Wow what a difference! I have always hated getting lab work done, not caring if it was Labcorp or the other ones, they all acted like you are bothering them. The waiting room was always depressing and the staff was at best, tired and stressed.But today, I went to the Val vista location and it was fast, clean, easy and everyone was very nice! I really hopes it stays this way.

Terrible place! Workers are rude every time I go. They will lie to you and say they called your name and sent you a text when really they forgot about you. I had to wait for over 2 hours. Because they can’t manage to do their job correctly. 2 different groups of people all managed to go through while I had to wait. There is always an issue every-time we come. Maybe try teaching your staff some customers service. If you are not a morning person, maybe try finding another job.

I was a walk-in on a Monday around 11:30. The staff was friendly and efficient, Kelly at the front desk and phlebotomist Gina. There were only 3 other people in clean waiting room!Labcorp lost a star bc the website is in desperate need of updating. I had my dr office resubmit lab orders 3x. They never showed up. I attempted to make an online appt at 5 locations and there were none available. I finally found a phone number on Google and got a voice message they take walk-ins. If their website would have stated walk-ins are preferred (I learned they only have 2 online appts available per day) I would have saved a lot of time and frustration!!

I saw some bad reviews but those seem to be mostly over a year ago. I wanted to add my two cents because my experience was the opposite- I had a positive, seamless experience here. The staff and techs were friendly and prompt. I had no appointment and It was busy- there was a roomful of socially distanced people- but they moved as quickly as they could, bringing back 2-3 patients at a time and I was out of there within 45 minutes.My phlebotomist (Shawanda? I hope I’m not butchering her name) was quick, skilled, very friendly, and professional. Would def come back here.

Needed a routine blood workup and selected this location because they had an immediate online scheduling opening even though it was a farther drive. The front staff was courteous and professional. If youve been to any LabCorp anywhere in the country then you know that they are tech savvy and have check-in kiosks in addition to online scheduling. If youre already in their system just scan your I.D. and youre checked in. Bam. Done. Then have a seat until they call you up to the counter. Social distancing is in place and they are limiting the number of patients who can be inside. The staffer who drew my blood was quick, efficient very friendly and took an interest in me, adding to an already pleasant experience.

Went for a pre-employment drug screening. Super efficient and friendly staff. Took about 5 minutes. Unfortunately there have been some hiccups getting the paperwork to the employer.

The ladies at the kiosk could have been more polite but Im surprised at the bad reviews. I was in and out of there for routine blood work in ten minutes and before my appointment was even scheduled to begin. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who took my blood (blonde and seemed to purple a lot) was super quick and efficient. Ive never been more impressed by a lab in my life. Definitely will be back. Maybe Ill see where all these bad reviews came from.

After my first visit to this location I was not impressed but I gave them another chance because it is in the same complex as my doctors office. Well that was my bad because my blood test was some how lost in there system and now i have to get it drawn again. I will not be going back to this location!

I never thought Id be writing a review about this topic, but my experience today has to be acknowledged. A little background... Im a very hard blood draw... typically takes several staff members several pokes to get anything. I always give my usual disclaimer... I apologize in advance, but Im a hard draw. Youll have to use a butterfly and you will be able to draw from my hand or forearm. Most of the time my disclaimer is ignored.... until they realize that I wasnt exaggerating and have to resort to the butterfly and the site locations I told them about. But today.... today was different!!! Today, I had Danielle! She listened to what I said, took a quick peek at the locations I told her and said, I think I see something already.. Now admittedly, I didnt get my hopes up because Ive heard that before. But, one stick and she was in! I could not believe it! I have NEVER had anyone draw my blood as quickly, effectively, and painlessly as she did! Four vials and one urine sample later, I was in and out in 15 minutes! Thank you Danielle for the awesome experience today. I will be coming here for all my future lab needs!

