go to the next call!

WHAT SCAM!!! A technician comes to the house, talks to his supervisor and tells us his supervisor will have to come over to fill a ticket. Tells my husband and I the supervisor will be by either that day or the next. NO ONE shows up and Ive left numerous messages with NO ONE calling me back. NO ONE ever answers their phones!!!! What a joke of a business! If this is how you conduct your business Im terrified to see the quality of your work!!!

Yesterday my husband was driving home on the I-17 headed northbound near the Dunlap off ramp, and he encountered a careless, reckless driver working for this company. The driver did not care at all regarding human lives while driving not only recklessly, but also tried running my husband off the road! He said the driver was angry that he was in the HOV lane thinking my husband was alone in his vehicle, so he preceded to flip my husband off multiple times, as well as purposefully driving over the lane line nearly into my husbands vehicle. I am appalled that a driver for a company would be so irresponsible and angry enough to hurt another person all because of an HOV lane! And I’m honestly not surprised or impressed seeing that I’m not the first on this companies review page complaining of one of the drivers. Looks like this company has A LOT to teach their drivers because someday one of them is probably going to end up causing a fatal accident! If my family were to have gotten hurt yesterday I would have sued the company for everything! This is absolutely ridiculous! Teach your drivers how to drive safely PERIOD!

Dave came with a trainee to fix a recurring issue with our television service. It was a complicated thing that other companies, including Cox employees were only able to fix partially, with less than satisfactory results. He diagnosed the issues expertly and stayed until everything was perfect.

Never answer phone calls or return messages. Awful everything, avoid End 2 End if you can

The tech dispatched had no knowledge, Left the sight before we could verify his job was complete as expected and then after we chased him down in the parking lot he said that he could not help and pawned off the job to the next guy and said he could not provide any further contact info.... If you looking for POOR QUALITY SERVICE and RESPONCE this is the place to go

Never can get a hold of these people its absolutely ridiculous! one of the drivers cut over five lanes and almost ran me off the road im extremely upset with their service.

Dashawn and Stefan arrived at my door about 4pm today .. at which point I was pretty well ready to send Cox Cable packing..they worked for 2 hours and resolved all the issues I was having even though the person responsible for my reactivation was responsible for most of the issues.Very impressed! Thank you , Thank you.

01/25/17 5:15pm to 5:45pm. E2E truck driving dangerously. Started at McDowell and Alma, north to the 202 East, all the way to Broadway. Guy changed lanes over and over, in and out of traffic. And it was all for nothing because he got no further than me. I guess youd say the guy wasnt even an efficient bad driver. Because he got himself stuck over and over. I just got to watch it all for 30 minutes and cringe rather than see him disappear down the road. He cut people off, tailgated in the far right slow lane, and even switched tactics, using the HOV lane to pass cars, already going 75 mph bumper to bumper in the fast lane. When you short-pass through the HOV lane and cut off someone who already has no place to go and who is trying to maintain a 2-3 car distance while going 75mph, you are a real jerk. Stay classy End 2 End.

The supervisor Tech I dealt with was William Clifford this guys knowledge was incredible installed Cox throughout my house I had five boxes my modem my router he explained everything was totally thorough just all-around very professional thanks William

I wouldnt hire this company strictly because of their employees horrible driving skills. Dont have a sticker on the back of your van if you dont answer the phone for people to report it. I watched yesterday for 10-15 minutes as an employee drove 75+ down Ironwood weaving in and out of cars while on his phone. Not a great representation of your company in case you were wondering.

Technician chopped up my oleanders while accessing cable box in front yard in order to save himself half a dozen steps by not walking around them. Left the cut branches laying on the driveway!!
