Everyone here has been soo amazing! Changed my family lifes since when we moved out here. They have answered all my questions I have asked. They are very friendly people. They make my little sister feel safe and knowing her conditions the try to make the best for her I would have not have it any other way! The maintenance team is amazing, they fix the problem and will not leave the job till its completely done and that means a lot. I would not move anywhere ekes and Im glad I chose to live here and so is my family. this our home. Ronnie is really funny, we we need something done and he works on it for us he always comes in with dad jokes and makes our day. the front office is amazing they make me fell so welcomed, but most of all Ronnie takes the cake. I just love all the staff here.q

I am an apartment locator in the Austin area. I love working with Rivery Park Apts. I always know I can send my clients here and trust that the leasing agents will take good care of them! Ive lived in Georgetown all my life and I really love this property. The prices are really fair and I love how close this location is to the square. One of my favorite things about this property is how walkable it is to 2020 Scratch Kitchen (they have a great happy hour) and also that there is access to the San Gabriel river. The management is also always available to answer questions. I work with Kayla a lot and have had wonderful experiences. I definitely know I can count on Rivery Park!

Trying to find a new community, we were a little nervous and hesitant. But after meeting with Kayla and getting to see an apartment and the grounds, we were sold!! Even during such trying times, she made us feel relaxed, safe and welcomed. Communication was excellent, and we are getting much more than we were looking for!

I just moved here a couple of days ago and the process was quick and smooth with the help of Kayla. I love the surroundings of the property very beautiful. Glad to call Rivery Park home for me and my family.

I lived here for about 3 years and honestly have no complaints. Everyone at the leasing office was always so nice and helpful. Maintenance was always super fast, fixed anything within a day or two. Great place to live. Just a little too pricey for me.

Great place to stay, excellent amenities, nice staff, good access to all of Georgetown. Very clean and tidy. Good incentive for folks to refer and we even got an offer for our 3rd renew for a free month of rent. Not sure if this is a universial policy but it definitely swooned us into staying. Recommend to anyone mainly young working folks. It is kid friendly but appears to be marketed toward people without children.

My boyfriend and I moved in here September of 2018 with our infant son and we love it here! The staff is very helpful and very kind. Maintenance always comes same day to fix what problems we have had. We love calling here home. Great place for young families, very conveniently located in a great spot in Georgetown.

Best place in Georgetown! Hands down. Amazing interior, spacious, great community. I never have any issues with neighbors. The staff is so helpful and always friendly, they have great events! Close to great hot spots, not to mention an amazing bike/hike trail and park.

I love living here, it’s a great place. It’s safe and they keep it really clean. When needed, the office staff is quick to respond and helpful. The location is convenient to everything, including the park. I love that they’re dog friendly too, with no breed restrictions, so I can have my German Shepherd.

While I respect everyone views with current and past reviews, my experience with the Management and Maintenance team have been extremely positive. I viewed the apt on a Monday, fell in love, and moved in the following Saturday. Gabby, the leasing agent, was so helpful, courteous and friendly, which took the jitters out of the entire process. The total cost was nothing outrageous, in line with the area. My transitioning was smooth and awesome. The one bedroom is a nice size with updated appliances. The community is great, my porch view is awesome; the Park and Trails are an added bonus. The pool area is spectacular, especially the evening view. Kuddos to the Office and Maintenance team, they are on top of their game!

I love Rivery Park. The staff is friendly and always quick to please. When I put in a work order, they complete it asap. The application process was smooth, not at all different from other apartment homes. They keep the grounds clean, and always tend to the landscaping. I feel safe here, which is priceless. I can take my family down to Rivery Park and walk the trails-if you have a dog, this is the PERFECT apartment and location for you. Just go check it out for yourself, there I NOTHING to lose.

My fiancé and just moved out of Rivery Park Apartments and we loved it! The staff is very friendly and very understanding. They have tons of events and we really felt a sense of community living there! The office staff is great and the maintenance guys were always friendly and very understanding that I work night shift and would try to come later, to accommodate. I know some people feel they are overpriced, but I feel as though you pay for what you get and they are worth every cent! We highly recommend living there!

I moved here in December from NJ which isn’t an easy move but Elliot and Gabby who helped me at the time, they made it doable and even now 10 months later w my daughter joining me here, they again were very accommodating and welcoming to my daughter. Kayla who is newer here is super nice! We are switching units so we can both have our own space and the transition was fairly simple and beyond reasonable. Coming from NJ where everything in this price range is average or below, I’m super excited about the quality of life upgrade. The B1 unit floor plan is great because each bedroom has its own bathroom and walk in closet. It’s nice having all full size appliances (washer and dryer I bought however) the counter space and other living spaces are a decent size. The floors are really nice and easy to clean. The bathtub is huge too! I’m counting the days to our move in date.I also should note that this place must be built really well because I rarely if ever hear my neighbors..I love the tall ceilings. They have valet trash. I’ve never had that in my entire life and it’s great. One less thing. The HVAC units work well and the ceiling fans cool the place down really quick! The pool has been really nice to have. The oversized games are pretty cool. I just wish there was a wood fireplace or wood fire but there is a beautiful gas fire ring. Also I wish there was a lift or elevators for when my mom comes to visit us on the 2nd floor. The gym has been convenient being available 24/7 to have. I really like the row machine.The maintenance people to include trash pick up have been very prompt, friendly and helpful. It’s also nice living so close to Walmart open 24 hours and also being close to rural areas as well. I’ve been to Lake Georgetown a few times which is very pretty. There is a river trail when I need to get out in nature just around the corner.The staff always surprises us with goodies in the office or breakfast tacos sometimes and other complimentary meals and events. I don’t always have time to stop in but it’s nice to know they do that.I only planned on staying for a year initially but with the new place it looks like I’ll be here another year or more till I’m ready for a house.

