I’ve been living here for 13 months and I love it so much. The staff is amazing, they are always smiling and greeting me whenever I see them. The pool is huge and so relaxing, big spacious gym and also a water massage room! Not to mention they have Starbucks in their office! Manual from Maintaince is amazing and quick. All the girls in the office are nice, Libby will always make your day with her friendly self.Mansions 54 is the place. 5 stars

We love living here. Managers are great office staff is always helpful and friendly. Libby has been the best with helping me with so many questions that Ive had! The grounds are well kept and clean. Over all it is a good place to be.

Worst part about living here. Amenities advertised aren’t available half the time. Today is Friday and the pool has been closed all week. They opened the pool end of Mayish and just about close it every other week. Definitely would check into that prior to signing a lease. On a positive note office staff is extremely friendly.

I recently renewed my lease here. When I couldnt figure out the e signature process, user error on my part I stopped by the office and Libby helped me.Her customer service is amazing and her positive attitude was a breath of fresh air. Ask for her and youll see what Im talking about.

0 stars. HORRIBLE. GROSS. pool is never open in the HOT 100 degree weather. Bugs all throughout the apartment. Unpleasant noises from upstairs people. Weird check ups of people entering the apartment. NOT worth the price for what you get. NEVER a heads up when pool is closed. Gates not even shut and when they were for ONE time they didn’t even work or give information on how they worked. I have seen mice/rats. Bad management. NOT the “mansions” more like the ghetto 54.

Absolutely love my townhome. The staff and maintenance team are Super attentive, they go the extra mile and keep the grounds extremely well maintained!!! I have been living here a little over a year now and I must say I am very content with my stay! From the beginning Libby has been very kind and professional and made my move a smooth transition. Anytime I’ve needed to place a work order she’s been very helpful and always made sure it was done in a timely manner. Ive lived here for 3 months now and waited a while to write my review after reading several others. I will say the day I toured the girls in the office were really busy with one person yelling at them. I wanted to leave but decided to stay and realized the person was yelling at them over pet feces. I then heard the conversation and the young women told the person she would talk with neighbor and have staff pick it up. Now I get not all people are sanitary, however why yell at the office staff? I will say my overall experience with Libby and Courtney, Brandy, Demi have been great even though I did receive a lease violation for parking. This was my fault and I did apologize and understand they were just doing their job. I have recommended this place to a friend whom also leased and was also very pleased. I will say previous reviews on staff in my opinion arent accurate in my eyes you get what you give. I havent been disrespectful to them, even with my lease violation. I have seen some things while going into the gym, and lets just say I wouldnt tolerate my wife or daughter being talked down to by some of you who live here. Great customer service! I would not be able to be so civil.

From a looks standpoint, IT IS A BEAUTIFUL place, great amenities. Customer service - not so much. Actually - BAD. My rep (Libby) did all she could and was extremely helpful, very kind. She had me speak to her manager, because there was an issue with the outgoing tenants - We spoke to the Manager and she asked if we had flexibility on our move in date. I asked why. We were told they might no be leaving. I then asked why we were offered a place if it wasnt available or possibly not available. Upset, I asked Do I need to look for a backup place? She answered uhhhhh, give me a week and Ill let you know. That was a month ago. Thanks for taking my $110 app fee, btw.

I temporarily lived in Mansions 54 but my overall experience was fantastic. Im actually appalled at the negative feedback. Chris, was so welcoming, professional, and friendly. He took his time showing me around and was extremely knowledgeable of the property. Mari and Libby were wonderful, as well. Greeted me with their beautiful smile. The apartments, pool area, and landscaping is gorgeous; always maintained. Maintenance always waved at me. They are very professional looking with their matching uniforms 😊 One minor complaint would be there arent enough doggy stations, but I believe its in the process.

Poor insulation and design. Can hear the neighbors constantly. Garage door openers arent silent, so if your room is over your neighbors garage and they like to use like a regular door, youre going to have bad time.Management are great in getting you in here but terrible at maintaining the area and the residents.The gym is really nice but the hours for it are terrible.Parking for guests is inconvenient.

