Carlife auto repair did excellent job on my vehicle. They are very honest and charge reasonable price. I am very satisfied with their professional way of work in regards to complete car inspection and solve the issues.

They got me in quickly that afternoon around 3:30 after work, and got my issue handled the next day. Great communication and turn around time. We love CarLife! We have been taking our cars to the Gilbert location for several years and they go above and beyond to help us. They take pictures of everything and give you a report that tells you what you should fix today and what can wait a while. A couple weeks ago my mom who is visiting from out of state purchased a used car in Tucson. First stop when anyone in the family buys a car is CarLife for an inspection so I sent her to Jeff. On the way to the shop she got in a minor accident and the other driver took off. We arrived after the shop closed so I left the keys and note to asked Jeff to inspect for structural damage and recommended a body shop if he had one he trusted. He actually got a body shop to do the inspection then got us a deal on the repairs and arranged the repairs so that all my mom had to do was pick up the car when it was done. It cost far less than we were expecting and they did a gorgeous job. We have a lot of similar stories where CarLife exceeded our expectations. I absolutely recommend them. I

I have been going to these guys for about a year and not once have I been disappointed with the service provided. They are very friendly and super transparent about what is being done to your car, the diagnostics they send is a nice touch too. I had just purchased a Miata, blew the fuel pump, took it to a AAA shop where they all but ruined my fuel system, carlife informed me of everything that the AAA shop had done wrong and or broke, and immediately got to work after contacting me. I would recommend CarLife to anyone, they know their stuff and care about their customers, an all too rare quality to find in shops these days.

I walked in to get my truck looked at and right away the front desk was awesome! very polite when I asked for some water she said cold or room temperature :) . So not only was the front staff very pleasant and professional , they even got my truck in right way. I was here a year ago while on business from Washington state it was exactly the same in every way.

My car’s alternator, battery, transmission fluid and spark plugs needed help.You get an electronic inspection sheet sent to you phone- there you can tell them what you’d like repaired. And if they think you should prioritize one fix over another they make valid recommendations. Shopping around for car shops. Came across this one. The fact that you don’t take care of external customers is very unsettling. Of course you’d do your best for people paying you, but people that do services for you should be shown respect too.

I have had an ‘unconventional’ relationship with carlife. I took my 04 honda crv in to them when my A/C went out last summer. Long story short, they fixed it, but I ended up having to take the car back 4 times within a year to address problems with the original A/C fix. While my feelings on the situation have certainly fluctuated, I have to say the customer service throughout the process has been above and beyond what anyone could responsibly expect from a mechanic shop. Some examples. The owner, Jeff, has personally driven a rental car or my own car to my house twice, which is more than 25 minutes from Carlife. He has in fact lent me his own car when a rental was not available quickly enough. I have received calls and texts back on nights and weekends from the owner or other employees trying to help coordinate solutions to unexpected problems. I’ve never had so many strange issues come out of a single repair with any other mechanic, but given the lengths the people at this shop have gone to remedy the problems I’ve encountered at no cost to me, I have to believe the problems I’ve encountered with my A/C replacement are not a reflection on the shop. Rather I believe they’ve resulted from a confluence of other factors, like my car being old and gettin up there in miles, and there being specific problems with my make and model and the parts it has needed replaced. So, thanks, Jeff (and co) for being highly professional and communicative during difficult situations and bending over backwards to take care of my car and my family. I really appreciate it.

Wouldn’t be surprised if this is a shop that rewards people with discounts for good reviews. From what I can see and tell from the reviews they don’t care about the common man.

The mechanics seem to be very thorough with the work they do. A little more pricey than what Im used to, but other than that, nothing to complain about. Friendly and knowledgeable service, quick and timely maintenance, whats not to like?

I had an older vehicle that needed serious repairs and I took it to CarLife after going to a dealership. Although they found the same problem as he dealership, they quoted me several hundred dollars less to fix the problem. Based on the nature of the vehicle, the mileage, and the KBB price, they actually advised me to sell the car ‘as is’ and avoid spending the money. I found them very honest, personable, and helpful. They worked with my work schedule and even helped facilitate a windshield repair while the truck was in their shop.. I mean, they were just amazing. They never once called to pressure me to come get my truck while I was trying to make a decision and they didn’t charge me anything to diagnose the truck. In the end, their advice ended up being gold. I sold the truck as is, bought a new vehicle, and am currently going back to them for some routine maintenance. I’ve been to a lot of mechanics, but everything I’ve seen so far leads me believe that CarLife is an amazing and honest place. I’ve already recommended them to others and I would recommend them to you as well.

