Lack of action/follow up caused my wife to be hospitalized. Hospitalized for 4 days with a blood infection for something that could have been prevented with a routine treatment of antibiotics.Initial visit was due to symptoms of a common infection. Specimen was provided at the office followed by a telehealth visit. As a prophylactic measure, Dr. prescribed an antibiotic based on exhibiting symptoms.As it turns out, the specimen was never sent for testing and there was never any follow up from the office on test results. Had there been testing done, it would have shown that a stronger antibiotic was needed to fully resolve the issue. The result instead, a trip to the ED followed by admission to the hospital.The office has no record of any test being run, no results of specimen testing on file, and evidently no clue how to dial a phone. Not a single person weve spoken with can say anything aside from we see the order in your file, but nothing else.While in the hospital, multiple calls were made to the office with each call proving to be a complete and utter waste of time. Not one person has been able to provide a single piece of valuable information. Weve been pulled into a useless circle of irresponsible can kickers who always seem to be waiting on someone else for an update.This is medical incompetence on full display.Clueless, worthless, careless, and heartless are words that come to mind when thinking about how things have been handled. Missed clinical hours, missed school, late homework(for a graduate program), missed work, PTO spent unnecessarily. All preventable.Multiple lives came nearly to full halt to deal with this hospitalization.I would not trust these folks to care for my pet rock.

The office staff do a terrible job on scheduling, submitting documents to my insurance and charging. They always confuse Dr, appointments with blood draw appointments. They use to be efficient but its been two years that the office is terrible. I just decided to go to another office they are always rescheduling my appointments.

This office is the worst. I never can get in to see Dr Aragon and always with the nurse practitioner. The front office staff never answer their phones and always put me on hold. Im going somewhere else where I can get better care.

The convenience of having everything in one office is nice but beware, the services are not clearly explained on billing and you will be charged more than you expect. Don’t get counseling from because you will get a bill one year after services for hundreds of dollars and Good luck getting someone on the phone to explain it. Also, for follow-up appointments, they will charge you the co-pay and then some. For refills they will charge you a co-pay to speak with a doctor again just to get a refill. They never answer the phones, the billing department will always go to voicemail. If you ever meet Dr. Aragon she is very unwelcoming. This is a business for her not a practice to help people. She cares about dollar signs and nothing more. I’ve been seeing them for a year and have finally decided to change my primary care provider because the blows never stop coming. I highly suggest going with another doctor for primary care, this one has no ones best interest in mind.

Ive been a patient here for two years now and I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the service. I really enjoyed going the first year or so. The wait times have always been extremely long, I have called the office multiple times the past month and always get sent straight to voicemail, billing and charges are unclear. I was referred to a specialist with a 2 star rating and the staff was rude to me there. I hate writing such a negative review, but I have decided to go back to my previous primary care physician and I wish I knew to safe myself the trouble :/

Very unorganized, hey do not keep good records of calls and referrals. I am searching for another office. Dr. Argagon needs to know her staff is making her look bad. She is actually a nice doc and so is her nurse practitioner but her phone staff is not very helpful and they do not keep track of important referral info nor do they verify referrals. You will get to your referral appt just to find out the referral was not sent or it was not verified it was received. I give no starts at all.

Dr Ana is a listener and able to think out side the box for individual needs. She is willing to work with other types of providers and find your personal solution. They have a variety of services they offer so many your tests can be done right in the office.Thank you. E. Barclay

Leandra is wonderful! She truly cares about her patients and is super articulate! Best of all she has the most wonderful bedside manner! I am so thankful we found her! After 2 years of searching for a Dr. for my Mother, with one terrible experience after another, our search is FINALLY over!

Unfailingly attentive, professional, competent. She has the perfect bedside manner. And members of the staff, from start to finish, are very pleasant and very helpful. Ive NEVER had an unpleasant experience at Dr Aragons office. I would recommend her very highly.