My wife and 2 kids and 2 Great Danes lived at this apartment complex for 6 months in 2015. First off, it takes an enormous amount of money to get into this place. We basically gave them 2 months of rent and dog deposits, totaled near 4K. The customer service is not that great and Irene is the person who does the accounting for the apartment and the other gals who work for her are her little helpers that only refer to Irene when their is ever a problem with your apartment unit. The regular maintenance is horrible, (maintenance staff is great) they dont change out your ac filters on a monthly basis unless you submit a work order. Didnt find this out til we put in our 60 days of vacate notice. There were two huge roaches in our unit the day we moved in and one fell out of a light fixture in the masterbath a week later. (Wife has photos!) The apartment complex on the outside looks great but the apartment we stayed in has horrible insulation inside. We heard our neighbors from upstairs (walking, vacuuming, hopping out of bed. )Yes the neighbors downstairs would bang on their ceiling which is my apartment floor because my 2 dogs would get excited to see me (in crates) when I got home. Grant it, this place was very close to wolf ranch and being close to the park was also a great perk too, but I wouldnt recommend staying here if you think your getting any money back from your deposits when you moved in. When you vacate the apartment, Irene asks for a pet treatment carpet cleaning. Also they are behind on all water bills and charge you later when you vacate. At the end of the day, it looks like a very nice place but I would think twice when renting from them because they only represent the apartment complexes best interest and not the residents.

I moved to Rivery Park apartments in July of 2017 and I have had a great experience so far. The staff and maintenance are very friendly. The location is perfect too!

Quick, responsive, and kind maintenance team; very friendly management. My rent is higher than Id like, but I love my apartment and other complexes in Georgetown charge the same amount for less. Ive been here almost a year and hope to renew my lease! Havent had a single problem.

Fantastic location, beautiful clubhouse, and quiet neighbors! Upscale interior and super fast maintenance. Worth the price!

I waited for 3 months for my dream apartment to open up. Nicole made the process very easy for me when I got called out of state for an emergency. She allowed me to do most of my leasing things online and I was able to sign a document to allow a friend to pick up my keys to move me in until I was able to return to TX. The facilities are new, clean, and devoid of riff-raff.

Complex is great and maintenance is very quick and responsive. Our only issue was we called and booked our apartment from out of town on the first floor. But when we arrived they gave us keys on an apartment for the third floor. It was unbelievable. They said sorry there is nothing we can do for you there must have been a mix up and there are no first floor apartments. Then said we will give you a refund if you want but we had already packed the moving truck. This is unacceptable. Terrible service. We had no choice but to move in the third floor and they never gave us any compensation for having to hire movers that day to help us carry our furniture upstairs.

I was harassed by Kim. She thought my dog went poop and she didnt see me clean it up, so she confronted me in the parking lot to remind me of the $50 fee for not cleaning up after your pet, and did so unprofessionally. My dog didnt poop and she said your dog must have taken an invisible. I was visiting my girlfriends apartment at that time and my girlfriend received a notice that day that she would have to pay the $400 pet fee or else the dog was not welcome. I reluctantly paid the fee, and never should have. Look out for Kim the dog nazi. Live at Rivery if you have more money than sense.

Just leased our apartment from 1200 miles away. To the below one star... We had no issues. Leasing was extremely helpful and kind.

Pros:*Location to highway, shopping, and nearby park*Parking*Repairs completed timely*Activities/community blood drive etc.Cons:*Poor construction, assembled very quickly, value not in line with cost (example, some of the screws used to assemble the cabinets were too long and protruded about an inch into the neighboring cabinets)*Poor communication from management, after move in calls and emails are frequently ignored*Lack of enforcement of trash rules, residents frequently leave trash outside of designated pick up hours with seemingly no repercussions which is just unsanitary and attracts bugs*Many (not all) pet owners either do not pick up after their pets or drop pet waste in trash area outside of drop off hours (again, unsanitary - the trash drop off areas are next to the stairwells and you get to walk by them every time you are coming or going)Tips to potential residents:*Take an excessive amount of move in pics, and make a copy of your move in form*Save all of your maintenance forms*Read move-out requirements in the lease carefully, set yourself a calendar reminder to review the requirements at least three months before your lease is up especially if you do not intend to renew your lease*Get everything in writing, even if you have to ask multiple times, specifically anything you are told during move outAdvise to management:*Be more familiar with the fine print in your lease*Dont ignore communications from residents*Anything financially related should be documented via email or a memo with written acknowledgement from the tenement*It does not actually cost anything or reduce your profits in anyway to be friendly and kind to residents when speaking with them, or to apologize when you are wrong

Wow! So many fees, rent is so high,lots of concrete to play on. 900 for basic one bedroom after all the fees comes to 980$. Buy a house.

I recently was notified of an application for this apartment complex which is clearly fraudulent. I am in the process of resolving this and hope that the Rivery Park Apartment Homes organization will be supportive in this effort.

Nice but very high price.

Terrible experience with this complex. Managers do not care about residents. They never answer their phones. if you have friends with you at the pool they ask them to leave if theyre not right by their side! Very rude! The male manager is completely rude and does not care about your problems. He also takes pictures of the inside of your apartment when you have a service call and then blames you for bugs, or anything that you complained about and will not show you the pictures he takes. DO NOT MOVE HERE.