Had the pleasure of working with Zach and Jeff. Very friendly, personable and professional. They did some wiring work on my truck and mounted a switch for me. The were patient with me and very helpful. They took the time to explain things to me and were very fair and reasonable.This was not the run of the mill mechanic experience that I am used to. This shop cares about their customer experience and satisfaction.If youre looking for nice guys who will take care of you and your vehicles, I highly recommend that you come to them. Ive been going here for years now. Started using their services when I lived nearby, and now Ive moved about 20 minutes away but their service is so exceptional I find it worth the drive just to continue going here. Always straightforward and upfront about whats going on and what you might need, and the comprehensive inspection you receive everytime you visit is an excellent tool to map out your vehicles maintenance plan. Ive never once left here and not had a good feeling about the service I received. Highly recommended.

All I can say is this shop has earned a customer for life so helpful and amazing Desarae was awesome literally saint like and the technician whose name I did not get helped me out greatly with almost the simplest thing taking a darn lug nut off. They were able to pull it and make the rest of my repairs possible

I had gone only to dealerships for my Toyota Sienna and my Toyota Scion. After multiple times of being told I needed $1100 worth of work I didnt need, I decided it was time to find a great Mechanic, one I could trust, one I was referred to because of service and trust they had built. Not only are they super honest about the repairs that are needed, they also understand that you may not be able to do all repairs right away, so they are great about helping you plan ahead for the next 3-12 months of what kinda of large maintenance repairs are coming. Zach and the staff were amazing. Very upfront and treated me like they want their family treated. He used the phrase I treat people like I would Want them to treat my mom brother dad or grandparents. Very knowledge and cost effective. Would highly recommend this place for any car repair.

I cannot say enough good about this place. Their customer service is second to none. I feel like trustworthy mechanics are so hard to come by these days but these guys are an exception. We are so lucky to have found them. I manage a 20 vehicle fleet for the company I work at and they service all of our vehicles. Many of our employees have started taking their personal vehicles there as well. Jeff is so amazing and is always looking out for us.

He had an extremely personable approach to his conversation with me and was talking to me as if wed known each other for a while. Sharing with him that I was a new customer, he answered my question before I even asked it about (the service on an oil change). He expressed appreciation and was very engaging. Upon arrival for my oil change, I was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the entire facility. Zach and the staff made me feel welcome and like I was at home. The service where I got to see all the details of the inspection gave me peace of mind knowing that my car was really checked over. Simply outstanding!

These guys are great, when it is hard to find a decent and honest repair shop these guy were great and upfront about what was needed for my daughters car and at a fair price without pressure to fix everything. They also provided a recommended repair list so we can fix at home or with them. These guys are highly recommended and I will share with everyone who may need a repair shop.

Zach was really throughout and patient when I had questions about the repairs that were mentioned in my digital report!! (Yes, digital! I love that they had my cars inspection report sent directly to my phone!) Zach was the only person working the front reception on a busy Saturday and yet made me feel like I was the only customer. Love Carlife! I have been struggling the past few years trying to find a reliable car repair shop that I felt comfortable with. Everyone at Carlife is so nice and helpful! As they do repairs they let you know what you might want to keep in mind for the future, without being pushy and they email you the recommendations and price quotes. Also they are very accommodating when it comes to setting appointments and will drive you where you need to go if you need to leave your car... Very helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone, I even have my husband taking his car there now too :)

My 2007 Toyota Sienna is the workhorse in my window cleaning business, getting me to the many stops and safely taking me home. At my request, the CarLife team performed their complete diagnosis and truly left the decision to proceed/not proceed up to me. To move ahead was my business decision, but their total professional handling of my circumstance caused me to proceed. And I am so glad that I did. I appreciate that the team here doesnt try to push you to get work done that you dont need, and by doing that, we end up coming back again and again.

Brought my truck into another service center who wanted to charge and do repairs in excess of $1800. Zach felt all of those repairs were unnecessary and the real issue was about $325 to fix. Highly recommend.

My car failed the emissions test so I took it to CarLife in Gilbert. They fixed my car right up and were VERY reasonable in price! Jeff B. actually took me to work after I dropped my car off and picked me up when they were done! I was so incredibly grateful!! So if you want a very honest, reasonably priced mechanic CarLife is the place to go! I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know and will take all my future car needs to them! Oh- I DID pass emissions the second time around :)

Even when they didnt have any convenient times for me to schedule an appointment, Zach called me back and alleviated a lot of the concerns I had about my car. Their full diagnostics report gives you a break-down of all the components of your car and their recommended actions, which - for a person who knows NOTHING about cars like me, is super helpful. I might say their services are a little pricey, but honestly, their quality, professionalism, and ability to work with their clients makes it all worth it.