I would highly recommend staying here. For starters the apartments are beautiful. The pool area is stunning and the gym is everything. I love the gym. The staff are amazing. Courtney and Chris being my favorite. They are very resourceful, responsive, efficient, and overall professional. I had some issues in the beginning dealing with my lease and I was feeling like the property manger dropped the ball with me b/c I wasn’t able to reach her when I felt it necessary. However, the whole time she was still working on my situation. I received a call from her today and was actually shocked. I never expected her to follow up with me or even care about my situation and I was completely wrong about her. She is amazing. She called me and was very professional with me even after I told her I was thinking negative about her b/c I thought she dropped the ball on me. She was very apologetic even though my situation wasn’t even her fault to begin with and my situation was so complex that she had to escalate it. I am grateful for her empathy and professionalism. I honestly never saw it coming. Overall this place has great staff and the apartments here are just stunning. I love the island feel. The only criticism I have is with it being a new place you will need pest control b/c the ants are out of control. I don’t have anyone above me or under me so I can’t attest to the noise. My experience noise wise hasn’t been a issue.

I’ve been holding off my review, just to see how living here went. The move in process was a breeze, I was assisted by Courtney (she is super super sweet and a very understanding staff member, my bf wasn’t able to be here for the signing process of the lease, but she was more than happy to help by sending it to him electronically) the community is really nice, with a lot of extra things to do here, the only complaint about the community is people drive through here like they are supposed to be part of the fast and furious (seriously slow down) the apartments are super spacious for the price you pay, and I RARELY ever hear my neighbors, there are two parking spots per apartment (which is a huge plus) the only downfall of parking is there isn’t a lot visitor parking but definitely not a deal breaker for a living condition. This is the 7th apartment my bf and I have lived in due to us both being military and this has been the best one we’ve lived in by far!For all the people saying the Mansion 54 crew is rude, **the energy you give, is the energy you receive** The Mansion 54 crew have never once been rude to my bf or I, and we have been in the office quite a few times.You live in a apartment complex, don’t act like you are above anyone and have some manners, the people that are there to serve you by working in the place you RENT from are still human.My overall experience has been excellent, we plan to renew our lease for the years to come.

The worst housing experiance in whole my life. This community lacks management and will chagre you with hidden fees that shockingly wow you. I was charged for unfair fees like $70 Ozone fee, $98 touch up paint, $120 full unit clean, $100 for a plastic blue band (while I cleaned and mopped the whole house and returned the band as what I received) plus $1600 concession back. if in doubt, just simply ask the leasing office for each items I listed and if can afford it go ahead and fall in their trap of luxary.

Current resident who has had consistent issues with neighbors parking in my driveway and office staff not enforcing towing the way we were told it would be. Libby from the front office is extremely rude and hung up on me when I called to express frustration about ongoing issues. Please be mindful when choosing to live here as no resident/future resident should have to deal with rude office staff especially being the face of the property. I’ve also had multiple noise disturbances with neighbors as well as them smoking cigarettes that leak into my unit when my building is supposed to be smoke free. A property is nothing without its ability to provide great customer service as well as solving issues. I’m very disappointed with the unprofessionalism and rude staff.