Dr & PA’s are good. Wait time & conditions are horrid. I don’t like how they have digital assistants on their laptops in exam room that are just creepily there, recording without being announced. Makes me very uncomfortable (at least Jesmina announced it-didn’t give me a choice though). What I don’t understand, is how even with this digital assistant with one purpose to document accurately, they get so much wrong! They hold your prescriptions hostage for sure!!! I’ve been on thyroid meds my whole life. Not missing a morning dose is imperative, yet every refill I have to call and beg for it. They say I need lab work, but yet I have them check dates to see that I’ve had blood work up within 6 months!!! The culture of the clinic is very “kick back” and not as tight run as you’d expect in a professional medical office. They do seem to charge you for a lot! I try not to mention anything, because it seems like anytime you open your mouth they have a code for that. I really wish this was a better run office, because the doctors seem to care.

Long waits to actually see the doctor. Where I come from, you set an appt ahead of time so the doc can be ready for you on your slot more or less. Got different answers from the staff over the phone depending who answers. Im going to a different practice who is more efficient and can actually answer my questions accurately and not waste my time.

Started out ok but there were several red flags throughout the 2 years I went here.Red Flag 1 - Ulterior MotivesI am overweight, they suggested diet and exercise(thats good, makes sense) but they then scheduled an appointment for me to meet with the doctors son for what was a sales pitch to pay for his personal trainer services.Red Flag 2 - Holding Prescriptions Hostage.I have been on mostly the same medication for the last 2 years, but when it is close to an appointment they refuse to allow my prescriptions to refill until after the appointment (this has led to not having medication for up to a week)Red Flag 3 - Forgetting AppointmentsI recently had an appointment (and got 2 reminders via text and email) for the appointment only to show up and they claim I didnt have an appointment scheduled that day.Finally, last time I went their wifi was down because they had failed to pay the bill (screenshot attached) What kind of doctors office cant pay their bills on time... a disorganized one. Medical billing is already a mess, why go to an office that cant keep their own bills straight?

Dr. Aragon goes beyond what any other doctor would to help you and will spends time with you and discuss your situation. She can also offer some options to treatment when applicable. Although Im somewhat of a new patient I have been there multiple times and have never had to wait very long. I would highly recommend Dr. Aragon.

Dr Paul was great!! I had been very sick for a couple days and I called to see if they would take a new patient! They did and got me in the same day I called. Dr Paul was very thorough and addressed all my concerns plus some that he noticed on the sheet of history I filled out. His bed side mannor was great and I would recommend him to all of my friends and family! Office staff and nurses were also great and compassionate!! Overall wonderful office!!

I am a new patient with Dr. Aragon, and so far I have had nothing but a satisfactory experience with her and her staff! The administrative team were precise about their intake process and welcoming. The medical assisting staff are very friendly. Dr. Aragon herself, is wonderful! She explains things to you in thorough detail, answers any questions you may have, and genuinely cares about you. She is the best doctor that I have ever had. She LISTENS TO HER PATIENTS. Which is a rarity with doctors nowadays. She is a rare gem in Gilbert. You will find no doctor better. No matter what you do stay away from NP Jasmine, she is not very bright and she will do anything to make you use the test they provide at their clinic, she put me through hell to do falsely thyroid test .Dr Anna also signed on the wrong test order.

The problem at this practice is not the doctor but her office staff! The Doctor herself is very thorough, knowledgeable, listens, doesnt rush you and have all necessary test performed. Unfortunately i cant say the same for her staff. I am not sure where they went to school to become MAs because they act like illiterates. First off, they dont answer calls even when they are in the office, messages left for the billing department never get returned, I spoke to Rosie mostly when i called and i can tell you she is the slowest of the bunch. They bill my insurance under the wrong codes that doesnt pertain to visit, they send me a bill, i call my insurance and was told they billed under the wrong code which was why it was denied! Insurance said once its corrected, it will be paid for. They are lazy and always acts like they are busy, when you call, they will put you on a long hold where you will have to hang up and call back. I kept going there only because of the Doctor. I got a New Insurance, i called and i was told the Doctor too the plan by one of her staff, later they called me saying she doesnt this was days before my appointment and they couldnt figure that out the first time i called!! Ana Sierra is a great Dr but her staff will run off patients and her business to the ground! No matter how good a Dr is, if they hire lazy and incompetent staffs, they are asking for trouble. She need to fire them all and hire new people to help grow her practice.

