Very pleased with my experience from start to finish! I moved here from the Midwest about 6 yrs ago. One of the things I regretted leaving behind was my local mechanic. In the time Ive been here, I have had a lot of frustrations with mechanics; both reputable chains and small garage shops. My coworker recommended this place (AZ Automasters) when I needed my starter replaced. Was happy to hear they could work on my diesel Volkswagen Jetta. For the first time since moving here, I had not only a good job with my car; but also an awesome experience! Richard on the phone was always friendly, explained everything in detail, and made sure they were taking care of me and my vehicle every step of the way. Today I receive a hand-written card thanking me for using them! Finally found a shop here that is friendly, does quality work, and fair priced. Its like having my small-town mechanic back! THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Richard and the crew are the best. I had an A/C evaporator core that was bad, big repair as I already knew what I was in for. Richard quoted me hundreds less than the competition and they completed the job quickly. My entire dashboard had to be removed and reattached, no rattles, no extra parts laying around, just solid as it was before and A/C blowing cold air. True professionals here at Az Automasters.

Ac stopped working and I went in for a quote.. Quote for an cracked ac hose and accumulator and recharge was 683 dollars. Seems like a good place, technician was nice. I ended doing it myself, It took me like 3 hrs to finish and 100 dollars to fix my ac..

We will never go anywhere else again! Richard is so helpful. We kept getting overcharged at our last mechanic, and would still have issues. With AZ Automasters, I trust them completely. Richard is very honest and explains what issues are dire and must be fixed immediately; which issues should be fixed pretty soon, but you have some time; and which issues can probably last you a while without issue! I really appreciate the breakdown and honest explanation. It ensures you will comeback whereas other shops just want to do it all then and there to make money off you. They also charge very very affordably and always complete the job very fast! We are very happy with their service and will continue coming!

I had bought in a new car and it had a ABS light on. The guys were so nice and very informative. They made sure to call me before they worked on it told me what was needed and even gave me a price before any work was done.. Thanks guys for the professionalism!!!! Not that fond of Richard the front desk salesman, he over sales and talks way to much.Be careful when they say that they check all fluids and tire pressure they dont and when they say that they are going to change the cabin filters they dont you always have to double check behind them.

I brought my car in for a few different reasons. Some of the issues I knew what the solution should be and others and I had no idea how to diagnose. The mechanic who worked on my car was very informative and even brought me into the shop to show me one of my tires that was not safe and then explained to me in good detail, that I could understand, what was going on and what needed to be fixed. I had great service from my initial phone call, to front desk, to the mechanic. I am a single mom and the repairs I needed done were out of my budget. Thank God, this shop was able to work with me to get me the most affordable solution and had all repairs done same day while I waited. These guys were actually a second opinion that I ended up using because of the service I received, the pricing, and the mechanics honesty. Will definitely be continuing to use AZ Automasters for all my future repairs!

This was my first visit to AZ Automasters and the experience was great. Customer friendly representative (Richard) gave honest feedback on my issue and at a reasonable price. As usual per industry, he also provided other areas that need attention but not in a high pressure way. I had to get a tow to their facility and they provided some helpful options vs others saying they would look at the car when it arrives. Ill be bringing my other vehicles.

They are always completely honest with us. Very affordable rates. We had Pepper Boys tell us $1800 for something that was wrong with our car. Automasters charged us $800 and actually did extra work for us. Absolutely recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience. They were so friendly and informative. My basic oil change only cost $25. They also took a look at other stuff and gave me suggestions on things that might need work soon. I will definitely be coming here in the future.

They helped me out with an odd request (helping me cut off the rest of a rusted nut when my rotary tool died) and charged me a very reasonable price for it. I also appriciate that they are open on Saturdays as many shops are not. I would recommend and trust them with jobs I cant get done myself!

Mike and Doug are very professional and honest! I have an odd issue going on with my vehicle which had transmission issues among various noises. They spent a lot of time going over many options to find a solution, but we’re unable. They did not have me needlessly pay for their guess’. It’s been hard to find an honest mechanic for me and I appreciate that about them.

I came here for an oil change and Donny was my service mechanic. Donny welcomed me right away and worked me in to their schedule on a Saturday afternoon even though I didnt have an appointment. They had a nice waiting area with a window so I could watch the mechanics working on my car. Donny came in and gave me updates on progress as it was being worked on. I liked that he told me about any potential issues in the future, but never tried to upsale me on filters or a transmission flush or any of that nonsense. The price for the oil change was affordable, actually much cheaper than a chain lube place nearby and I even got a $10 discount for being a first time customer. All in all I had great service at a good price. A great experience and I plan on returning the next time I need to maintain or have an issue with my car. Thanks!

Im a rideshare driver with 200,000 miles on my Hyundai. They feel my pain. They keep it rolling and purring like a kitten. The staff at both locations are awesome. 3 years of solid service and hopefully many more.

I have known Az Automasters for a long time. Doug treats me with respect and tells me what the problem is in language I can understand, being a woman this is extremely important to me. They are honest, fair and very through. I recommend any one to go here for service on their car or truck.

I drive an old Jeep and had gone to a few places to have it checked out for a real bad vibration. None of the other places would even look at it without charging me a huge fee. I stopped in at this place and the tech there looked at it real quick, found the problem and fixed it for a awesome price that beat the others!! I will definitely go back there and highly recommend them!!

These guys do solid work for a decent price and are very fast at getting your vehicle back to you. Ive taken my truck to Donny every time I need something done and once its fixed it stays fixed.

I have just found myself a new repair shop. These guys are great. State Farm towed me there when I broke down and they were great. Price fair no add ons or given that female thing you need this or that.