Ive been at this lab twice now and both times have had great experiences. Latest visit I checked in using the kiosk, which was easy, and before I got to a chair to sit down was already called up. No wait, all questions answered kindly by Diana at the front desk who was very helpful and accomodating. Was in and out in 10 min. Location was convenient and staff were all kind and professional. I came in yesterday with no appointment. I was surprised I only waited 10 minites. The phlebotomist was excellent, Im a very hard stick she was able to do my blood draw in one painless stick. I really appreciate that, no big bruises. Her name was Chona. I will return to this location again. Thank you for a job well done.

2.1? Visited twice. First time I did as the kiosk stated while hearing two sperate sets of patients scream and yell at the very combative staff. After waiting a short time I received my materials in order to self administer the test at home. I left with a poor taste in my mouth by seeing so many patients treated so poorly.I came back the next day with my specimen in hand exactly how they instructed me the day before. The lady at the window screamed past the patient she was dealing with to tell me I needed to check in. Mind you if I dropped off the specimen after hours it goes in a drop box with no check in required. I stated I was just dropping off and she insisted on photo copying my insurance card which is something I witnessed them do TWICE the day before. I obliged while the lady who clearly C.ant U.nderstand N.ormal T.hinking berated me verbally the whole time even yelling at her coworker who was making the photo copy of my insurance! Sad state of affairs the medical industry these days.

I had my lab work scheduled yesterday at 1:45pm. I went at Val vista location at 1:15 and registered via cell phone. Got reply from them at 1:16 that they were ready for me. I went in with Covid 19 CDC guidelines. The ladies - employees greeted me and promptly drew my blood very politely and she was very very pleasant . I recommend lab Corp and Val vista location in particular very very highly. I am physician myself so know well how to interact with people politely and respectfully.Thank you very very much !Dr. Pravin J Patel.

Stopped by without an appointment and had an excellent experience. Check in kiosks were very easy to use and had cleaning materials right there for you to use. Waited less than ten minutes and was brought back to get my routine bloodwork done. All of the staff were very nice and professional. In and out within 25 minutes.

If I could leave less than a 1 I would! I took my son for fasting blood work and urine and also I had my 7month old infant with us. 2hours later I came up to simply ask if we could do the blood work as I watched people come and go. The lady rudely said to me with a snarky attitude that you need to be patient I have 3others in front of you. These were the 3 that just arrived. I have worked in the medical field in surgery for 16years and Im aware how labs work. As I had to leave to go feed my infant the lady laughed at me and said good luck! Im highly disappointed in labcorp! What kind of people do you honestly higher. This place is run so poorly! Step it up labcorp!

I was a walk-in on a Friday with a full schedule and was still in and out within an hour. The employees were patient and kind, even with customers asking the same questions every few minutes. My doctor provided test codes for a different facility, but the woman at the desk took the time to look up each test within their system so I didn’t have to go somewhere else.

Had to bring my 9 month old in for labs twice but they were able to get it with only one stick! I was very happy he didnt have to be stuck more than once. I know its not easy to get lab draws on a baby especially one thats moving! I do agree that the front desk is not warm or welcoming. Poor hospitality in the front desk. But happy with success of the lab draw

As long as you come prepared with an advance appointment, your lab order, your Drivers license, and your insurance card, you should be fine. The customer service is streamlined and adequate. I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. Dont expect to be seen promptly if you dont have an appointment. Dont expect vibrant customer service from the front desk. Its only a sample collection site, and they get very low compensation from the insurance companies for the testing. If you want good customer service, you will have to pay a lot more for lab testing.