There is nothing positive about this office. Office staff is very unpleasant and doesn’t interact with patients in a warm or kind way. The office set-up is not welcoming. The front desk is separated by glass with only a small hole to speak to staff through. Furniture in the lobby and exam rooms looks like it was purchased from a garage sale 30 years ago. Be prepared to wait a very long time. A simple office visit can take over 3 hours.

A very caring and knowledgeable Dr. Takes her time to go over everything and doesnt rush you in and out. Listens.Not use to having a person following her around transcribing everything.Front office needs some improvement.Easy to get an appointment.Over all I give her a 8 out 10

Worst clinic, worse staff, no one answers the phone. If you need a referral or refill then good luck. Doctor want see you clinic is run by nurse practitioners Its like an urgent care. All they care about is making money, unfortunately

While the doctor is nice that is it. The staff is the worst I have ever seen. If you need a refill you better call a month in advance and you might get it. I have also being trying to pay a bill for months now but no one ever answers to take the payment or calls me back.

Dr. de Aragon is the most caring physician I have encountered in my 65 years of life. She truly cares about her patients and has compassion and empathy, sadly lacking in many physicians. When you have your appointment with her, she gives you plenty of time to express your concerns even if it means she has to work longer that day. She is so unlike the typical doctor who is so busy typing in notes on his/her computer, that they dont even have time to look at you. She is a remarkable doctor with a very thorough knowledge of her craft. She remembers who you are as a patient and as a person. I feel so fortunate to have found her and to be her patient! I hate to post this review but... this place was by far one of the top worst experiences Ive had in the medical industry. Reasons are simply as follows:1) Office seems worn down/dirty. Like holes in the chair, trash bag around the pillow (yes a trash bag), rusty/chipped furniture.2) The wait to be seen was pretty frustrating. But thats just how it is everywhere I assume.3) I went in for regular new patient stuff. Blood work, average questions. nothing major. Asked for dermatologist referral for skin cancer screening too. Might as well. Thought it was a one stop shop seems how her door says INTERNAL FAMILY MEDICINE.- I STILL have not received a referral to a Dermatologist. So thanks for nothing on that topic.- Not only was I sent to a lab that did not accept my insurance (after specifically asking to be sent somewhere that Im covered), I NEVER heard back from them again after my appointment! I kept getting voicemail on every number I tried. Not even a courtesy call back to follow up. No voicemail, no email. nothing.4) Finally A MONTH LATER after I assume surely my results are somewhere at that office by now, I actually get a hold of someone! Shocking. The receptionist said I am supposed to schedule another appointment (basically takes all day so I hear schedule another PTO day) so she can tell me my results = they want to get another copay out of me and dont care if I miss MORE work even though the initial appointment had me practically out the entire work day. 9am means more like 10am-noon.I finally realized I can review my results MYSELF online through LABCORP: LabCorp is now permitted to provide patients in all states with direct access to laboratory test results without physician authorization. It was so easy to read and only took about 15 minutes to upload to my account once I created it. An appointment would have cost me MORE $$$ AND a half day missed work just to tell me Im just fine. So .. I am glad to no longer be involved with this office.Nice doctor, dirty place, awful customer service, seems like snake policies to milk you for $$$

Dr. Ana M. Sierra de Aragon is one of our true healers. Everything she does is to learn about how she can best restore your health or prevent issues with it. From the beginning you feel taken care of by friendly and knowledgeable staff and she coordinates and gives excellent thoughtful care. I have and do recommend her to patients who need her.

Dr. Ana Maria Sierra de Aragon is really nice and listened to my concerns and helped me. The office staff is also really nice. The only problem I had both times I went was getting my prescription called into the pharmacy. I needed a special compound made so it couldnt go to a regular pharmacy. I had to call the pharmacy and they had to call into the doctors office.It took a few phone calls and a few days longer than I wanted to get it all straightened out. That was a little frustrating. All in all I will keep going there because they have great hours to accommodate my crazy schedule, they are close to my home and the staff is really friendly.