The staff at Mansions54 is incredible. When looking for a community one wants to feel the warmth of a family and the protection of an army. I can truly say that Ive experience that and more. It goes without saying that that’s the reason Ive been a resident of the Mansions since 2016. This is my 3rd property by the Mansions and most definitely my favorite. Mansions 54s community is clean, sleek, and modern. Moreover, the staff is extremely welcoming and makes you feel like family. My leasing agent Libby Garcia is the reason I transferred to this beautiful community before my lease was up at my last property. Her passion to make everyone who walks through the door feel valued is what you want in an agent. After meeting her I knew I had to do whatever it took to become a resident at this location immediately. I honestly couldnt ask for a better living environment. Mansions 54 has everything you want in a community and their community gatherings are unmatched. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to call home to choose Mansions 54. BeWare when renting here, the property overall is great but the staff will ruin your experience. The staff was extra friendly and welcoming until I signed the lease. Someone had damaged my garage overnight, I imagine someone was trying to back up to turn around possibly, (main door stays open, anyone can drive through) when I spoke to them about repair they were extremely slow to respond, then slapped me with $350 bill. when questioned about it community director Marival literally started yelling at me. I solely dealt with corporate after that.Upon leaving they will charge you $150, tell you its okay if you leave some dust on carpert/floors at will be covered by exit fee. once you leave they will slap you with a bunch of cleaning charges (charged me $900) and send you an email saying it was part of policy and is not negotiable.Im not an angry person nor do I like leaving bad reviews, I have been communicative with these guys since beginning and gave them 3 months while I tried to resolve/negotiate unfair charges, after getting no response from multiple follow ups from me, last straw was being put in collections by them. honestly, there are other better apartment complexes/companies in the area Id go with. the policies here are designed to leach out every dollar out of the renter to be honest.added photos at bottom as proof, Im not just making it up.Response to reply from Marival:a lottt of grey area where you guys consider valid cleaning charges. Dont want to get into it but your assistant regional walked the apartment and said everything should be fine. who doesnt expect minor scratches on walls after 10+months of someone living there?? $150 exit fee should cover the basic touch up paint and vacuum. did I leave gaping holes in walls? broken faucets or fixtures? any structural damage? nope. Ive already paid you guys since I did not want my credit history tarnished over $900. does not make the charges valid though. You offered me to pay half the $350 after I complained to corporate and followed up with you guys for 2+ months. I paid that while I really shouldnt have been liable to begin with. As far as you yelling goes, I believe you guys record calls. please refer to the recorded call and evaluate if your demeanor would be considered not yelling. I do not wish to reach out to you guys anymore. I have let by gones be by gones. I dont have a grudge. My only hope is that others can be aware and hopefully get better treatment and resolutions.

I’ve had a pretty good experience so far. Chris was a delight to work with there were 2 other ladies in the office that weren’t as helpful or nice. The maintenance guys are awesome haha I was running and I ran across a huge snake! Thankfully maintenance guys were right there and took care of it! I love the new build and color scheme most of all the huge garden tub! I am getting a little impatient for them to open the pool but just because I feel like I’m missing out on how amazing it is!

Mansions 54 is the worst!!! I’m extremely disappointed in Mansion 54! The old staff was amazing. They were kind and accommodating. Maintenance was wonderful. The recent staff has no idea what they are doing! They don’t know anything about the residents. They had no idea I was even moving out and they tried to charge me for dropping my keys off at 9:30 am when they opened at 9am and the man who I talked to on Sunday said I could drop them off the next day without being charged. The new staff doesn’t answer the phone or return calls so I could drop my keys off earlier. Five days after I moved out they sent me a final bill $2,243?!!!!! My monthly rent was only $1220. I paid every payments on time and I paid my prorated amount on May 1st. What are all these other charges?! I also paid. $1038 to break my lease and I paid for March and April even though I haven’t been living there since February. I moved out because my neighbor was constantly smoking weed on his deck and blowing it into my apartment. I have two children under two having to inhale second hand smoke every single day for four months! My neighbor parked in my driveway and all the cigarettes he threw on his patio blew in to my front door! I complained four times and Mansions 54 did nothing because He continued to do it! I’m not paying anymore bills to mansions. I returned my keys, garage open and amenities bracelet. I will not be recommending Mansions to anyone!

Smoothest transition from one place to another that Ive ever had, and these apartments are very luxurious. Grounds is beautiful Rock work is nice. the roses in the flowers and all the plants that have been planted here and trees really make it pop. and it has death no level is the same from one side to the other the apartment complex changes its height and elevation you get a real feel of the Hill country

I had lived at both the old Mansions community and recently moved to Mansions 54 as I was so used to the staff and how they strive to keep the community clean. The only issue I’ve had so far is the pool not being open yet, however at the end of May it will open up as I was told by Libby.

The young ladies in the office are the nicest and extremely helpful. We just relocated from Houston and Demi had us moved in ASAP. The property is immaculate. I even watched the maintenance man sweep the debris off a fire hydrant after the landscaping crew left and he even touched up painted it. Talk about meticulous!!