Im a delivery driver that had taken an order to a Diane or Diana Dominguez. As I arrived I noticed nobody was up front and I had waited for around 5 minutes for someone to show up. 5 minutes is what were told to wait for someone. I also had another delivery that was waiting in my car and I couldnt wait any longer because I didnt want the other person to be waiting for too long. I figure the people here were very busy and I decided to take the other delivery and come back afterwards. Once I had returned, I was greeted very rudely by Diane by being called impatient, unprofessional, and a jerk. When I explained to her the situation why I left and how we cant wait for too long for them if we have other deliveries on us, but she continue to call me a jerk and tell me that I wasnt getting tipped and I had two ladies on the side recording me to try to get a reaction out of me. Personally this was a very unpleasant experience for me and I wasnt even there as a patient. Now I can see why this location has a very bad review on their customer service. This was very unprofessional and rude of Diane Dominguez and I hope this message is seen so this issue can be addressed in a appropriate matter. I will no longer be coming back here as a driver or a patient.

The white front desk lady is rude. Don’t ask questions or she snaps at you. She was sucking on a red bull while a patient was at the window. Chewing gum like a cow. Overall just acting like she’s better than everyone. A little customer service skill goes a long way, you’re in the wrong profession. The black lady was wonderful although I could tell she was stressed, you’d think managers would hire more staff members or at least have more on staff during the 7am rush before work... The blood draw was fast and easy. I don’t understand the huge wait.

This place is extremely unprofessional. You dont even talk to the front desk except to sign their waiver to charge you since they wont collect your copay if you offer to pay it they ask you to wait for the bill!!! if you would like to ask a question good luck trying. There isnt a person there who likes their job or people period. I feel bad for anyone who cant advocate for themselves they could easily be taken advantage of and even have wing lab work done without their even knowing. If your insurance accepts sonora quest go there that are airways busy but that are very professional and can handle many peyote and their organized and kind!!!

I dont really like the lack of personal customer service with checking myself in but it didnt take much longer than the old way. However , the lady that drew my blood never looked at me let alone greeted me. She only gave me instructions and stuck the needle in me painfully. She showed no concern for my discomfort, and then she said ok, youre done, still not looking at me. I wont be back. There are plenty of other labs.

I had hands down one of the best experiences I have had at Labcorp. Both of the receptionist at the front were professional, as well as, warm, welcoming, efficient and quick, with a great attitude! I was also extremely pleased with the phlebotomist. He did a fantastic job creating a good rapport and had phenomenal technique. Will be coming back to this location anytime I need a blood draw! Overall, had a great experience!

Went to Lab Corp to have a routine blood draw the Phlebotomist was Bailey she drew 8 tubes and was amazing concerning it was the left hand her stick was accurate and on point and fast didnt really hurt. Usually other phlebotomists go really deep also they took me in fast really no long wait time recommended this Lab Corp is the real deal on services...Rate a 5 overall

2 hours wait time and counting . Oh yea and I’m Fasting! This place needs to hire some more people and start taking care of their clients . I about fainted in the waiting room.I didn’t have an appointment but honestly people who had appointments were also complaining about the wait time . It’s no way to treat patients. They’ve digitalized the system and now you have to check in on a kiosk, which is not that bad but so impersonal and honestly doesn’t seem to be making things any better. This is not the first time I come to this location as a walk in, but this is the first time the wait is his bad . Yes bad enough to complain and give them one star. UpdateToday came in and same issue only two personal. Funny this as I am waiting to be check in they keep calling names of people which apparently left over 20 names. What a trashy place. We got there early, my wife using the restroom overheard a staff member saying a urine sample had been left out all night. Waited, waited and waited then they couldnt get a blood sample and said we needed to go down to the hospital to get it. We had prepaid our doctor and we called the doctor and he said, absolutely not. The staff were unkind, unwelcoming, and clearly unhappy.Today i saw My doctor and asked for a printout of my lab results. They did not add my age or gender in my reports!!!!! So, it had all values and both genders.I’m horrified that i just Paid my bill to this place.