Giving this place 1 star is way too much. i wish i could give it ZERO! save yourself time and money by not coming to this office. SERIOUSLY. i received a courtesy call about a billing issue yesterday...the appt they are referring to is back from 2/2018! i arrived 10-15 mins early to my scheduled appt with my new patient forms filled out....ONE hour and 15 minutes later they take me back, do blood pressure etc....the assistant leaves and i wait another 20 minutes....at that point i get up and leave the room and walk out. Now the billing dept is calling saying i was seen and was given 3 RXs....called my pharmacy, nothing from that office was ever sent to them....relayed this to Eve from billing and now the SEND button was never pressed so the prescriptions were never really sent, but yet i am on the hook for $90 after MY insurance has paid them as well. Doesnt it make sense that if i was REALLY seen, i would of called the office back to see why my RXs were never sent to my pharmacy in the first place? i was there to establish care, i did not go because i was congested, or had petechiae as they claim! this is beyond absurd!!!! bottom line, the office Fs up and youre still on the hook for it! i dont understand, how did they document all this on the WRONG patient!

Everyone was very friendly during my appointment. Jesmina was so nice and listened to every concern I had. Never once made me feel rushed. I am very happy with my choice of where to go for my new doctor. I recommend this clinic!

I wish I could put NO STARS, but the rating system wont go that low. I went to this doctor a few months back, and when we had our appointment she seemed helpful at first, but quickly began dodging my calls.And would refuse to mail me on the stupid portal the keep directing me to. Then after they said my insurance covered my fees, I got THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN BILLS.Needless to say, NO I will not reschedule EVER. Stop asking me to reschedule.

Dr. Aragon is very understanding and caring! Phlebotomist Sandra was wonderful and amazing giving my youngest daughter comfort in the process of drawing blood.I would of scored a high 5 stars but her front staff needs to work on the qualities that Dr. Aragon and Sandra have.These 2 nuns sat in the lobby for over an hour before Sandra helped them and made the front staff aware of they where there to see the doctor and not the phlebotomist. They need to understand they are the 1st people that the patiences come into contact with when they walk in the door. Therefore show the caring and look up and out to the patients please and thank you.

Nice doctor and staff. Dr argorn explains things very well.They do seem a bit absent minded however. Sent my script to the wrong pharmacy and forgot about me when I was put on a clear liquid diet. Was told, and I asked twice just to be clear, to continue until I was told to stop. Never was told and would still be on it to this day unless I brought it up.

Always wait 45 minutes plus to be seen by the doctor. Have called the last three days for a prescription refill, no answer. Left multiple messages, calls have not been returned. Awful experience with these people. Additionally, I did not want a flu shot and was forced to have one anyways. I was then was sick for the first time in five years.

She is an excellent doctor and very thorough. However, the wait time is horrendous. I waited two hours and was sick before I was seen.

Dr. Aragon is a great doctor, but her office does not know how to bill insurance. Every time I think Ive fixed a problem, a new one arises. I end up having to pay out of pocket for everything plus co-pays. Also, the wait times are horrendous. I was just in the office to pick up a medication and waited for over 30 minutes. On top of that, I was told I had to pay $200 because my insurance is pending. Other days when I have appointments, wait times have been over an hour.

Worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office EVER! Would not recommend. Showed up 30 min early to fill out ppwk and wasn’t called back until 20 min AFTER my scheduled appt. after dealing with a not-so-friendly receptionist. Then was walked to a room where I waited for ONE HOUR in a very HOT room before flagging down a nurse and letting her know I’m getting ready to leave. 20 min later I saw the doc for 10 min and she never asked permission to record my exam but did anyway. Will not be returning.

Dr. Sierra de Aragon is compassionate and actually takes the time to get to know you. Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend her.

Is always late and gets incorrect information in file. I asked for records and when printed out it had a lot of wrong info. They listed I have two boys and I have girls, I also have tbi and it listed I dont tells me I have to get referral for almost everything Bec she cant do it in her office.

Good place once you can actually get in the room with the doctor. Had an appointment for Dr. Aragon this Friday and i informed that I would only see the Nurse Practitioners because Aragon was away the whole week. I’ve been over billed by this office before and sent to take drug test because I was mistaken for someone else and they didn’t even receive the test. She also informed me I wouldn’t have to pay for a 100.00 dollar millanial bill, but later informed me “I would have to pay for it” after promising me I would have to pay. This office staff makes mistake often... The office will have you come in pay for your office visit and then tell you to come in next time. Too me that’s an inexcusably dirty move. Pay now to come back later to get your prescription and then make you take a drug test and over charge you for a drug test that I’m not going to accept or get and then make you take one at there own office. If they tell you that you won’t need to pay for something make sure you get it in writing because you will.