Worst place I have ever lived! Do not move here. There is no parking which requires people to park in all of the fire lanes. The front office people are so rude! They treat you like a dog when you try to ask a question. If you look at other reviews that are poor, they respond with a canned message thanking people for the “great” review. For months I was having difficulty finding a place to live that was in a safe area, close to work, while providing a luxurious design. When I found this place would accept me with open arms, I was ecstatic! I can say without reservation that the staff has been incredible at providing an informative and welcoming experience.Libby has such a positive can-do attitude and will go above and beyond to ensure every situation is handled accordingly. Her professionalism does not go unnoticed even at times when I witnessed entitled ‘Karens’ throwing a fit because their silver spoon expectations exceeded reality.Courtney really stands out to me because she stills remembers my name after moving in a month ago. She always provides a thorough explanation of operating procedures and does not let other tenants get away with breaking rules that affects others. My past experience with other apt complexes is that as soon as you sign the lease, they drop the nice act and exceptional customer service knowing your stuck in the lease. This is NOT the case at Mansions 54, but don’t be fooled, they will not be walked over by entitled, spoiled brat complex and neither will many of the tenants.Chris is really a stand-up guy. He brings charismatic energy to every situation and makes you feel welcomed and heard. Instead of sitting behind a desk, expressing direction to a solution, he gets up right away and works towards the solution with you while maintaining positive conversation and professionalism. It’s a bummer that corporate might transfer him to another location, but obviously he is a vital component to a larger purpose.Lastly, I believe some minor feedback is always a good opportunity for improvement in the future. I have yet to meet the courtesy officer, nor has he/she returned my phone call after a minor situation my first morning here. The old saying goes, you are only as strong as your weakest link, and I imagine you would want security to be pretty strong...They really went out of their way to make it a luxurious layout for each townhouse/apt, but where corporate skimped was the insulation between the walls and ceiling. That is very disappointing, and I hate to imagine what it is like for some individuals who must deal with a family of kids or party enthusiast running, jumping, and rocking out above them. Take heed what others say about the noise, its all very true. But REMEMBER this is not the doing of the front office staff; this is purely corporate being greedy, cutting corners, and willful ignorance on the matter. Otherwise I would highly recommend this complex to all family and friends. The staff gets 5 stars all day long, but I gave 4 stars solely because of the subpar sound board insulation compared to everything else that is way above exceptional.

Not having the best time living here. The property itself is nice but the units are not built well at all. I can literally hear everything from my neighbors who yell, scream and drop and bang around. It’s like they are in the next room. These apartments aren’t built as advertised with the additional insulation for sound proofing. What a joke. A lot of loud people with no respect for their neighbors. People put their trash out over the weekend but pickup is Mon-Fri so it sits out until pickup Mon night. Cars are parked along the curb in tow away zones constantly. A/C unit is very loud and my first Bill here was higher than my previous apartments. These are supposed to be Energy Star certified?.I’m transferring to another building to get away from this loud neighbor just so I can finish out my lease. Stay away and don’t rent here.

Took a tour here today and was very impressed.Staff was very professional and they seem to maintain the property fairly well. Both the onsite and apartment amenities seem five star. They even have an aqua massage room which was unique.Will definitely be considering a move here and I would encourage anyone considering apartment living to do the same. My only gripe was no washers/dryers pre-installed which isn’t a big deal, but should be standard for luxury apartments.

Community looks very nice outside but once you move in you see all the rushed work they did. My doors are not sealed at the bottoms so you can see the light coming through which also causes spiders and crickets to enter the home. The office stay Chris and Libby are nice they make sure things get done in a decent time. Parking is an issue for sure many people park outside the fire lanes and even if you are inside a fire lane they will tell you to move your car before they get it towed if it’s not in front of the garage. If you have a maintenance issue after hours they don’t answer the 24 hour phone line you just have to leave a message and they don’t call you back at all has happen multiple times I have two floods the first week I moved in entire master bedroom and closet covered in water for 8 hours plus because they did not call back once a message was left. I also had to pay a locksmith to open my garage for me to get into my home because maintenance once again did not call back. I had to call the office the next day at 2pm and at that point I still hadn’t received a call or anything. They also told me it would of been a fee for maintenance to come unlock my front door for me which I have never heard before from any community I’ve lived in. The utility bill is extremely high for an apartment in the 100+ the walls and floors are extremely thin you can hear everything and I do mean everything from your neighbors.