If you can, find a different lab. This company is the worst in the medical lab I have ever been to in my life. Only one person was drawing blood as I sit here and count only 6 people waiting including me. Wait time over 2 hours. The people here that are waiting are very irritated, needless to say. Appointment at 10:15am, fasting and front receptionist took walk ins without appointment in front of us. Over an hour and a half wait with appointment. Having an appointment didnt matter the receptionist was in control of who she put in order to go back, so those that complained as soon as they got there or her friends went first.

Patient portal will not accept my phone number to sign into the patient portal. Labcorp has NOBODY you can talk to in order to get help with this. No customer service numbers available to get help. I despise companies who use automation and cannot talk to a human being. I will never use them again.

I had another appointment nearby at 10 and arrived at Labcorp at 9:07. With about 7 ahead of me and only 2 people working I was skeptical about the time. Happy to say I had the labs done and left by 9:50 ! The phlebotomist was very good, professional and friendly. I have been here before and will use this facility again.

This place is horrible!!! The lady at the front desk is incompetent, rude, does not care, and is completely unsympathetic. I took my boys (ages 11 and 13) for some routine bloodwork. I had my 9 yr old girl with me as well. We signed in on their sheet at 12:15 with no appointment. After waiting for over an hour without hearing a word from them; not even to get checked in, I questioned the lady at the front desk as to how much longer it would be. My kids had been super patient and were starting to complain about being hungry. They were all fasting. The lady seemed annoyed that I was even asking her a question. She said they were taking care of appointments first, that there was one appointment ahead of me, and that it would be another 15 min. or so. She lied and actually ended up calling 2 people with appointments ahead of me. One of which had an appointment at 12:45 and was just now being called at 1:45 (a whole hour later). Whats the point of having appointments? 30 minutes after having spoken to the lady at the front desk, now 2hrs total wait time for us, I lined back up and as I was waiting for her to look up and acknowledge me, she calls my boys up. I hand her the insurance cards and she rudely hands them back to me, tells me they dont take my insurance plan and calls the next person. I have been there several times before and there must have been some changes since then, but had I been checked in at a decent time, I could have been advised and not spent 2hrs for nothing! As I was walking out of the facility, and I was apologizing to my kids with hunger and tiredness written all over their faces, it dawned on me that not once did the lady apologize or redirect me to where I needed to go. I stormed back in and told her she owed my kids an apology, after they had been so patient and waited for 2 hrs just to be told they couldnt assist us. She argued with me that she didnt owe anyone an apology, but finally turned to my kids and gave a BS apology followed with putting the blame back on me. Her exact words were, I apologize, but your mother should have known where she was going. Like I said earlier... no sympathy, no care, not even a real apology. There was no urgency in checking people in, no urgency in anything she was doing. But all of a sudden, when she cant help me, she rushes to call the next person while Im still standing there realizing the bad news she just gave me. She is horrible! Doesnt care. She is incompetent. Rude! Since when does it take 2hrs just to get checked into a place? To then continue to wait to be called. Avoid this place at all cost!!!

Here for one hour before I left,without labs being done, due to another appointment. They had only called back 3 people in that hour and they were appointments. The place had about 15 people waiting. Came back one hour later and whole place full,30 + people, still moving slow been here for 45 minutes and some people have been here for 2 hours. Have they thought about hiring another phlebotomist??? Ridiculous . Maybe try another place next time!!

Everyone that 1st entered seemed to be confused about check-in and staff seemed as though they were apathetic to situation. I had stat order that needed to be done stat for a reason and was waiting there for an hour before someone called me up to talk to me. I would of have 1 star but once they put my information in they drew my blood with the next group and so I decided to give them 2 stars for that. Sonoran labs will see stat orders stat and this lab Corp should try to implement a correct stat time.