Dr was good and friendly, but the staff sucks! I call and call about 20 times and no answer. I leave voice-mails and takes forever for them to call me back.

Dr. Aragon is very professional yet displays a great amount of kindness and compassion ;which I appreciate. Anyone would just love her. But... I found her staff to be unprofessional and because of them I switched to another Dr and to another insurance plan WITHIN my plan (Banner). Her staff drove me to do this as they dont listen or understand English very well. I just became very frustrated. As I said, Dr Aragon is awesome she just has an inefficient staff which really is half of any Dr vs patient relationship.

Jesmina Shrestha (NP) figured out a complex and undiagnosed health problem I have been experiencing for 20 years. Ive seen at least 10 health care professionals regarding this issue, including specialists.Jesmina listened to me. She asked follow up questions. She listened further. We spoke for at least 45 minutes.Shes very capable and a natural investigator.

Dr. Aragon and her staff were professional and extremely knowledgeable about the issues I came to the office for. Dr. Aragon worked with me herself and explained every part of the treatment plan she was engaging for my issue. In addition, a nurse practitioner was also available. All of her staff are completely professional and have such amazingly nice customer service. I would recommend Dr. Aragon to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring internist.

Dr Ana is so sweet and caring. I have lots of anxiety when it comes to Drs and she made me feel much better. It made making my 2nd appt so much easier!

The Doctor was very pleasant! However, I had blood drawn 3 weeks ago and they didnt call me with the results. I have called 3 times and left voicemails and no call back. Not to mention, when you call you always have to leave a voicemail rather than talk to someone.

Dr Ana Maria Sierra de Aragon is amazing. I moved to AZ about 2 and a half years ago. I was referred to another PCP last year. After waiting about 3 months for an appointment, was sadly disappointed in the entire experience with the other PCP. After a year, a friend referred us to Dr. Aragon. I was able to get an appointment within 2 weeks. Dr. Aragon covered all of my concerns in the first appointment and also recommended me to a surgeon to have a cyst removed from my forehead. She is extremely efficient, knowledgeable and accurate in her work. Her office staff is very friendly and accomodating. Both myself and my husband have been seen by Dr. Aragon and we have recommended her to all of our family and friends.

I am very upset that this company yelp can slander Doctors, lawyers, every professional person out there.I had a wonderful visit to see Doctor Sierra de Aragon Md. I would give her and her office staff a 10 star rating if I could. I just moved here from Colorado and if people complain because of a 10 minute wait time they should go to Colorado where you wait sometimes hours.Doctors work so hard not just in there practice ,but after hours in the hospital. Some of these comments I read are just not true. I would refer every Family member and all of my friends to see Dr Aragon. She really know her medicine and her staff are so efficient and friendly. I left a message on Tuesday morning because Id felt terrible since Sunday (its now the following Saturday) still awaiting my call back. Went to Urgent Care on Thursday, tested positive for the flu. Thanks staff of Dr Aragons office for forcing me to pay 5 times the cost of a PCP visit because you guys dont know how to operate! Changing PCPs for her staffs incompetence alone.

Terrible service!! I waited over an hour to be seen, the staff was very rude and unfriendly, this was a very unprofessional and strange office. I was given the wrong papers when I arrived- they confused me for a different patient. I was in the exam room for over 20 minutes and had yet to see the doctor. I ended up walking out and leaving without being seen. I do not recommend going to this office at all!!

I realy like my doctor she is right on top of my health needs.

Waited for and hour and 15 mins to be seen today. Appt was a 9:45 and did NOT get in till 11:10. (I got there at 9:30)

They never answer that phone u can call 100 times a day or every day and they will never ever answer !!!! Its super annoying and the doctor beats around the Bush when u ask her something its super annoying Im changing doctors.

I really like how Dr. Ana Sierra takes care of her patients because she dedicates time to you to explain your problem and the clinic staff is very friendly.