I definitely had some issues with the M54 team in the past but a lot of that comes from having unrealistic expectations. The Mansions team has been around for a long time, many of them working at different properties for like 9 plus years. They know what they are doing and they strictly adhere to their guidelines which I think may be the reason for some of their bad reviews but ultimately, they are just following the rules. It is a wood-frame apartment complex so if you’re looking for total quiet, it’s not the place for you. But the apartments are really nice and the property is in a great location. Pre-covid I took advantage of the amenities almost everyday, the gym is incredible. The pool is beautiful and the maintenance team does a really good job of keeping up with the property. There’s at least one guy onsite at 7am everyday cleaning and tidying the property. The regional manager Jamela is probably the nicest human ever - super honest with you and will go out of her way to help you. I don’t know many of the new staff very well but Libby is amazing if you’re looking to move here and Chris and Courtney are both super helpful and always really quick to respond. I’m moving to a new Mansions property at the end of the month but would definitely recommend this spot to anyone in the GTown/RR area.

So far everything has been great but AT&T has been the worst . I see that a few of the residents have had the same issue with the set up of the service. We set up our service a full month before we moved still nothing. We even took time off of work prior to us moving into meet the at&t tech at the apartment and he went to the wrong apartment even though all the emails state what unit we were moving in to. They told us we had to reschedule five days later which is totally crazy . I was in the phone with customer service for three hours and they still don’t know what their doing. If I don’t get my service turned soon I don’t know what I’m going to do next. What is the resolution because all I have been giving is the run around. First, they tell my wife that it’s a fiber issue but when I asked the staff in the office have there been any service interruptions with any other residents they tell me no . Can someone help me

We are new residents here at Mansions 54 and we are absolutely loving our two-bedroom modern, open, and brand new townhome!There are amazing amenities- like a coffee bar, 24hr workout room, and a huge pool!, also pleasant staff, and overall a wonderful environment

I am very pleased with Mansions 54 but I am very very unhappy with AT&T which is the only option to use for this property. I almost would have rather kept Suddenlink but unfortunately I can’t. I emailed the contact that they have listed for the property because you can’t do it online or call in because no AT&T person can help. I originally spoke to Chris on 2/16 and followed up with him a week later and told him what package I wanted. He told me my unit wasn’t even registered in the system. Then here I am moving in March 1st and I get a call from Francisco which has been the most help. I was supposed to have service set up ideally on Monday but because Chris didn’t follow back up with me I cannot get service until Friday. Then today I get a call from Colton and they told me oh we will get you service( today being Thursday) and I got all excited because I was like yay their showing up early and still no one has shown up. I’m extremely disappointed in AT&T. I still don’t have service and I hope they come tomorrow. I hope no one has to experience this. Thank god I have mobile hotspot on my phone or I’d be screwed.

Everything has been great except getting the ATT internet set up. There seems to be big a disconnect between Mansions 54 and ATT. I tried to set this up a full month prior to my move in date and its been so frustrating. Now here I am, been moved in for a week now, and I find myself calling into the Mansions 54 office every day to get an update on when Ill finally have internet access and I feel like Im getting the run around. Its been disappointing only because I AM the one doing the calling, no one follows up with me on Mansions end. That is why I am taking one star.

Lovely place;noisy upstairs neighbors ,making us regret this move,lots of pounding into early morning;and barking dog.Lady of the house is light sleeper;very unhappy!We agreed to a 13 month lease;but they wrote 18 months on the contract;which was never even discussed.We missed it when we signed;and they refuse to take ownership of their mistake.Very limited visitor parking;good luck if you have visitors.