It is just me and another lady in the waiting room, 2 ladies at the front desk just sitting there doing paper work I have been here for 30 mins and have not even been checked in. Worst customer service ever at 3:05pm today, 5/14/2019. Teo ladies up front and ne9ther greeted me when I walked in. I was not there to check in, but to ask a question and the older caucasian lady with glasses from my left point of view was not helping anyone. The lady on the right (not caucasian) was with a patient, but when she was done I still received no help. So I walked up and just asked for help. The caucasian lady didnt look up at me and said go ahead and then had the audacity not to listen to my question so u had to repeat myself and she was so rude and smug about giving me as little information as possible and then ended her conversation with, Oh no, we cant help you schedule an appointment. You do that yourself online. Truly disgusting people who could give a rats a$$ about customer service. Thats Labcorp for you. The reason I disclosed race of the agents is to help distinguish between who the worst agent was in the very little hopes a manager will be able to identify who it was and to give them a coaching on etiquette and human decency. My son has a kidney condition as Im sure many people are dealing with some sort of medical ailment. A little customer service does go a long way as well some compassion for your patrons!

We just went here for my 1yr old to get some blood drawn for a test his pediatrician ordered. Even though there was only 2 people working at the time (it was lunch time) they got us through quickly and we only had a 10 minute wait. Both came to do the blood draw so it would be as quick and painless as possible for him. They were fantastic and talking to him in soothing voices the whole time. Made an unpleasant thing a great experience.Only bad thing I have to say is it took me a bit to find the building. There is no clear directory in the parking area to show you where to go.

Ive been coming to this location on a weekly basis for a few months. It was irritating to wait, yes but then I started making appointments and was usually seen within 15 minutes of my appointment time. It gets BUSY there and people would give me dirty looks when I got called back before them when theyd been waiting hours. Make an appointment people! I feel very bad for the staff there because they definitely need more staff. 2 phlebotomists is not enough. People dont realize theyre not just drawing blood, there are so many other parts of their job. I think they handle themselves very well through all the stress. I think its an upper management issue that needs to be addressed for sure.

Never again. I actually made an appt. for the first time ever for 11:45am. I didnt even get checked in until 12:30pm. The lobby was full and they had no staff and the one receptionist they had got up in the middle of that crowd and went to lunch, leaving only the 2 phlebotomist to do all the work. And as it turns out one of them was the manager and she was clearly irate that they were so busy and short staffed and instead of communicating with everyone and giving them a heads up about the wait she was rude and annoyed that we had the nerve to ask her any questions. Im telling everyone I know never to go to any Labcorp again.

Understaffed. No way for two phlebotomists and 1 front desk person (who needs to smile and not be so defensive when asked a question) to cover patients with appointments and walk-in patients, especially when appointments are triple-booked in 15 minute increments. At the very least, another tech needs to be added so they can cover the backroom processing of samples. LabCorp needs to step up their game and fully staff this location. I’ll be looking for another lab. I experienced a one hour wait for a 3 minute procedure.

Showed up with an hour and 10 minutes before i had to leave to be at another appointment. Even thought i was there too early and was going to have to find something to do for 30-40 mins. Wrong. I waited til the last possible minute and then went and asked for my paperwork back. Very frustrating and disappointing. Tried for hours to set an appointment to get a urine test done by phone and online with no luck. Decided to visit the office to set an appointment. The receptionist said I have to do it online then walked away. Absolutely the worst treatment I have had seeking medical help.

Horrible service I brought my two year old there because she had to get routine blood work done they let someone in training do it and they did not tell me the girl was in training and she was clueless she took the needle out wrong blood was pouring out of my two year old vain and then they had to stick her again because I guess the blood was coming out to slow .

The front desk staff every time Ive been here have treated everyone that comes to the window so rudely and extremely condescending . Whats funny is as I stand here dealing with one of those lovely ladies, there is a paper tape up on her desk that reads A bad attitude is like a flat tire.....you cant go anywhere until you change it

Negative star for this lab. Horrible service - waited 40 minutes - only 2 people were ahead of me. Nurse called other patients ahead of me that came in after me. I spent less time waiting to see my primary care physician than I did waiting on this lab to draw 3 small vials of blood.
